Their fries are super good, their fried chicken too. The padron (even if they are not spicy) are very good and not too fatty.
The atmosphere is lively, a little noisy but very warm

21/09/2024: Innovative recipes, very good products from food to drinks, definitely the best burger in Montpellier!
20/09/2024: Passing through Montpellier for work and after the praise given by my colleagues I also discovered this restaurant.
The burgers are generous, with quality products and really excellent, the same for the fries!
The only downside, I returned home and grand slam burger does not exist in Bordeaux

25/09/2024: Alas, we had to come across an “off” day. The requested dish based on raw tuna (which I had already had at the beginning of summer and which I found delicious) was not good. The tuna was very thick, impossible to cut, the eggplant tasteless... really a shame it was so good the first time! and the person who accompanied me had the dish of the day, a dish with a small fillet of salmon and a few vegetables... I don't know what happened that day... I didn't want to leave any 'opinion so as not to discourage, but since you insist... too bad

22/08/2024: Super déjeuner entre amis et notre petit fils un chaleureux accueil on ns explique bien les plats et la provenance des produits on s est égale la viande de taureau très tendre de bons desserts un grand choix de parfums pour la glace vraiment un restaurant a faire et des prix très corrects on reviendra continuez et ne changez rien...
19/08/2024: Endroit sympathique avec une petite salle et une petite terrasse. Le lieu est calme. L'accueil est très agréable avec de nombreuses explications sur la démarche de produits locaux et de cuisine maison. Les plats sont axés vers l'utilisation du taureau sous diverses recettes. Le service est toujours attentif et prévenant.
Les différents plats sont de bonne qualité. Les tarifs sont raisonnables.

20/09/2024: A first-rate lunch menu, whether it's the subtly braised squid or a plate of perfectly cooked fish, with a remarkable sauce. Wine list at wine merchant price +10 euros which is full of local gems and elsewhere, with some that can only be found under allocation.

01/10/2024: This is a cute place conveniently open near Gare St Roch but I cannot say much for the food. I am a long time ramen fan from living in Hawaii, Los Angeles and New York and there is good ramen to be found in Montpellier. But not here. Yes it is noodles in a hot broth but the taste is nothing like traditional Japanese ramen — almost a curry taste rather than simple shoyu or salt style or more robust miso or tonkatsu. People same to like the food but if you are looking for traditional ramen don’t come here.

01/09/2024: Finally a good address in Montpellier!!!
I had the chance to come twice this summer and taste many of the dishes on the menu. The dishes are excellent, fresh, they are a change from what we are used to having!
The wine list is also superb. The service is top notch and the terrace planned for this summer is very pleasant. In short, I can only recommend.

12/12/2024: We tested this concept of protein pizza: the bean-based dough is a change from “classic” pizzas but the whole thing remains tasty. The staff is pleasant.
The prices are perhaps a little above average but Pure Vitaé Café & Proteines justifies them with fresh products and a menu displaying the Agriculture Bio logo as well as the French chicken logo.
Are you ready to spend a few euros more to choose products that are healthier for you and the environment?
