13/11/2024: Miwa sushi offers a very wide choice of dishes whether sushi/maki/sashimi/Temaki or hot dishes such as Ramens, noodles, Udon Bo bun, poke etc. Everything is really very good, you feel like it's homemade, hence the slightly higher but affordable price. I recommend their mixed meal menu with 3 or 4 dishes that I have every week. And the mochi are really delicious, especially my favorite with matcha green tea 😋🤤
The atmosphere is very cozy. And above all the service is really very good, very human. I was even given real baguettes as a gift as a loyal customer 🥰

10/09/2025: Great pokebowl, very generous with miso soup and coleslaw, all for €12 with the student discount (very advantageous) The staff are lovely, very attentive and do everything to ensure the customer is satisfied
08/08/2025: I had a great time here! Everything was good, well served and really tasty. The atmosphere is cool, you feel comfortable right away. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

17/06/2025: Pleasantly surprised by this Japanese restaurant!! Don't hesitate to go there if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed! 🙏🏻
The interior is tastefully decorated (which isn't always the case with Japanese restaurants), the service is great, and the food is INCREDIBLE!!! These are, without a doubt, the best sushi/maki/sashimi we've ever eaten! The fish is fresh and the portions are generous (check out the photo!) 🥰
It's such a shame that the soup, salad, and rice are extras!
10/06/2025: The food is good but the welcome is really bad, especially when ordering takeout. We feel like we're in the way and there's no politeness. If we ask for a second sauce, we're looked down at and then told "there's already some." This doesn't make us want to come back because the behavior is the same every time.

02/07/2025: I've been there countless times and never took the time to write a review... I love this restaurant. The pork ramen remains my favorite and I always had dessert since the prices remain affordable, it's generous and really nice, I recommend it!

20/01/2026: I used to love it. I hadn't ordered for a year or two. I ordered again, but what a disaster! Delivering an order without any sauce would never have happened, and the quality has really gone downhill. It's a shame.
12/01/2026: The quality has deteriorated considerably over the past year; the products are less and less fresh, especially the bowls!
Our last bowl order was clearly inedible. All the ingredients were fit only for the bin, the noodles were way overcooked, and the dish tasted like it had been reheated several times (I regularly order the same dish; previously, everything was very fresh and delicious).
Even the water used to clean the floor had a foul odor when we picked up our order. A few weeks ago, we were already disappointed with the freshness of the products, and we wanted to give it another try because to err is human, but I won't be going back. I hope the manager responds quickly to the negative comments…

10/06/2025: I ate sushi for the first time in this place and for years I only come back here, the sushi is incredibly good, cheap and frankly the service is excellent, the food is clean and well garnished I recommend! I thank Amel for the warm welcome, always with a smile and who knows very well how to recommend customers!! She really deserves a raise for all this kindness, I also thank the cooks who allow us to eat such delicious sushi!! I recommend with my eyes closed it is my favorite restaurant, thank you very much!

26/01/2026: Avoid this place at all costs!!!
I was very disappointed with the value for money. I paid over €37 for 24 pieces of sushi and miso soup, and honestly, it's way too expensive for what it was. The sushi was tiny and tasteless; it didn't hold together at all and crumbled easily. When I left, I was still hungry, which is clearly unacceptable at that price. For €37, you expect decent portions, not ridiculously small bites.
The miso soup was very dark, almost like coffee, and it really didn't taste good. The "signature" sushi at €10.90 for 6 pieces was truly awful.
We ate in, but were served in takeaway boxes without plates, which further detracted from the already limited experience. For the price, the service was mediocre.
In short, a complete rip-off! Overpriced for tiny portions (no photos of the minuscule sushi) and subpar quality. I absolutely do not recommend it. If you're looking for sushi near Confluence, go to "Confluence Sushi," a great independent place, not a chain like this that slops up its service!
13/01/2026: The sushi wasn't bad per se… but the sashimi was very poorly cut.
There's no service… you have to serve yourself… order… pay… and wait.
The wait to be seated was very long…

05/09/2025: I'll never go back to that sushi place again.
The quality has drastically declined, and the prices have skyrocketed.
The issue of the loyalty card expiring right at the time of the discount was the final straw.
When you fill your gaps with scams, your time is up. If you no longer have the passion for your job, give your place to someone who will do it better than you.

26/09/2024: The resto is run by Japanese, they are all very nice and friendly, but I have to say that the ramen and gyoza were just ok. The tamago was a bit overcooked.
