04/10/2025: While on vacation, we wanted to try this chain. Well, we were very disappointed. I don't understand most of the reviews... Lack of flavor, proportions with the rice, and the size of the sushi. The filling is really small compared to the rice. It's a shame that the sushi leaflet doesn't specify, like the poke bowl leaflet, that the tuna is raw, or we got ripped off because we don't eat raw tuna, and when we pointed this out to the lady, she only replied, "You'll have a taste." They didn't really listen, which is a shame because the friendliness and welcome were top-notch. Unmatched by other chains like Sushi Makers or even the sushi side.

20/04/2026: Every time we come, we receive a very warm welcome. It's a family-run restaurant with flavorful, high-quality food.

17/04/2026: Excellent in every way: The chef is very friendly, and the staff is welcoming. The food is excellent. The prices are low. The atmosphere is calm, with lovely Japanese decor and soothing background music. We'll be back!

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you.
