31/08/2026: It's difficult to give an opinion on a restaurant that doesn't follow up or simply cancels a reservation without any reason! After an initial attempt to book through a Smartbox with no response, we renewed our reservation request, which was also canceled. If the concept of gift boxes doesn't suit the restaurant, why participate in the partnership? I won't even try to book through any other means because I find their practice dishonest!

27/09/2026: Italian restaurant with pizza, pasta, and risotto. Daily specials are listed on a chalkboard. Friendly welcome, pleasant restaurant. We were all very satisfied with our meals.

22/09/2026: Having previously enjoyed takeaway pizzas from La Scaleta over the years,when visiting Vouvray ,this time we took the opportunity to have a sit- in meal there. The welcome was warm,as always,and our pasta dishes were excellent. The tiramisu is a real delight. Next time, we'll probably " dine in" again. It's popular for all the best reasons.

23/06/2026: The place was poorly ventilated and felt very hot due to the high temperatures outside and the large influx of customers. The food was good but average, as was the price. This isn't a place we'd return to.

12/06/2026: We ordered truffle pasta and meatball pasta for the first time… everything was absolutely delicious! And the portions were generous! The service was very pleasant, plus we received a discount for signing up for a loyalty account. We'll definitely be back.

01/09/2026: The restaurant is beautifully situated on a lively square in Chinon. Unfortunately, the disappointment came with the food. I ordered tagliatelle amatriciana. It was a complete disaster. Bland, tasteless (despite the bacon bits), and with too little sauce. It tasted uncooked, more like pasta with a can of diced tomatoes. The price was definitely too high for that. I absolutely do not recommend it.

04/09/2026: Excellent restaurant with very helpful and kind waiters... I know they also serve pasta but we didn't try it, we stuck to the very good fish and meat main courses.

11/09/2026: A place to remember. The service is impeccable, the food very good. Everything is served at the perfect temperature (the white wine and charcuterie, chilled, the main course, hot). The truffle mortadella is simply divine. The value for money is excellent. Flawless, a rare thing these days.

03/09/2026: I came to order a goat cheese and honey pizza and, due to a mistake, I received a vegetarian one. These kinds of situations can happen, especially in a business where you have to manage a lot of orders and the pace can be hectic. I especially want to emphasize the professionalism of the team. As soon as the error was pointed out, the chef reacted immediately. He was extremely friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Not only did he remake my pizza on the spot without any fuss, but he also let me keep the other pizza. Honorable mention to the chef for his excellent service, kindness, and exemplary attitude. It's thanks to people like him that we want to come back. A big thank you to him for his responsiveness and good humor. See you soon!

27/08/2026: Wandering through the charming town of Tours, we found ourselves on the "ethnic" street, drawn to a solitary patio perched on a charming little square framed by a floral and tree display. The patio and the delicious aroma wafting from the beautiful wood-fired oven captivated us, or rather, hypnotized us. The pizza menu, full of eye-catching details, underscored the establishment's distinct Italian character, to the point that we were drawn to a classic Margherita. The pizza was overall decent, with plenty of oregano, a good mozzarella-like cheese, and a slightly acidic tomato sauce. Digestion proved to be quite difficult the following night.
