09/07/2024: to flee !! We tried to have a drink while it was hot and it was hell, a group of vulgar and noisy customers went so far as to fart and laugh, we had to leave the establishment, under their laughter and Colibets, in short, a den of drunkards, trash and brawlers, to escape... there are beautiful establishments in Cahors so you might as well take advantage of them... the waitress was disappointed to see us leave but she understood the horror of the situation.

30/08/2024: Lunch came on 08/30/2024 at 1 p.m. there were 7 of us. Very pleasant and smiling waitress. The dishes were very good. The terrace is very pleasant under the trees. 100% recommended

29/08/2024: Hotel located close to many tourist places to visit. Very clean and quiet room. The manager received us very well and even cooked us dinner in the evening even though the restaurant was closed, we found this very professional. The outdoor space is magnificent and relaxing. Very pleasant and charming staff. We rested well. A big thank you to the owner who gave us lots of places to visit and who runs her establishment with a master hand well done

16/08/2024: A very bad experience in this Michelin-starred place. We planned a meal for 7 to celebrate an important family moment. Unfortunately the main party is ill with a temperature and we therefore have to cancel. A meal with someone who has Covid… difficult to achieve but also to understand a priori. I could have understood that the 100€ advance could have been kept by these restaurateurs but I admit that they had the elegance to charge us 150€ more, i.e. 250€ (50€ per adult). I can understand a lot of things but I must admit that I am speechless. No proposal, commercial compromise or other attempt at consultation…nothing. “I saw with my husband that it will be €50 per adult.” Very well we settle but will not return to this place. Too bad for whom? We certainly do, but my wife's health above all and a Covid case in a restaurant does not seem to bother the restaurateur in any case.

24/09/2024: We are disappointed with this campsite. Known it 10 years ago, we wanted to come back, but things have changed a lot. Upon our arrival and following a reservation on their site, we had to pay a supplement on the pretext that we had not indicated enough adults. The campsite blames their power plant. Then we arrived at our location, it was busy. It took us an hour from our arrival to setting up our belongings, with 2 young children. Once again, it is not their fault but the motorhome owners. During the week, the restaurant is closed, the snack bar closes at 8 p.m. Little service. The toilets are half-closed, and quick cleaning. We remain disappointed. Following a follow-up to the central office, we obtained a refund, but there remains a major lack of organization at this campsite.

25/08/2024: Very good locations. Poor sanitary facilities, no cleaning service. Very few open toilets. Grocery store without products. We are given a phone number to call but no one ever answers. Strong point the swimming pool.

09/08/2024: Lovely chefs. They knew English so this was much easier for us. Food was amazing and quick, definitely recommend.

25/08/2024: Obnoxious welcome early in the morning... because I had not seen that croissants were offered on site and I "dare" to ask if I can eat the one I arrived with, to accompany my coffee at home. So I decide to turn away after being clearly verbally attacked... by a person who is apparently not a morning person, and who could simply have clarified the information to me without being insulting. I guarantee you that the espresso will taste much nicer a few meters further ;) Insufficiency and arrogance on my part according to you...?! Probably an error of interpretation, because it was a smile of disbelief in reaction to a gratuitous and unnecessary aggressiveness in view of the context... but when communication is impossible... Too bad a smile can cause a such an inappropriate reaction.

20/08/2024: Super restaurant with good French cuisine 👌🏻top and friendly service in a medieval setting at the foot of a very beautiful church. Great value for money, I really recommend (the duck breast is extraordinary)👌🏻

31/08/2024: New boss and it's a joke! Family meal for a birthday and we get a ride from the waiter who doesn't like criticism! No invoice and payment in cash, we border on fraud! I strongly advise against it!

31/08/2024: Wow never seen that! Very cold welcome, as if we were disturbing... Deplorable service, we don't receive what we ordered, and if we point it out, we get thrown out.... Boss who doesn't even come to explain himself... The invoice.... A piece of paper written by hand without price details, without VAT or letterhead.... Quality of dishes mediocre, tasteless. And above all, we learn at the end that it is only cash payment.... To flee!!!

12/09/2024: Perfect stay. The only downside was the location was not ready, installed on dirt but new mobile home

19/08/2024: I was dissatisfied with my mobile home and for good reason: it was not level and was leaning heavily! I went to reception. Answer: "We asked our management to remove it this winter, because it is dilapidated and unsuitable for rental, but they did not want to, so we have to rent it anyway." 1000€ per week. Without air conditioning. For a mobile home where the beds are propped up with planks. Even in Central Park it's cheaper for better. As for the dilapidation of the place... incredible. Linins torn off, doors that can't be closed, no hot water in the shower (or hot water), "dust" beasts in the kitchen... We could write a novel. ONE electrical outlet in the room...under the bed. Only ONE electrical outlet in the room... behind the fridge. Only ONE electrical outlet in the bathroom, high up. So when it comes to charging devices, it’s anything but practical! The outdoor table is broken and repulsive with dirt. As for the entertainment... non-existent. What exists is at the level of a 12-year-old girl playing host. This was my 7th CAPFUN stay. By far the most disappointing. RUN AWAY!!! In another campsite in the region, because this one is fantastic! I made a complaint...no response. I called. I was ordered (I weigh my words carefully) to wait. I said “I’m not going to wait 3 to 4 weeks for an answer?” Answer: “Well, we’ll have to.” The (non)quality service is measured by the (non)quality.

21/07/2024: L'endroit est très calme, nous avons eu la piscine, et nous avons aussi fait une balade à cheval. C'était reposant ! À refaire

18/07/2024: Beautiful ride with a very well-behaved horse in nature. Alternating walk and gallop, forest and beautiful villages. The pinnacle of the trip is to get your feet wet in the Dégagnac lake. The horses listen very well to Hans, the supervisor. The horses are very well looked after. I recommend this and I will definitely come back!!

15/08/2024: Pleasant..not the luxury of urban hotels in Asia for example..but real gentleness and very welcoming hoteliers...good

05/08/2024: We had booked a double room in PDJ, call from the receptionist asking us to pay extra because the room was a single! Then no in fact the room is fine but we have to add the breakfast, very bad experience and not very serious, after explanation the hotel suggests that we cancel our reservation!

15/08/2024: Hello, very disappointed with this personal establishment to see no professionalism in the environment. As for the meal, we eat better in a brasserie, for a restaurant where there are a lot of people.

15/09/2024: Kind and helpful staff, however when there are a few people they are quickly overwhelmed. Terminals always broken, endless waiting, we eat cold, trash is constantly overflowing, table is often full when we arrive. Nothing else to add
