30/03/2024: The only international branch of the Toraya tea house in Japan. The wagashi menu is incredible and I was more than delighted to be able to enjoy my iced matcha without milk. The service is impeccable and the place is really pretty. A star is missing for the fake plants which, in my opinion, do not match the standard of this salon, sorry.
29/03/2024: Divine in every way. I had come regularly for a while since my mother introduced me to this House. I returned after several years during a visit to Paris, and after having fantasized about this reunion for a long time. I had the great pleasure of being welcomed by the manager who, despite the obvious busyness that day, managed to find me a place. I am intensely grateful to you because I had the pleasure of experiencing a culinary meditation that will remain engraved until my last breath. Many thanks and congratulations to the team, from the service to the kitchen, including the management, who have succeeded in achieving consistency in excellence.

24/02/2024: I have no words for this restaurant because it is horrible. I ordered a simple ramen and it was a failure with the soup and Chinese ingredients, it's not at all Japanese ramen noodles. so there was no contactless payment with 2 cards that I had to pay in cash.

30/03/2024: The udon is very thick and chewy! It is said to be handmade and we love it!
The udon with tempura was pretty good! And the curry taste is quite standard for me and quite a lot of pork tonkatsu.
The karage is good, we like it.
The price is a bit too pricy compared to other udon places but the food itself is good! The space is quite small so you’ll have to queue if you come at peak hour, u can’t book a table in advance.

27/03/2024: An authentic ramen restaurant with delicious rich pork bone ramen.
There are no complaints about the salt level of the soup, the level of boiling of the chashu, and the amount of noodles.
The price may seem high to tourists from Japan, but it makes sense considering the typical restaurant prices in Paris and ramen prices in Paris.
The bite-sized gyoza are also carefully made and very delicious.
I would like to visit again.
25/03/2024: Very good service, the place is small, quiet and cozy. We ordered the vegetarian ramen, and in our opinion it lacked tofu or some vegetable time.

But some dishes are too dry.
Have the impression that the card is unbalanced.
Some dishes are very very spicy and others bland.........
I've seen better Koreans in the neighborhood,
But it's still ok 👌

06/04/2024: This is one of the just try food in Paris which the fish broth ramen is rarely found in anywhere. Please bear in mind that the queue is very long but they have a proper queueing apps so please queue one hour ahead using the QR. Do not go there when it’s almost close because you will end with disappointment
06/04/2024: It was too good. The atmosphere is really cool, friendly and immersive. If you like Japan and ramen, go there with your eyes closed.

05/04/2024: Loved the texture of the noodles. Cooked on the hard and chewy side. However, the miso soup I ordered was real salty. I couldn’t even finish it because of how salty it was. On the side, I ordered another rice onigiri and it was delicious, albeit heavy on the salt as well…
Would visit again to try the other soup bases because the noodle itself is very good.
05/04/2024: Places are quite limited as with most ramen shops. I tend to like fatty and salty broths, it's not quite to my taste yet but I really liked their miso broth! Salty but not to the point of being nauseated at the end. Along with the broth come several very thin slices of chashiu, which makes them melt in the mouth. The portion is correct, just a shame that the price is so high (15€) without the other accompaniments (egg, seaweed, soy, etc.), for that you will have to add 2€ more. Afterwards, if we consider the current prices of ramen in Paris, it’s just ok for the quality we have.

31/03/2024: We had the menu, the soup was not good (very bland) and the sushi was rather warm. Not recommendable.
28/03/2024: This is an added value establishment. We were yearning for some sushi and found Sushi Gan walking in the 2nd. We ordered a “boat” which included Miso soup, cabbage salad, rice, 8 pieces of sushi, a ton of fresh sashimi that melted in our mouths plus as a bonus we were given 6 sticks of cooked chicken, chicken wings and beef stuffed with cheese. All for 38Euro. The fish was extremely fresh, the staff could not have been more friendly and unlike a lot of restaurants in the same area, we did not feel claustrophobic as the main room was large enough for space and there was a back room for additional guests. A+++++++++

06/04/2024: the concept of the pleace is definitely really interesting, but the main attraction - the ramen was not the best, the vegetarian option (only one) was okey but nothing really special, other manzamen option was also okey but I would say that the chef version was not worth the extra money, the lobster ramen definitely had an amazing broth, but also the chef version wasn’t worth the extra money, I would say that it seems to be more interesting than it really is and ramens need some extra effort and attention

04/04/2024: The udons are firm, very soft. The curry soup is good, quite creamy, slightly spicy.
The lotus chips add a crunchy touch to the udon and curry cut. The beef is served in thin slices in the soup. Everything is quite good.
However personally I find that the price is a little expensive, udon curry beef for 18€60.
The service is fast. Hygiene needs to be improved in the toilets but it is still passable.
31/03/2024: The udon noodles are definitely very chewy and the fried food is also crispy.
However, because there are so many menus, you may be spoiled for choice. And each menu has its own unique characteristics, so you have to choose wisely.
