The service was attentive and refined; the server took the time to explain what we were going to eat and how to eat it, anticipating our needs. The atmosphere was intimate and welcoming! I highly recommend this restaurant!

29/03/2026: Wonderful restaurant. We went there with friends from Tours who are regulars. Our experience was perfect from start to finish. The appetizers were sumptuous, from the hot dog with asparagus to the pâté en croûte. The service was impeccable, very professional, and friendly. The main courses were as delicious as they were beautiful and generous; everything was meticulously prepared, from the flavors to the presentation. We couldn't resist the desserts, which were just as good as the preceding courses. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

22/01/2026: I stumbled upon La Canca while leaving Decathlon. Intrigued by the lively atmosphere of this little food truck, I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed at all. The welcome was warm and personal, the service quick, the food delicious, and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend doing as I did and giving it a go. I might even go to Decathlon more often now.

31/03/2026: Mixed experience, but a major service issue. Usually, the bar is pleasant and the other servers are polite, which makes the place enjoyable. Unfortunately, this time, the experience was ruined by the attitude of one particular server. As soon as we arrived, he addressed my friend with the disrespectful and inappropriate remark, "Does it bother you to put the chair away?" Then, after all my friends had ordered, he insisted that I get something, adding, "I'm not a park bench." A condescending and completely inappropriate remark. It's a shame, because the establishment is normally pleasant, but this kind of behavior gives a very bad impression and is clearly uncomfortable. I hope this issue will be addressed.

31/03/2026: A very bad experience at this bar. While we were seated, a waiter approached us in an extremely aggressive manner, asking, "Does it bother you to change the chairs?" Beyond the obvious lack of professionalism, he was particularly unpleasant, even insulting, towards one of our friends. A shameful welcome for such a well-located establishment. Avoid this place if you're looking for a relaxing and courteous atmosphere. March 31, 2026

14/02/2026: We participated in the Macaron Workshop with Tours à Table. Sandrine guided us throughout the entire class. She's a very friendly, passionate, and patient instructor. There was a great atmosphere all morning! With all her tips, there's no chance of messing up our macarons! We'll definitely be back!

We stumbled upon it quite by chance while passing by, and the food is simply delicious, the ingredients fresh and local, the portions generous, and the presentation beautiful. Add to that the excellent service, with complimentary open-faced sandwiches and steamed vegetables, and a cozy, homey atmosphere. Our experience was very pleasant, and we will definitely return. Go without hesitation.
