21/07/2024: It's not easy in St Malo, especially here on the city walls, to find a restaurant away from tourist food. The Fidelis is a pleasant exception here. If you're looking for visually appealing dishes, you've come to the right place. We chose a menu and were not disappointed. Plus attractive wines and good service. We can recommend Fidelis to anyone who wants to eat well.

03/12/2025: A super friendly welcome for a hot chocolate and an Irish coffee in the mid-afternoon on November 12, 2025. Cool, laid-back place with really friendly service. Special mention for the hot chocolate.

23/11/2025: Very nice bar with a great selection of beers, good background music and friendly staff. Good as a man-creche while the girls visit the shops.

30/06/2025: A magical moment... an ethical restaurant/warm welcome/a serene atmosphere perfect for discovering dishes that are expertly explained by Madame Premorvan and prepared by an artist-chef. This restaurant has a soul and a philosophy. A PEARL to discover because, like all pearls... it is rare.

26/01/2025: Familiar with the Larcher/Breizh café establishments, I remain amazed at the maintenance of the quality of the formula over time. No wear, no weariness, it's still just as good, the service always friendly, the places soothing. A nugget of Breton soft power, With Roellinger, Lefevre ciders, (ok, Normand at the base, but he took the passport...), Bordier butter. For those I really pity, who don't live between Dinan and Cancale, you can catch a bit of the atmosphere in the other Breizh café du Monde. And if you want to break the bank intelligently, above the one in Cancale there is a certain Japanese gourmet restaurant. We're not at Tang's! Long live buckwheat, long live Saint Coulomb, long live Breizh café.

23/01/2025: Very good restaurant, well appointed and arranged, tastefully decorated and friendly. Fast service, you can see the cook doing his work. Very good pancakes and a diverse choice of cider presented as great vintages. really a great time, I will come back with great pleasure.

It's located right above the sea, in what used to be a ferry terminal, which makes the walk there feel a bit odd or industrial—but don’t let that stop you. Once inside, the atmosphere is truly charming and inviting, with a relaxed maritime vibe. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is fresh and tasty, even if it might not be the absolute best in Saint-Malo. Still, a great experience overall, especially for seafood lovers!

27/09/2024: Certainly the space is limited, but the kindness of the servers makes up for it. The quality and quantity of the products are worth the price difference with the surrounding breweries.

20/09/2024: Hello, hello, being on the move for work, we sometimes look for small restaurants to eat well and have a good time Arriving in the small restaurant, we were welcomed by the waitress, very kind, very smiling who took care of everything throughout the meal. There was also the gentleman who was in charge of cooking. The meats which itself were also very very very nice nice, As the restaurant fills up, people all chat together so the atmosphere is super nice The meats are to die for, I recommend this place 200% if I return while traveling in this area, I will be happy to return to eat in this establishment. Thank you.

06/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! The galette was dry and burnt! I was sick all night 🤢 and the waitress even climbed onto the bench with her shoes on to get a bottle from up high!

05/12/2025: This crêperie was recommended to us by family. We weren't disappointed. The welcome is simple and warm. The galettes and crêpes are delicious. Our canine friends are welcome. We highly recommend it.

22/11/2025: Delightful evening on all accounts; food, service and a wonderful conversation with one of the owners. Parking is a a tad challenging but don't let that deter you from trying this wonderful, intimate spot. If we are ever again in St Malo we will definitely return to Le Bulot.

11/11/2025: From appetizer to dessert, absolutely flawless!! We had a wonderful meal! The food was incredibly fresh and the flavors were amazing! And the value for money is unbeatable! Plus, the service was top-notch! This restaurant is a real gem!!!

15/08/2024: We had a very good lunch in this little restaurant. The dishes are succulent and made from local products. Special mention for their Valanjou goat cheese producer. It is strongly recommended to book as there is not much space and it would be a shame not to be able to enjoy this restaurant.

Don't hesitate to ask questions about the dishes, the flavors, the aromatic herbs; nothing will be kept from you, quite the contrary, it's a sharing of culinary knowledge.
