19/04/2026: Definitely one of the best restaurants of my life! A starter of sweetbread croquettes, scallops reimagined as a main course, and a lemon tart served in an unusual dish: a perfect meal from start to finish! Bravo to the team! 👏🏻

19/04/2026: The cuisine was simply exceptional. We enjoyed the beef tournedos Rossini and the beef tagliata, both outstanding. For dessert, the banana-chocolate bombe and the "boule de pétanque" (a type of small, round pastry) were also excellent. The service was impeccable, attentive and refined, with thoughtful touches like the amuse-bouches offered before the courses. The wine selection was also very good and perfectly paired with the dishes. The restaurant is very popular—reservations are essential—but it's easy to see why: an exceptional place that we recommend without hesitation.

22/04/2026: A great restaurant in the "Quiet Hour" area, perfect for lunch, dinner, or a relaxing afternoon snack. Like all Holly's locations, the decor is really nice, and it's a pleasure to visit. They always offer plenty of sides with the burgers, like fries or potato wedges – a real plus compared to other restaurants! There's plenty of seating upstairs, so it's easy to come with family, even on weekends when it's busy.

03/05/2026: Well worth the visit if you are in the area. The food is wonderfully flavourful and fresh , easily the best I had in the area and some of the best food I’ve tried. I ended up paying €97 for 2 set menus(full 3 courses) ,one half bottle of some of the best wine I’ve had and an aperitif. Me and my partner managed to get a table at peak time on a Saturday without booking but I would say we got lucky in that regard so your experience may vary.

29/04/2026: A very nice restaurant in the center of Tours on the lively Rue Colbert. The food is good, well-balanced and delicately prepared, preserving the flavor of the quality ingredients. I'm not giving it five stars because, despite the very kind staff, who even allowed us to bring a birthday cake (service charge of €3.50 per person), the service was a bit slow. Upon our arrival, since we hadn't had an aperitif, no one brought us water or a small entree, unlike at other restaurants we've been to. Overall, however, I'd recommend it because the evening was, in any case, pleasant.

26/03/2026: We hired Candice for our grand opening. It was absolutely delicious. We received nothing but excellent feedback from our guests. What we particularly appreciated was that Candice's cuisine was a refreshing change from the usual canapés. It was a real treat for the taste buds. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to use her again!

24/04/2026: Waited over half an hour just to have someone take our order, the place wasn't busy at all (us and one other couple sat outside). Staff sat outside eating on the table behind us, while we were clearly waiting to order (same staff sat us down). Had to ask them if we could place our order and felt like we were bothering them (I understand they have to have a break but others had been seated after us and had been served straight away). When our galettes came mine tasted strongly of plastic, it had a really unpleasant flavour and I couldn't finish it. Not a great experience.

13/04/2026: What a joy and what a beautiful and wonderful evening! We felt so relaxed among friends and family! A pure moment of pleasure and relaxation. The dinner was delicious.

11/04/2026: A lovely evening with the amateur dance troupe "Les Folies Temps Danse." A plate of charcuterie and cheeses, and even hot appetizers, was served at the table—a nice touch. And ending with a dance party was a real success.

30/03/2026: Excellent. The dishes are beautifully presented and quite generous without being heavy; they're flavorful, rich, and original. We even received a few complimentary desserts. All this at an affordable price. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

29/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The set menu and dessert were excellent, featuring delicious ingredients (especially the beef shepherd's pie with sweet potato purée). The service was impeccable, with smiles and genuine kindness – much appreciated! In my opinion, it offers excellent value for money and is a must-try on Rue Colbert.

01/04/2026: A fantastic experience: wonderful cooking workshop with a friendly team where we learned to cook delicious traditional French food which everyone thoroughly enjoyed! It was one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you, Tours à Table!

29/03/2026: Excellent Mexican cooking class with Chef Lola for a bachelorette party. Delicious and generous recipes, and the venue was very pleasant and spacious for the group. I must add that Caroline, the organizer, was very understanding (we had some organizational hiccups with the number of people, unfortunately almost 30 minutes late on the day itself...). Caroline and Chef Lola did their best to ensure the class ran smoothly despite everything. A big thank you!!
