21/02/2026: Many dishes were missing from the menu, very disappointing for a traditional Japanese restaurant. The flavors weren't there; I wouldn't recommend it. Perhaps it was just an off weekend.

02/12/2025: I followed the reviews that promised an ideal place to work, and I wasted my time. There was only one power outlet in the entire café (already in use, of course), pop and rock music blasting, and exorbitant prices for a hard brownie and a bitter, bland matcha. It was my first and last time there. The staff were friendly, though.

27/11/2025: It's a shame. The place is welcoming, but the music is far too loud. I call that noise pollution! I asked them to turn the music down, but it seemed "impossible." A flimsy explanation. I won't be back.

27/01/2026: With great location just next to the river Saône in Lyon. As an asian who uses to have the taste of Ramen, I would say that all food are fresh and well prepared. However, if you use to have Ramen in Asia, with standard of gourmet demander, I strongly suggest not trying it as it is totally different from those great Japanese Ramen chains and you will be really disappointed. On the other hand, their Gyoza with Saint-Jacques et encornets are delicious especially compared to Gyoza with Pork. If you were there, really have to give it a try. In terms of service, all staffs are super friendly. Very Japanese style service. However, those who took orders are not as professional as in a restaurant as they don't take the order by persons who entered the store first and they missed served our order until we reminded them. Overall, it is a nice experience but I don't think that I will re-visit it again as the Ramen doesn't reach my expectation. However, it is still good for those who like to try fresh-made Japanese ramen in Lyon.

02/07/2025: I've been there countless times and never took the time to write a review... I love this restaurant. The pork ramen remains my favorite and I always had dessert since the prices remain affordable, it's generous and really nice, I recommend it!

08/03/2026: The shrimp ramen was good, but a bit pricey for just two tempura shrimp! A one-time experience only! Sayōnara!

17/02/2026: I find that the sushi, maki, and California rolls are very generous with fish. Their cold dishes are always a safe bet. And my favorite dessert is daifuku! A delight with red bean paste; they remind me of the ones I ate in Japan!

18/02/2026: There's always a problem with Yamato Uber, with waiting times being forgotten and cancellations at the last minute.

14/02/2026: The food was good, but the service was appalling. No customer service whatsoever. We asked to take the rest of our meal to go, and were asked to pay more without any tact. Worse still, my waitress insisted, giving bogus explanations during the payment. Avoid at all costs.

18/01/2026: Neo Sushi is located in the Part-Dieu shopping center. The place is quite small, but you can eat in. Hygiene-wise, everything seemed fine to me. This is my second time there. The first time, I had the crispy chicken rice (I'm not sure of the exact name), and honestly, it was so delicious! The second time, I ordered the same thing, along with some sushi. You can really tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared on-site with care. As for the service, I'd say it depends on the cashier. The first time, the cashier was smiling and pleasant. The second time, she was much less welcoming, but she remained polite. Honestly, based on the reviews already left, I had a good experience overall. I'll definitely be back! See you soon.

14/01/2026: Excellent!! The sushi is delicious, fresh, and very well prepared. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite. The gentleman who prepares the sushi is very friendly, welcoming, and makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!
