18/03/2026: The staff is very friendly and the service efficient. The food was very good, but I must point out one negative aspect: the cleanliness. I didn't feel comfortable at all, having to clean the chairs myself after they were covered in grease and food. I should mention that we were the first customers of the day. The floors also left much to be desired. Overall, it's acceptable, but there's a significant need for improvement in the cleanliness of the dining area. I certainly hope things are better in the kitchen...

06/05/2026: Honestly, it's a true 10/10. The hotel is superb, ideally located, with parking right next to it, making arrival extremely convenient. From the moment you enter, you're greeted with remarkable professionalism and kindness. The reception team is fantastic, always available and very pleasant. The rooms are perfect: beautiful, clean, comfortable, modern—nothing to complain about. The spa is perfect…with no reservation required. Special mention goes to the breakfast, which is simply exceptional, served on the magnificent rooftop terrace, making the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Marie and Inès, who take such good care of you with such attention and smiles; it truly makes all the difference. Everything is there for an excellent stay: welcome, service, comfort, location, quality of amenities… I highly recommend this hotel and I will gladly return.

19/07/2026: I'm not one to criticize restaurants but this time I can't help it. It's a place that many people pass by due to its location. But it's horrible how badly we were served, very unprofessional. The food that they claim to represent Spanish tapas is bad, everything is quite oily, and in short, it doesn't represent Spanish cuisine at all. Very bad. Don't go there

22/07/2026: We had been eating at La Rose de Damas for several years and were never disappointed, which is why we chose them to cater a meal for 45 people the night before our wedding. It was simply delicious and very generous: a variety of cold appetizers, couscous and kebabs, and pastries to finish – a real treat! Everyone helped themselves throughout the weekend! Without a doubt, the best Syrian restaurant in Montpellier!

19/07/2026: I never leave reviews, but this time I had to. I've been going to this bar since it opened because the cocktails are excellent. After a year without going, I decided to return. We waited over 30 minutes before telling the waitress it would be nice to take our order. Then we waited another 20 minutes before being served. The cocktails arrived, the presentation was lacking, and the cocktails themselves were beyond bad. I think even I could make better, and I'm not a professional. When I asked if the staff had changed, they replied, "Yes, why?" I explained that the cocktails weren't good (they were non-alcoholic). I emphasized this because there's nothing complicated about making a non-alcoholic cocktail. The person who made the cocktails didn't even admit that they were the ones who made them and that they weren't good. Paying quite a lot for something that was basically just Pulco is a shame. I think the training of servers and bartenders needs to be reviewed, especially in cocktail bars. After 5-6 years at Nectar, I can tell you I'll never go back for a drink because, unfortunately, the current staff is incompetent.

29/07/2026: As Spaniards who love good food, we were truly impressed. Everything was delicious, but the tuna was exceptional—the combination of flavors was incredibly original and perfectly balanced. Excellent service and a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

23/07/2026: The starter was decent, with a good terrine and sausage. The children's meals were also acceptable. However, the gardianne was a huge disappointment: the taste was strange, almost as if sangria had been used in the preparation. The portion was small, and oddly enough, the dish didn't contain carrots but large chunks of orange. We also had the impression that some of the meat wasn't bull (the meat traditionally used in a gardianne) but beef. When we expressed our surprise, we were simply told that it was "the traditional recipe," without any further explanation. Finally, the overall hygiene of the place left much to be desired, especially the restrooms. It's a shame, because the starter suggested a good meal was in store.

22/07/2026: Warm welcome, good food, Camargue products (gardiane stew, homemade fries, beer, lemonade)...shaded terrace on a quiet street with a view. A very pleasant time.

The textures and the blend of flavors were very well thought out. The service was top-notch; we had time to savor our meal, chat, and digest without feeling like we were waiting. The chef was very friendly. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. It was perfect for a winter evening. We left feeling satisfied and happy to have discovered such a great place!

13/06/2026: The service was great, the starter was excellent, but unfortunately the main course was very bland, the ravioli was swimming in water, and the dessert was nothing special. The value for money was unfortunately poor.
