15/08/2026: People come to Saint-Roch for what it is: the authenticity of a legendary place that transcends trends and eras. Personally, I love it. It's unpretentious and down-to-earth. It's the Montpellier I love, and which is sadly disappearing.

22/09/2026: There was a bit of a wait, but that's to be expected given the location. My food was hot, but be warned, the fries were a little too salty for my taste. No complaints considering the price; I recommend it.

15/06/2026: Just popping into LP with two sandwiches and two cold waters, plus a nice, airy little room... Pure bliss for me! Thanks to the "moustache" who served me! Thank you, cook, the fresh sandwiches were exactly what I needed. Top-notch!

02/08/2026: We stayed here simply because it was right off the highway and hence a natural break over night for our road trip. The location feels slightly off when arriving, the entrance is somewhat on the backside in an alley. If you feel like “this can’t be right” when following the navigator, you are right on track. So here is the thing. The first thing we noticed were people smoking in their rooms from the windows. The staff in the reception were friendly and they spoke very good English considering it’s France. Dogs were welcome. The room initially wasn’t that bad, but the bathroom cleaning was insufficient. Also the toilet is behind one door, while the faucet and shower was behind a different door not even next to each other. So you had to walk thru the room to wash your hands after using the toilet. Is that the end of the world, no, but very inconvenient. The rooms were quite noisy, could hear alot of the neighbors and people in hallway. The beds were very uncomfortable.. not to mention the pillows.. in the hallway outside of the room and elevators in smelled Marijuana.. we understand that cultures are different but it is off putting to face that intense stench in a hotell, no matter if it’s cigarettes, weed or perfume… Would not go here again, unfortunately. The restaurant were closed due to holiday they said so I can’t rate that. They offered pizzas in the reception for 10-13€ which felt like frozen pizzas they heat up. Works when in need, but not really worth it. They also have drinks 7-9€ for 25cl of booze.

28/05/2026: This hotel is not bad, with clean rooms and window blinds. Change was the pool was covered in green slimes, and the EV charging stations (benefit of the hotel), being blocked off for 12+ hours by cars of customers parking at the meant that we could not charge the car, resulting to more hassle to us.

05/10/2026: Worst meal ever in France. Mainly the non-existent service. After seating had to wait half an hour to order anything. All the while 5 waiters were buzzing around other tables (service 20% full). Ordered a bottle of wine, big profit for restaurant, maybe? Had to wait an hour, again physically stand up and wave to get server’s attention. It came after the main (2nd of three courses) was at the table. Raviole du boeuf, only good thing about meal were the sauces, excellent. The pasta and beef overcooked. My brother’s turbot (I think I remember it correctly because heaven forbid a server would tell us what we were eating in French or English) was inedibly overcooked. When server took plate, did not ask why it was barely touched.Server who gave us cheese plate just threw it on the table and left. Had to again wave hands inair to ask what kinds of cheese were on plate. Really, I thought you couldn’t go wrong with restaurants in France, especially those rated by Michelin and Gault and Millau. But you’re better off at McDonalds than wasting tour money here. How they were ever rated is beyond me. Worst service of my life, including hole-in-wall diners. 100+ € was after we complained and got one or two things comped.

03/10/2026: What a delightful experience - the ambience, the charming and helpful staff and the absolutely superb, clever, innovative but perfectly balanced dishes were a genuine pleasure. We are frequently impressed in France at the high standard of cuisine, and Petit Jardin surpassed that expectation by some margin. Highly recommended. Compliments to the chef and his team!

07/10/2026: Discovered this place for lunch today. The set menus are reasonably priced, the food is excellent, the welcome is warm, and the staff are friendly – ​​everything is top-notch. I highly recommend it for a lunch break.

05/08/2026: I come here very often for lunch and I always enjoy it! The welcome is warm, the owner is always very attentive, and the dishes change frequently enough that you never eat the same thing. I highly recommend this place 👍

09/06/2026: This is my first time at this bakery. I bought two specialty breads (I tried one tonight, it was amazing, excellent!) It's the first time I've ever tasted such good bread. I can't remember the name, but it was a fairly dark round loaf. The cakes are beautifully presented, a bit pricey in my opinion. I'll buy some next time to see. The service was fine, nothing special. Overall, I recommend this bakery for the bread.

30/07/2026: Very warm welcome, simple but perfect cuisine, nice little terrace, which, unfortunately, is a little affected by the surrounding construction (this can be blamed on the restaurant).

25/09/2026: A very warm welcome, excellent cuisine beautifully presented (the roasted octopus is delicious, as is the tuna tataki), a generous children's menu and a very pleasant setting on the terrace under the arches!

21/09/2026: We went early one morning; the view of the arches and the new square was lovely. The welcome was friendly, and the service was excellent. I can't comment on the food as we only had coffee and tea.

05/09/2026: How can it be "not too tasty"??? I've been a customer for at least 10 years and I come back regularly; the quality is always the same, the two ladies who serve are just as kind, and it's always spotless. What more could you ask for?

14/04/2026: First time, and many more to come, because it was delicious. Convenient, clean, cozy atmosphere with traditional Chinese background music. Spotless restrooms. Charming ladies who serve you with pleasure and elegance. Eat in or take away. I truly enjoyed my favorite spring roll and bobun order. Definitely on my list for my next culinary getaways to Montpellier. You have to try everything; the selection is vast, and you'll always find a favorite. This time, I loved the stir-fried vermicelli with vegetables. It's light, flavorful, and satisfying. Perfect for a beautiful spring day. The place is also zen, a little haven.

22/08/2026: Disappointed by the amount of meat and other ingredients in the bread… And not just once… Forced to go back because of a menu error, and not just once either. Too expensive; things have changed a lot. The economic crisis doesn't justify the price, especially considering the state of the booths… That's it. French tacos…

20/08/2026: Hygiene is questionable at best! Slow service, no atmosphere whatsoever, and the food isn't great. I ordered a sandwich, and when I got it, it looked like a large, slightly overcooked croque-monsieur, and it tasted a bit salty.

12/10/2026: Nice, varied menu. Quick service. But it's always very crowded and the noise level is unbearable....

11/10/2026: Fantastic, the food was delicious! It took about 10-15 minutes to arrive, but it was totally worth it!
