26/12/2023: We discovered this little restaurant by chance and what joy, everything was perfect, good dish with fresh produce prepared on site served by a very pleasant, attentive and smiling waitress. You can sit down there without any problem for an excellent meal with ease.

12/12/2023: Excellent restaurant, friendly welcome, truly excellent and plentiful menu of fresh produce We start with homemade gougères and sausage as a welcome starter (3 choices) a main course three choice of meats Tender beef or veal coconut beans and cabbage with a gratin dish in addition tray 10 cheeses dessert, holes of your choice, sorbet 4 scoops and unlimited pear brandy inside 🙃 In short, a pleasure restaurant, generous for more than fair prices, not where you are looking for the meat under the salad decorated with commas of sauce Thank you thank you for continuing I recommend more, just book because the address is known 😛

03/11/2023: Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Un vanne d’aération, une turbine ou je ne sais quelle machine faisait un bruit fort à côté de ma chambre. La personne à l’accueil me dit que c’est dû aux cuisines et que ça va s’arrêter dans la soirée. À minuit le bruit est toujours là et plus personne à l’accueil, j’appelle le patron de l’hôtel qui finit par me changer de chambre. Dommage car l’hôtel est bien placé, le restaurant plutôt bon et le patron est sympa. Il m’a offert le petit déjeuner pour le dérangement. C’est gentil mais ça fait tout de même cher la mauvaise nuit, surtout quand on repart marcher le lendemain.

04/04/2024: We came in April, so out of season, and we only tried the restaurant. The servers are very nice, attentive, the dishes excellent. A well-stocked starter / main course / dessert for €29, you won't be hungry when you leave the table. I think that on sunny days the view of the water must be magnificent, we will come back with pleasure.

Dishes made from excellent local products, very good, rich and hearty traditional cuisine. it smells like France and its gastronomic riches at an extremely reasonable price. 29/10/2023: I had lunch with my daughter in this inn. In the middle of the countryside this restaurant is exotic. The food is generous and of high quality from start to finish. The bosses are friendly and pleasant. You can go there with your eyes closed!

10/11/2023: Magnificent hotel on the banks of the Tarn. We were a couple accompanied by a dog and stayed there for 2 nights with half board. The room was very good and we ate really well (breakfast and dinner). Having a drink by the fireplace before dinner was a real bonus! On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant and we fell in love with one of the waitresses who we found exceptional (a young woman from the south of France). We recommend 200%!

06/11/2023: A very charming hotel in a good location with excellent service. We were there in the fall so had limited use of the outdoor area, but the pool and small beach are beautiful and I'd like to stay here again when it's warmer! The dinner was fantastic, I would have liked to stay another night just because of the food. The breakfast was also very good with lots of homemade and local delicacies.

01/04/2024: We had a wonderful stay with friends at the Gîte des Granges de Bigose. The location surrounded by nature is simply magnificent, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. The friendliness of the hosts also greatly contributed to making our experience memorable. The facilities were impeccable, and we particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the place. Additionally, the meals were not only plentiful, but also delicious, which added that extra touch to our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic getaway surrounded by nature.
