11/10/2026: I placed an order through the app this evening, and I received a completely different order, missing a box of 20 nuggets, among other things. And customer service left me without a response. This is the second time this has happened to me in a short period. Meanwhile, every time I order from this McDonald's, something is missing: a sauce, a bacon product that didn't have bacon, or errors in the order itself...

10/10/2026: Terrible, avoid at all costs! The service and customer attention are nonexistent. The manager seems to be rushing around, but he's just making a lot of noise and doing whatever he wants (5 complaints in just a few minutes of waiting for an order error). I was approached about a misunderstood order because, apart from a photo, there was no list of ingredients. He showed no understanding and demonstrated absolutely no customer service skills. Furthermore, the burgers and ice cream (Sunday) look nothing like the pictures. In short, prices keep going up and the portions get smaller and smaller (the mini sandwiches are ridiculously small and the ice cream is tiny). Welcome to the world of rip-offs. To top it all off, you have to act as a waiter by clearing your tray. Quick and Burger King are far superior; it's a shame they're not even in this business.

05/06/2026: A loyal customer of this pizzeria, I've never been disappointed, except recently when I tried the kebabs as a special – the meat was incredibly tough! As someone who loves their wood-fired gratinéed veal cutlet, the tagliatelle were inedible! Undercooked and arrived in one solid lump! Unbelievable! Is there a new chef? Being Italian, I usually only have praise for this pizzeria!

19/07/2026: The food was excellent. However, I was a little disappointed to arrive at 1 p.m. and find many dishes on the menu were already unavailable. Otherwise, the service was top-notch, and I repeat, the food was very good.

03/10/2026: A wonderful experience at La Réserve Rimbaud! We chose the lunch menu and had a very pleasant time. The setting is absolutely exceptional: a true haven of peace in the heart of the city, with a magnificent view of the Lez River. The staff is also very pleasant, attentive, and truly caring. We particularly enjoyed: • The fig dessert, simply excellent. • The bread, absolutely fabulous, served with olive oil: a simple but perfect idea. • The amuse-bouches, very well done. • And the small sweet treat offered after dessert, which provided a lovely finishing touch to the meal. I do have two small suggestions, simply to contribute to the overall experience: • Regarding the carpaccio starter, I felt that the crumbled egg ultimately added very little to the dish. A simple drizzle of olive oil on top would, in my opinion, have enhanced it much more. The railing could perhaps be redesigned. It's quite visually prominent and unfortunately obscures part of the beautiful view of the Lez River, which is a real asset of the restaurant. A glass railing would preserve this view while adding something lighter, softer, and more elegant. These are, of course, just a few personal suggestions, as the setting, the quality of the meal, and the attentive staff made this lunch a truly wonderful experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire team for this lovely meal.

23/10/2026: 10/10 sooo worth the pricee!! It was sooo goodd and very good portions!!! Would 100% recommend and would go backk. It gets very bussy for dinner so i would recommend to go for lunch:) also very nice service if you dont speak french so well

23/10/2026: A restaurant I usually love. I told the waitress I wanted the meat not rare but completely blue, to which she replied that I could spread it out on the bottom of the dish so it would cook "by candlelight." The result: still raw, and cold to boot.

18/09/2026: The owner is extremely violent, even towards women. He was fired simply for wearing a backpack; it's truly shameful and embarrassing to react like that in 2026. A special mention to the bouncers, who were absolutely lovely, and best of luck to them because if the owner dares to behave like that with customers, I can't even imagine how he treats his employees… anyway, good luck to them, and above all, don't go there.

The welcome was wonderful, everyone was professional, right down to the waitress. I had a lovely time. Thank you so much for your hospitality; I will be back.

27/07/2026: Tacos that are a cut above the rest! I had a chicken taco, and it was delicious. You can tell the ingredients are better quality than those at other taco chains. The price is a bit higher, but not by much, at €11. I think the portion size is about the same as a two-meat taco. The fries, which are excellent by the way, aren't inside the taco but served on the side of the plate. It's actually the only place I've ever eaten a taco with cutlery, and I don't mind it at all given the quality of the food. The restaurant is quite small, with about 15 seats, but I've never needed to make a reservation. The staff is very welcoming, and the place is clean—no complaints there. I recommend this taco place. I go back from time to time to get a break from fast-food tacos. 👍
