30/07/2024: I recently tried the chicken and beef curry from Indian taste restaurant with my family. My experience was a mixed bag. The curry had a decent flavor, but it wasn't anything exceptional. Both the chicken and beef were a bit overcooked, making them tougher than I would have liked. The curry had a fair balance of spices, but it was spicier than we expected, especially since we asked for a mild version. This made it a bit challenging for our kid to enjoy. The chili chicken was unexpectedly sweet, which was a letdown as we were expecting a spicy dish. The dosa was also not good—it was soggy and lacked the traditional crispiness. The portion size was on the smaller side, which left us wanting a bit more for the price we paid. Additionally, when we asked for butter for our paratha, we were told that the restaurant didn't have any, which was surprising and a bit disappointing given it’s an Indian restaurant. On a positive note, the mango lassi was quite good, with a nice balance of sweetness and richness of mango. However, the vanilla shake was way too sweet for our taste. Overall, it was an average meal. While it wasn’t terrible, it didn’t stand out either. If you’re looking for a quick curry fix, it might be worth a try, but don’t set your expectations too high.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and it’s become a staple in every visit to Paris. We never leave the city without dining here multiple times—it’s simply that good.
The Butter Chicken is absolutely exceptional—tender, flavorful, and bathed in a rich, creamy sauce that’s perfectly balanced. The Beef Biryani is fragrant and satisfying, with well-spiced rice and succulent meat. The Vegetable Samosas are golden and crisp on the outside with a delicious, well-seasoned filling. Every dish we’ve tried over the years has been consistent and full of flavor.
The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, and they always make us feel at home. The atmosphere is cosy and inviting—perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner after a day out in Paris. It’s not flashy or overdone, just charming and comfortable in the best way.

The worst place I've ever had a burger. The meat tasted like it had been out of the fridge for a long time, there was very little sauce, and the bun was very, very dry.
But it didn't end there. I asked for the bill, and the waiter came over without the receipt and directly with the card reader and charged me €73. I asked for the receipt because I needed a receipt, and to my surprise? They charged me €10 in tips. Their faces said it all. They got nervous when I asked for the receipt. What scoundrels.
When you pay, they give you the option to leave them tips, but being the ones to charge you is thieves.
Be careful, they like to steal.

17/09/2024: evening meal with family, very well decorated and spacious restaurant, very warm welcome.
We are very pampered, on the 1st floor with our little dog, carpeted floor, my dog loved it.
very good service, I discovered flavors, I traveled, we traveled to this restaurant.
A slightly expensive trip but the quality of the dishes and the attentive service make you forget the expense bill when leaving ;-)
We will be coming back very soon in September for my 60th birthday.
An opportunity to have fun with the family.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this restaurant will always be a treat and the quality will drop some days that I've read in the reviews.

10/12/2024: Very good cuisine, the dishes are delicious. I recommend this restaurant for its cuisine: what a treat! The atmosphere, on the other hand, is not great and the service still needs to be improved because we didn't feel welcome, which is a shame. We also came to eat at the Palmier d'Agadir (the 2 restaurants are apparently merged) but we were only given the Shahi menu; we should have been offered both menus. Please note that the boss went to get a crepe from the restaurant next door for dessert: thank you for the effort, we will come back!
01/11/2024: Excellent culinary experience in this restaurant! You will find very good traditional cuisine there, it is very gourmet and you feel that the products are fresh.
And above all the managers are very warm!

Cuisine absolument délicieuse, plats copieux, épicés à souhait. Un vrai régal pour les papilles !
Seul bémol : pas d'alcool à la carte, même pas de bière, c'est dommage

Too bad they don't renovate the room and there is no air conditioning in summer. So given the world it gets very hot quickly.
They are stingy when it comes to pieces of meat (too much sauce and barely two or three small pieces of meat)
