21/02/2026: A delight. We had lunch at the market restaurant and it was pure bliss for our taste buds. We will gladly return. Bravo to the chef for the octopus with chorizo and fresh market vegetables.

Further down, they're excellent and only €2.70!!
Breads: excessively priced.
Further down at the Corniche bakery: normal prices.
Nothing extraordinary about this bakery except that it has an enclosed terrace, but people smoke a lot on this "CLOSED" terrace, and you're forced to put up with the smoke, especially for children and those sensitive to tobacco.
So personally, even though I live nearby, I don't go back because of the high prices, the sandwiches with no real ingredients, the smoking under the enclosed terrace, and the staff who aren't exactly friendly...
It works because there's a swimming pool next door, and in the summer, it's a tourist trap.
25/01/2026: Convenient bakery with parking... We ordered some excellent cakes... However, this weekend we picked up some pastries that weren't fresh. Therefore, it's best to order ahead to ensure freshness.

23/04/2026: Taco experience: We waited a little while for our order. Fine.
The tacos weren't the most appetizing to look at, but they certainly weren't good. There was very little sauce inside and a lot of oil. The meat was average.
The price wasn't exorbitant, but a bit high for this type of fast food. Tacos not recommended.
12/04/2026: I live in Sète and I'd already tried their ice cream; it was good, but today I wanted to try their tacos… BIG MISTAKE! THEY WERE AWFUL. Mine was dripping with oil, my friend's was dry, and my boyfriend's was supposed to be a double meat taco, but it was the size of a single meat one. Really not good at all. Never buy tacos there; they're absolutely disgusting. Now we're all sick with stomach aches. I'll never go back.

19/05/2026: The service was appalling, the tacos were expensive (€10 for a meat dish is outrageous!), and don't even get me started on the sinking taco. Honestly, I was really disappointed. Avoid this snack bar; I don't recommend it.

07/03/2026: One star because the coffee was good, but that's the only redeeming quality. The mussels were more shells than mussels, the "Sète platter" consisted of four measly mussels straight from a can in a glass of oil, and the tartlet was dry and empty inside. We should have checked the reviews beforehand. I hesitated between this and the penne, but judging by the neighboring table who didn't even touch it, it must have been delicious. 🤨 €80 to eat overlooking the canal, but frankly, sometimes a good old-fashioned ham and butter sandwich is better.
23/02/2026: Disappointed, a €25 set menu that's definitely not worth the price! Tourist trap! Goat's cheese salad with a tiny piece of goat cheese on a slice of over-toasted bread, and cuttlefish in a rouille sauce that tasted burnt. Don't complain if your restaurant isn't doing well; it's outrageous to rip people off like that!

Produit frais du port juste en face accompagné d’une cuisine généreuse (félicitations au chef vous nous avez régalé).
Gros avantage du parking proximité

11/11/2024: Très agréable surprise et heureux hasard lors d’un séjour entre amis. Pas forcément convaincus devant l’ enseigne qui nous indique un " petit bistrot " alors qu’il s’agit en fait d’un véritable lieu gastronomique où le chef ( et patron) cuisine de délicieux mets presque sous vos yeux et visite chaque table après dégustation accompagné de sa joyeuse équipe. Ce Restaurant mérite amplement 5 étoiles 🌟
04/11/2024: Parfait, de l'entrée au dessert. Prix correct. Chef en salle bravo. Serveur pro. Merci. Nous reviendrons bientôt. Enfin une vraie cuisine même si revisite.

We were made very welcome with our little dog.
Plus attractive value for money.
06/11/2024: Easier to find tourist-friendly restaurants with average quality products than a little nugget like this one. Quality products, homemade, copious plates, homemade fries (it's still better than frozen fries), you can feel that even the sauces are worked and not just vacuum-packed like with some restaurateurs.
