18/09/2023: I had the opportunity to dine at the Imouto restaurant in Lyon a few weeks ago and I was absolutely won over. The restaurant offers French-Japanese fusion cuisine, a daring concept which is nevertheless perfectly successful. The dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal products, and the combinations of flavors are bold but harmonious. I particularly enjoyed the glazed pigeon, served whole with miso yellow carrot puree, shitake pies and crunchy green beans. The pigeon was cooked perfectly and the miso sauce was to die for. The service is also excellent. The staff is attentive and attentive, and knows how to adapt perfectly to the needs of customers. I highly recommend Imouto Restaurant to all gourmet food lovers. It is an essential address to discover original and refined fusion cuisine. 15/09/2023: Very poor service since the change of ownership! Something is always missing from the order, the quality of the products has really dropped! Paying so much for this service is truly disgusting, even though we were loyal customers!!! It's time to clean up, change managers and above all put in the necessary staff!!!

02/04/2024: I was very poorly received. The makis were not particularly good. And the reception needs to be reviewed because you are not asked to “double yourself” as you say but only to be commercial. When you arrive at 2:25 p.m. and you take more than 5 minutes to serve a customer and therefore refuse within a minute the support offered (i.e. at 2:31 p.m.) for lunch it's a disaster. One star is just because we can't give it 0 but I totally advise against it. It’s really losing a customer stupidly.
