17/02/2026: Good evening, I just wanted to share my experience to inform customers and readers. I experienced the biggest RIP-OFF, DISAPPOINTMENT, DISGUST, and more... There were two of us eating this evening, and we were served lamb in sauce with a portion of basmati rice. - The lamb was DRY, tasteless, with very small pieces of lamb. - The basmati rice, a portion to share, was an extra €5.00!! It wasn't even included with the main course!!! The meal was insufficient; we had to order a second course each, with a black bean inside. It's a disgrace. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!! RUN AWAY!!! I apologize to the readers, but I needed to express my disgust, as well as that of my colleague. Thank you.

23/12/2025: Fantastic Indian restaurant! Clean, welcoming, and above all, excellent food, just as good as what we tasted in Sri Lanka. I stumbled upon it with a friend, and since then, we go back all the time, either to eat in or for my Sunday night orders. The owners are lovely, always offering a little dessert and an extra drink. I highly recommend it; what a joy to have such a great restaurant nearby! Thank you 🙏

21/12/2025: Excellent restaurant. The dishes are perfectly spiced and flavorful (tikka, butter, and vindaloo). The meat (chicken and lamb) is tender. The four-spice tea is delicious and perfect for finishing the meal. The mango lassi and the helwa dessert, which are light on sugar, are definitely worth trying! The service is pleasant. I highly recommend it.

27/10/2025: Hello, for my part, I had been there a few years ago but I only went there once. The atmosphere and the setting remain great, however the service was average. As for the quality of the food, unfortunately not great. I remember the rice which had a burnt taste, it's a shame.

11/03/2026: Having just moved to Montargis, I got lost in the maze of shopping streets and stumbled upon Bombay's storefront... a visual journey already, and then, upon entering, you're transported... warm, calm, and cozy. Attentive service with exotic aromas and the desire to simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal. This restaurant is worth it... enjoy your trip. Vincent

22/02/2026: We stumbled upon this little restaurant tucked away off Rue Dorée and we were delighted! Impeccable service, delicious and flavorful food from appetizer to dessert. Special mention for the garlic cheese naan! Prices are more than reasonable. We will gladly return.

11/10/2025: An unusual restaurant divided into two sections, one for desserts, the other for Indian/Pakistani dishes. It's a restaurant that doesn't look like much but has a certain charm. If you want to taste Pakistani and Indian flavors, you can go there because it's authentic food from these countries and it's ridiculously cheap. The prices are ultra-affordable, even though the restaurant is located in Paris. A mango lassi (made with real mangoes) for €3 is impossible to find at that price anywhere else! Regarding the service, it's impeccable, as they are attentive and very helpful. I recommend this restaurant 5/5.

09/12/2025: Absolutely avoid this place: the mint sauce that came with the cheese naan (which had no cheese inside) smelled awful, a disgrace. If you want food poisoning, you've come to the right place! The main course: Butter chicken with four tiny pieces of chicken that were practically swimming together and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever… Thanks for the rip-off and this non-meal.

30/01/2026: I've been going to this restaurant at least once a month for the past few years, sometimes every week, because it's always like visiting friends—you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The owner, Yann, and his family are lovely. The dishes are only spicy if you ask for it. There's a wide variety of choices. My favorites are the mint lassi, the salmon tikka, the Kashmiri rice (with raisins), and the semolina and coconut dessert, "kesari." The recently renovated decor is superb and exotic. It's best to make a reservation, but there's usually a way to get a table. 🙂 Maison de l'Inde, the restaurant you absolutely must go to in Saint Louis.

03/02/2026: Most of the reviews are either biased or fake. The restaurant was completely empty and gloomy when we visited. The food was bland and probably reheated. The vegetables were canned and mixed with a sauce, and the kids' menu was truly awful. As another member already mentioned, we had to argue to get the 20% discount from The Fork when we went to pay. Go eat at a fast-food restaurant; it will be better and fresher. VERY BAD RESTAURANT, doesn't even deserve one star.

01/02/2026: The food was flavosome and authentic. I ordered spicy food while my friends ordered mild/less spicy. They definitely delivered what's requested. The service was good and we had a good time. The mutton biryani I ordered was some of the best I had in Europe, I would not hesitate to recommend.
