07/07/2025: Extremely bad attitude of the owner. It took forever for them to even take our order and when my son was deciding on juice he left us just like that. I had to go and request to take our order and then he says there’s no such thing as order more later, order it all at one time coz then V’ll have other customers. His attitude is definitely not meant for hospitality or restaurant industry. The restaurant was almost empty when v went in, for a reason!!

01/07/2025: Very good food! The curries and butter chicken have great flavor! They also give you some sauces that are very good. Small portions for the price

15/01/2026: Same as previous reviews: too much (dry) rice and not enough meat. The butter chicken recipe isn't well executed; the sauce was far too runny and watery, and the rose lassi I ordered was full of syrup and not even blended. The restaurant was empty when I ordered, and I understood why once I ate. Nothing catastrophic, but still a place to avoid.

04/11/2025: Looks good on the menu, but there's really too little meat on the plates. I also ordered a cheese naan, and I'm still hungry. It's fine if you're really craving Indian food and there's nothing else around. What a shame.

07/11/2025: Superb Indian restaurant SHAHZADA, very varied menu with their famous Chicken Korma, Butter Chicken, etc. YUM YUM 😍 Fast service and attentive waiter. I highly recommend it, I will be back very soon. Thank you for this dinner. Visited

24/10/2025: We really enjoyed our Indian meal — it was our first time trying this cuisine! The flavors were delicious and the experience was something different. We found the portions a bit small for the price (about €52 for two without drinks), but overall it’s a nice place to discover new tastes and enjoy a warm atmosphere.

05/11/2025: I bought a fish curry parcel from this shop, they cooked the fish without even cleaning the scales. The cooked fish was very dark and hard, I was vomiting at night after eating it, I will never go to this restaurant again, this is my worst experience.

26/01/2026: The reception, service, and menu were all very inconsistent. Side dishes are extra; otherwise, it's a set menu. I don't recommend it.

26/01/2026: Vegetable samosa, more like potato samosa, hard pastry: 2 samosas on a large plate with a few shredded cabbage leaves scattered around. If you don't order the set menu, you have to add a bowl of plain rice for 3.50. Chicken korma was bland. Service: aggressive waiter. Atmosphere: arrived at noon, the restaurant barely had a warm glass of wine in the dining room. Avoid

29/09/2024: The best Halal restaurant outside India so far. If you are going to Paris around the Eiffel Tower, this is the best place to eat. Very reasonable price and high quality food with awesome taste. I would recommend it to everyone, especially asians who want to experience Indian or Pakistani non-veg food. The staff is well-behaved and looks professional. I tried Lamb Biryani and Keema Naan. The lamb was very flavourful and tender. The real gastronomic and appetizing I would say.

11/01/2026: The food and staff service were a total disappointment. I'm indian and I totally disapprove of this place!! The matar paneer sabzi that I ordered had no paneer pieces! Instead they had put melty cheese slices in the sabzi. When I confronted the waiter and the manager, they said, "THIS IS FRANCE, YOU DO NOT GET PANEER HERE". When I asked them, why are they selling the dish by a false name and that it is possible to make paneer at home or you can buy online easily, they told me "THIS IS NOT YOUR HOME, IT IS A RESTAURANT AND WE MAKE FOOD THAT EUROPEANS LIKE AND NOT WHAT THEY SELL IN INDIA". I guess these people are not even from India and are selling rubbish junk in the name of indian food. A total disgrace to the name of a restaurant. This was my worst experience in an eating place and I will never come here again nor do I recommend it to anybody who is expecting authentic Indian food here. THE WORST STAFF EVER!!

18/12/2025: I've eaten Indian food before, but never of this quality. The chicken wasn't fresh and had an unpleasant aftertaste, as if it had been cooked the day before. There was no effort put into the sauce, and the tikka masala had chunks of fresh tomato swimming in it… in short, a disastrous dinner. Next time, don't ask customers if everything is alright since you don't even bother to cook properly or satisfy them… I said what I thought, and instead of changing my dish or at least apologizing, the man gave me an embarrassed and ridiculous smile and left without a word.

24/01/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times. The food is undeniably excellent, but the portions are too small, and you're always hungry afterward. Also, the bill is hefty.

12/01/2026: Meal with a group of girls. The dishes arrived without plates!! Theoretically, the plates should be on the tables before the food is served!! The meal was okay, nothing special. The dessert, an ice cream sundae with slivered almonds, had a horrible rancid taste. We asked for another one without. Some prices are high for the portion size. The atmosphere was very pleasant because the restaurant was empty!! Result = We won't be going back!!

10/01/2026: I usually order through Deliveroo and it was always very good. Today I went to the restaurant to order in person and it was a disaster. The cheese naan had no cheese at all, the chicken korma was awful with an aftertaste of I don't know what, and the service was terrible. In short, it's a shame, there won't be a next time.

15/01/2026: We used to go there 4 or 5 years ago, but since they changed owners, the food is disgusting, the service is nonexistent, and the dishes are incredibly oily. We got sick after eating there. Restaurant to be avoided at all costs

10/11/2025: I discovered the Bombay Palace restaurant near Gare du Nord, and it was a wonderful surprise! First, the welcome was very warm and the service attentive. Second, the dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with authentic Indian flavors. I particularly appreciated the well-balanced spices and the freshness of the ingredients. In addition, the atmosphere was pleasant and the price was very reasonable for Paris. In my opinion, it's a great place for a truly delicious experience. 🌶️🍛

23/09/2024: Menu complet, commandé par Uber Eats, en entrée je voulais tester les 2 spécialités de légumes : en fait des galettes frites sèches,et sans aucune saveur, un plat principal où l’on a du mal à reconnaître le poulet, le tout servi en vrac, sans aucune présentation, Le tout pour 40 € … plus jamais ça

03/09/2024: I am extremely disappointed with my order placed at this restaurant. None of the dishes looked like what was shown in the photos. The shrimp dish, which should have contained several, had almost none, and the ones that were there were tiny, nothing like what was shown. The lentil dish was more like a tasteless soup than anything else, with barely a few lentils at the bottom. And what about the spinach dish which was exactly the same. Frankly, for an order costing €40, this is unacceptable. I will never order from them again, or from Deliveroo for that matter, who consider that this is not enough for a refund. I strongly advise against it!

29/09/2024: Have you ever gone home from a restaurant still hungry? This was my case in this restaurant. For couples and children, the dishes are already served with a 15-20 minute delay per person even though the order was taken at the same time. It was a BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT for me who chose the grilled chicken, which didn't look like it at all to my great surprise, once the plate was on my table. It was nothing more and nothing less than a bland, colorful chicken leg, cooked in water for some time, and which had been kept in the cold for several times, which completely dried and hardened it. And all of this HEATED of course. As for the accompaniment, the vegetables must have been bathed in their sauce for some time because they were soaked in it to the point of making a puree as soon as you touched it with the fork!!!! REHEATED AGAIN!!! The plate left as it arrived No need to give me your answers on customer satisfaction….. or the pleasure of seeing me again!!!! That won't be my case!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

28/09/2024: Meal arrived late, me and my son had already finished our meal while my husband was still waiting for his… he asked for grilled chicken and he got a piece of chicken as hard as a stone which was probably from 3 days before… not even grilled, colored with coloring, tasteless side dish, vegetables drowned in their juice for x amount of time. For good eaters, follow your path otherwise you will be disappointed...
