04/10/2025: While on vacation, we wanted to try this chain. Well, we were very disappointed. I don't understand most of the reviews... Lack of flavor, proportions with the rice, and the size of the sushi. The filling is really small compared to the rice. It's a shame that the sushi leaflet doesn't specify, like the poke bowl leaflet, that the tuna is raw, or we got ripped off because we don't eat raw tuna, and when we pointed this out to the lady, she only replied, "You'll have a taste." They didn't really listen, which is a shame because the friendliness and welcome were top-notch. Unmatched by other chains like Sushi Makers or even the sushi side.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 25/03/2026: Worst maki ever. Poorly made, they fall apart and taste awful. Bland rice and sweet sauce, very low-quality ingredients. To top it all off, they refused to take my order in the restaurant; I had to order it online for takeout... Unbelievable. I should have seen it as a sign! I'll definitely never go back.

19/03/2026: As a long-time customer, I'm disappointed by the changes made by the new owners: higher prices, but especially a decline in the quality and quantity of the food, as well as substantial modifications to the lunch menus that were the hallmark of this establishment. What a shame!

19/03/2026: If you're looking for a Japanese restaurant, I highly recommend it! The dishes are flavorful and generous, starting with a piping hot miso soup! The fried chicken has a crispy coating and melts in your mouth; the shrimp tempura and yakitori are excellent, and I must mention the gyoza and fried California rolls… superb! The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. We found the dining room bright and inviting, and its layout created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere during our meal. The service was quick, and enjoying the food gave us the opportunity to slow down, relax, and unwind. We loved our evening there so much that we returned the following night. A real treat! Thank you to the entire team—the servers, the chefs—for providing this space, this respite from our busy lives. We'll definitely be back ☺️ I hope you enjoy discovering this restaurant!

06/03/2026: Hello, Great experience, thank you for the warm welcome. The restaurant doesn't look like much, but appearances can be deceiving! The food is traditional sushi, quite simple but very good, and excellent value for money. You absolutely must try the skewers! Especially the chicken balls! They're homemade, which is something that's not often mentioned because it's quite rare! The best I've ever had! The kids loved them! Thank you!

15/03/2026: It's a really lovely restaurant, the staff are wonderful. The only slight drawback is that the shrimp and avocado salad with sesame dressing doesn't have quite enough shrimp; otherwise, the dressing is excellent, and I highly recommend this warm and welcoming place.
