Further down, they're excellent and only €2.70!!
Breads: excessively priced.
Further down at the Corniche bakery: normal prices.
Nothing extraordinary about this bakery except that it has an enclosed terrace, but people smoke a lot on this "CLOSED" terrace, and you're forced to put up with the smoke, especially for children and those sensitive to tobacco.
So personally, even though I live nearby, I don't go back because of the high prices, the sandwiches with no real ingredients, the smoking under the enclosed terrace, and the staff who aren't exactly friendly...
It works because there's a swimming pool next door, and in the summer, it's a tourist trap.
25/01/2026: Convenient bakery with parking... We ordered some excellent cakes... However, this weekend we picked up some pastries that weren't fresh. Therefore, it's best to order ahead to ensure freshness.

13/01/2026: I ate a poutine that clearly deserves the title of worst insult to cuisine. The fries were soggy, swimming in oil, and completely lacking in texture, as if they'd been forgotten at the bottom of a dirty fryer. The cheese, which was supposed to be at least somewhat melty and flavorful, was bland, rubbery, and carelessly thrown in. As for the gravy, it was lukewarm, tasteless, and far too runny, giving the impression of leftovers reheated multiple times with absolutely no regard for the customer.
The whole thing was a revolting, visually repugnant mess that was impossible to finish without wincing. Calling it poutine is a true humiliation for this dish. It's sloppy food, made without skill, taste, or dignity. A pitiful experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

La carte pique un peu niveau tarifs mais la qualité est là ! Très bon conseil du serveur. Viognier très bon également.

Kindness non-existent! Incredible aggressiveness of the waiter (told us: you're not going to break my C......!!!) and a la carte cocktails but none can be served....

11/11/2024: Très agréable surprise et heureux hasard lors d’un séjour entre amis. Pas forcément convaincus devant l’ enseigne qui nous indique un " petit bistrot " alors qu’il s’agit en fait d’un véritable lieu gastronomique où le chef ( et patron) cuisine de délicieux mets presque sous vos yeux et visite chaque table après dégustation accompagné de sa joyeuse équipe. Ce Restaurant mérite amplement 5 étoiles 🌟

06/11/2024: Easier to find tourist-friendly restaurants with average quality products than a little nugget like this one. Quality products, homemade, copious plates, homemade fries (it's still better than frozen fries), you can feel that even the sauces are worked and not just vacuum-packed like with some restaurateurs.
