13/07/2026: A family-run restaurant with authentic, traditional Vietnamese cuisine, a far cry from the "Chinese restaurants" that all look the same. Excellent service, a varied menu, and an entire page dedicated to vegan options (very good!)... I highly recommend this restaurant!

We received a very warm welcome at this restaurant.
We were passing through Tours without a reservation.
The service was excellent, and lunch went perfectly. The main course and desserts were delicious.
We ordered:
- Main course: Duo of seared prawns and scallops, risotto with pea espuma and pesto rosso.
- Dessert: Peach soup with basil, fresh strawberries, and lemon ice cream.
We highly recommend this restaurant.
11/07/2026: The main course was very good, and the dessert was light and original. The olive oil could have used a little more spice. The staff was pleasant. The service was a bit too fast. The price was a little too high.

29/06/2026: I went to Holly’s Diner with my partner on Saturday evening, June 27th. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The waiter (Enzo) was very pleasant and smiling; it was a real pleasure to be served by him. I recommend eating there; all the staff are friendly and it's lovely to see.
P.S.: Thank you to Enzo for offering to finish my order of fries at the end of his shift to avoid food waste. He understood that we didn't want to throw them away. So thank you to him :)

08/06/2026: We came for lunch on a weekday (Monday). It was quiet and we were served quite quickly (about 30 minutes after arrival, including time to choose). The portions were generous and the food was very good. They have slightly spicy Chinese dishes and a few Vietnamese dishes.
Be aware that for some dishes (e.g., stir-fried eggplant or Sichuan spicy pork), you have to order rice separately, but considering the portion size, it's acceptable. The loc lac and the tofu dish already come with rice.

The dishes were delicious, prepared with care, and bursting with flavor. Special mention for the foie gras, simply exceptional—the best I've ever eaten! A true gem.
An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will return with great pleasure.
