06/07/2026: Walking along the Saint Guilhem path, we stopped by chance at the Central Bar and we weren't disappointed. We had a very good meal and were served quickly, just as we had requested.
Moreover, for a tourist town, the prices weren't excessive.

We had some left over, kept refrigerated and reheated for 2 minutes in the microwave; they weren't dry or hard-crusted, which is exceptional.
14/07/2026: A large table caused a considerable delay in service. It was an hour and fifteen minutes before we could finally eat. Despite their best efforts, the friendly young waitress and her boss didn't think to offer something to keep the tables that had been waiting for over an hour occupied. The food was excellent, especially the fedou dish. Very good.

26/04/2026: A group of 23 people (motorcyclists) stayed for two nights, half-board. The entire group appreciated the warm welcome from Ms. Robert and her team, the quality of service, the hotel's amenities, and the beautiful surroundings... Thank you.
The food is a highlight, even with the half-board option! And what a pleasure it was to have a drink in the lounge or on the garden terrace... Excellent value for money... and a secure garage for the motorcycles... We just want to come back.

31/05/2026: We spent a night there on May 21st while hiking the Stevenson Trail. The welcome was very pleasant. The setting is magnificent with its small garden; a very welcome haven of peace after a hike. The cuisine is refined and delicious; the service attentive. The room was spacious with its small balcony; the bedding perfect.
A must-visit if you're in the area 😊

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the rooms, the breakfasts with homemade jams and gingerbread, and the excellent evening meals!

The setting is superb and the chalets are gorgeous.
