15/07/2024: Disappointingly, my husband and I took the homemade burger formula for 16.50 euros. The burger served cold as well as the meat, too much ketchup, I would doubt it was "homemade". The homemade fries are a disaster, much overcooked, pieces of wood, they look like the bottom of a tank, unacceptable to serve. The vanilla ball dessert, chocolate coulis and cookie, we are still looking for the vanilla ball, too many cookies 🍪. We are local and not ready to go back. We were asked if it went well, I didn't answer.

30/09/2024: Friendly staff, good service, food is very good. My French is poor but the staff (even if none english speaking) take time to figure out the language barrier with you as a customer. One of the more friendly bars/restaurants around figeac.

08/09/2024: A friendly moment in a little corner found by chance. The food is very good, the service attentive and smiling, an outdated decor but does not bother in any way, on the contrary. The price is more than reasonable when you have a quality product like this.

23/08/2024: We had a table booked for 5 at 12pm for lunch. We arrived on time but there was no table available. 3 different staff were asked and at 12:25 we left with no member of staff attempting to help us. We have had coffees here before, but meals seem to be beyond their capability. The most disorganised restaurant I have ever visited. No apologies were offered.

In terms of value for money, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this address for a moment of simplicity and conviviality. THANKS

20/08/2024: A surprise. We were going to PADIRAC and since it was late we stopped to eat. We were served quickly and the food was very good. Good price and excellent service

01/09/2024: Amateur service, ambitious cuisine unfortunately not mastered, the setting is very friendly but that doesn't make up for everything. Details: We stayed 2 nights at the hotel on August 21/22, the bar was “exceptionally” closed on the 2 evenings (grammar lesson: once is an exception, twice is a rule, but let's move on). I start with a beer served capped, I had to ask for the bottle opener, it's not professional. We continue with a “cocktail” which is in fact a kir royal with 2 different syrups, honestly, this “signature” cocktail does not live up to the place and the menu. We continue with an unexpected appetizer (positive point) but served in a coffee saucer (are we on a truck?), it stands out with the “bistronomic” name and the very pretty plates of the dishes. The service was very fast, which is good, except that 5 minutes between the aperitif and the arrival of the dishes is much too short. We had ordered wine, we had to ask for it... it arrives, I ask for details on the appellation, big confusion from the waitress (blonde) who seems to discover the use of her sommelier, then leaves because she is realizes that she has served me the bottom of a bottle, she comes back and then spills some wine on me next to the glass. And then we're hallucinating, she starts laughing, then leaves without even offering to wipe... the dish (lamb) was very good, too bad the potatoes weren't all cooked (our neighbors had the same problem ), we pass it back to the second waitress (brunette) who doesn't care... then comes the sketch of the bill where the waitress asks me to, I quote "fill in information" without calling me a pen, then asks me asks again for the room number that she already has on the computer, in short, a team not at all up to the bistronomic pretension of the place, and out of step with the other Mercure hotels that we visited this summer. In short, there are other restaurants with a much better quality/service/price ratio in Figeac, try them!

06/08/2024: Even if the crepes are not as good as those from Brittany, you are very well received in this small restaurant, in the shade of beautiful trees and in a quiet area. We benefit from the sunny swimming pool, it’s very pleasant. Thanks to the boss and his very friendly staff. In addition, there are children's games right next door.

30/08/2024: Incredible place, the pasta is homemade and very very good. The pizza my friend had was delicious. Loved the ambiance and the staff is so friendly. Will be back every summer!!

03/08/2024: Good morning, The setting is just magnificent in a beautiful flower garden facing a cliff, and each table has its own cozy place. In addition, each dish is carefully prepared with fresh products, then we were welcomed by very friendly staff who took great care of us. Don’t hesitate to stop there because the detour is worth it, as they say.

30/07/2024: I never post negative comments. But big big disappointment. almost non-existent service, catastrophic quality of the cuisine. We would have had a better time with a picnic in this pretty garden!

22/09/2024: Very good restaurant with a great view of the whole of Rocamadour. Very hearty meal with quality products. The waitress was attentive and smiling throughout the meal. Rare to see that today...we will be back soon
