04/09/2024: On a rainy Sunday in Loches, we took refuge in this small restaurant for lunch, without reservation, we were lucky because there were many refusals behind us.
It's a small restaurant where an anthill atmosphere reigns, with the waitresses zig zag from table to table, the chef observing the room from his open kitchen, like a feeling of being with family.
We let ourselves be guided by our desires: pizza and fried foods from the chef. Pure happiness! The taste, the flavors, our taste buds were delighted. A real trip to Italy.
I'm not even talking about Tiramisu, I've never had one so good.
It is an address that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to travel to Italy without leaving Loches.

11/12/2025: Very disappointed this time. The mojito, which was supposed to be made with Bacardi rum as indicated on the menu, was made with a tasteless rum without us being informed. We couldn't taste the mint either. We asked for it to be remade, but without success. Then we ordered the tournedos rosini with truffle sauce; everything was cold, and the foie gras wasn't even pan-fried. However, the service was still excellent.

The pasta that we were served on piping hot plates was succulent.
Bolognese tagliatelle and prawn pasta accompanied by a very nice red Chinon, followed by a small dessert.
We will keep the address on hand.
And the cherry on the cake, the welcome is very friendly.
Very beautiful and good address at very low prices.

We eat for €48.80 for 2. At the end of the meal, we go to the cash register, the boss tells us €60, we don't tilt straight away, we ask him for the receipt and there he gives us an invoice with marked 2 full meals (60€, without details......). With my wife, we try to remember the price of each thing we took and we arrive at €48.80.
So we go back to the restaurant, ask for the extra money and without the slightest apology, he tells us "I was wrong", and that's it.....
SO PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL
We will never set foot in this malleable establishment again (smiling is obviously not appropriate)
