06/05/2026: Honestly, it's a true 10/10. The hotel is superb, ideally located, with parking right next to it, making arrival extremely convenient. From the moment you enter, you're greeted with remarkable professionalism and kindness. The reception team is fantastic, always available and very pleasant. The rooms are perfect: beautiful, clean, comfortable, modern—nothing to complain about. The spa is perfect…with no reservation required. Special mention goes to the breakfast, which is simply exceptional, served on the magnificent rooftop terrace, making the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Marie and Inès, who take such good care of you with such attention and smiles; it truly makes all the difference. Everything is there for an excellent stay: welcome, service, comfort, location, quality of amenities… I highly recommend this hotel and I will gladly return.

28/10/2025: Purchase made in store in Montpellier on 04/10. Out of 5 Scuro capsules, 3 are unreadable by my machine. The QR code is not recognized by my machine. This isn't the first time this has happened. Considering the price of the capsules and Nespresso's image, this is disappointing. I threw away 3 unusable capsules.

26/10/2025: We were greeted by Vincent, a fantastic barista! We tried pistachio, vanilla, and coconut milk coffees! 😋 😋 The staff were welcoming and very patient! Thank you!

21/05/2026: A great brewery with a respectable selection of craft beers. Rather unassuming from the outside. Inside, it's very simple but effectively furnished. The beer tastes great and the people are cheerful. Definitely a must-visit for beer lovers in Montpellier!

18/03/2026: The staff is very friendly and the service efficient. The food was very good, but I must point out one negative aspect: the cleanliness. I didn't feel comfortable at all, having to clean the chairs myself after they were covered in grease and food. I should mention that we were the first customers of the day. The floors also left much to be desired. Overall, it's acceptable, but there's a significant need for improvement in the cleanliness of the dining area. I certainly hope things are better in the kitchen...

24/05/2026: To start with, a 1.25L bottle of Coke. For €4, a pizza with three measly bits of ham, an ultra-thin crust—in short, if you want to fill up with just one pizza, avoid it. Exorbitant price for the quantity, however, the service is good. Five people in the kitchen—no wonder, with the tarot cards they put in!
