22/07/2026: Hello, last Thursday I went to get my bread and to my great surprise I witnessed an altercation between the owner and an employee. I was shocked by the way the manager spoke to her employee, who was otherwise very kind. I don't understand how in 2026 someone can still be so harsh on their employee! I don't condone this kind of behavior, which is why I will buy my bread elsewhere.

14/07/2026: The water fountain is full of limescale, including the ice cubes. Someone left with their paid drink, but the staff took it back.

17/04/2026: A warm and welcoming reception from the moment we arrived – it was truly delightful 😊 The restaurant is very pleasant; we felt right at home. As for the food, it was a real treat! Special mention for the pork spring rolls and the caramel pork… absolutely delicious 😍 I highly recommend it!

07/06/2026: Catastrophic… it took two servers to take our order, only to still not get the dish we ordered. We didn't ask for a replacement, thinking it was a good opportunity to try something else, but in the end, we barely ate anything. The side salad was served with a balsamic vinegar dressing without oil… it wasn't a vinaigrette, and therefore impossible to eat on its own, it was so acidic… It's a shame because we chose this chain thinking the quality would be consistent throughout France… We now know we can no longer rely on that selection criterion.

07/06/2026: I'm a regular at this restaurant, but increasingly disappointed with each visit, and I think this will be my last. The staff is still as pleasant as ever, but unfortunately, the quality and quantity of the food have declined, while the prices have increased significantly. On my last visit, Saturday, June 6, 2026, I ordered the set menu (the "coup de cœur" menu). I chose the meat option, and they told me there was no more meat available for the set menu. 🤔 It was Saturday, and it was 8 PM. No solution was offered other than ordering meat from the regular menu. I ended up with the hamburger from the set menu, which is the same one available on the children's menu. It wasn't bad, but no better than McDonald's. A huge disappointment. This will be my last visit to this restaurant. I used to come at least twice a month for the past seven years. It's a real shame that nothing lasts in terms of quality and price.

16/05/2026: Good restaurant. The patio is very pleasant. The daily specials are excellent value for money. The waitress is very friendly. Local products are very well prepared. A great find!

08/07/2026: I came with my partner to eat, and we were clearly treated very badly. We asked about the wait time, and they told us that if we weren't happy, we could go to the snack bar next door. I strongly advise against this restaurant, as politeness is clearly not one of their strong points, and I would even say that nothing is one of their strengths.

06/06/2026: A lovely restaurant right on the Canal du Midi, with a terrace shaded by tall trees. Very friendly owners and service. I love calf's liver and was delighted to find it on the menu! Absolutely delicious! The price is also very reasonable. We'll definitely be back! A short walk along the canal to the locks and the canal bridge is also worthwhile... well worth seeing!

06/06/2026: The hotel is well located near the city center and about a 15-minute walk from Béziers' main attractions. The reception staff were very friendly. The rooms, although small, are functional with a well-designed closet in the hallway. The bed is the standard comfort level for this hotel group, everything was fine. The 80s arcade-themed renovation will delight fans like myself. A word of caution for those who are more modest: the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by glass partitions that aren't tinted enough for those who prefer privacy.
