19/09/2026: Generous portions, simple and delicious, in a very British atmosphere.
We had lunch early and didn't have to queue.
The potatoes with the fish and chips were excellent.
My wife really enjoyed the eggs Benedict.
We're waiting for the scones!
Really good at a reasonable price.
13/09/2026: I had a lovely time in this charming tea room with friends. The decor transports you to a truly British setting, full of character. "It's Five O'Clock" is an invitation to travel. The teas and pastries are absolutely incredible, with a special mention for the scones, which I adored! A wonderful discovery; I'll gladly return. 🇬🇧☕️

27/08/2026: Almost invisible on the street, yet found with the help of Google Maps. Small shop, the interior could use a refresh (costs a star). But the most important thing, the pastries? Top-notch! Super delicious! Refined! Not cheap but absolutely worth it. Very friendly welcome and service. If we are ever in Rennes again, we will definitely look this up again 😋

29/08/2026: Everything was excellent, the service was great, the place was very comfortable, and the music was catchy and pleasant. I had the vegetarian option, which was excellent, and my parents had the festive option and they loved it! I highly recommend it.
20/08/2026: Delicious honest food, by host who knows how to serve the whole restaurant and still make you feel totally taken care of. We would 10/10 recommend for a chill atmosphere while joining a variety of tasteful mezze.
At the end of the night some people asked to sit outside while the terrace was already full. The patron didn’t hesitate to bring one of his inside tables outside.

23/09/2026: The Saint-Charles has just had a makeover! It's bright and welcoming. A bar-restaurant with trendy bistronomic cuisine. Everything is homemade, and what's really great is that the flavors are spot on, although some might find it a bit too spicy. Personally, I love it!
