17/08/2024: At hôtel Balme you will find everything you need without the big luxury. Clean room with shower. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The hotel is run by a small team of super friendly people. If we are in Villefort again, we will go back to hôtel Balme
13/08/2024: I only went to the restaurant and I highly recommend it. I ate very well there, at a price that I found to be good value for money (27 euros per menu). Quality ingredients, regional and well cooked. THANKS

15/08/2024: we came here for dinner and had a lovely experience - delicious couscous in a quiet neighbourhood, great value for money. the staff were really friendly and the service was prompt. would highly recommend if you’re around and looking for a chill bite.

24/08/2024: Seconde visite dans cet établissement. Restaurant soigné, beaucoup de travail en cuisine et une belle sélection de produits régionaux. Le service était impeccable. Mention spéciale pour les « à côté » du dîner comme le beurre, le pain et les amuses-bouche.

05/11/2024: An exceptional place to absolutely do if you are on the Aubrac plateau. The setting is fabulous, the food abundant and authentic, the staff welcoming and efficient. I have made several burons and this one is one of the best. Don't miss out on such a good time!!!

15/10/2024: Magnifique soirée étape dans cette jolie auberge au coeur du Méjean. Jolie salle voûtée avec une immense cheminée. Dîner excellent de l'entrée au dessert avec des saveurs originales et des produits locaux (mention au plateau de fromages).
Accueil chaleureux de Paul et Aymeric.
Petit déjeuner copieux et tout aussi bon.
10/09/2024: Très bel endroit pour une étape sur le chemin de St Guilhem.
Notre chambre était très belle et très originale avec une grande terrasse.
Le diner préparé au barbecue avec des Gambas et la sauce vierge était top !
Accueil très sympathique et encore un grand merci pour nous avoir avancé jusqu'à Hures le lendemain matin afin de nous éviter 4 km sur la départementale.
