02/09/2024: An address that I have known since their beginning, 22 years ago. A couple of unparalleled kindness, who welcome you like friends (in fact, they have become friends). Ule menu which changes every day depending on the inspiration of the chef, and the arrivals. Homemade products, including whipped cream and Vacherins meringues. Refined dishes with perfect cooking, and attentive service for customers. Their establishment is located in a quiet area, with a magnificent view (the sunset is a feast for the eyes).
14/08/2024: There are places that cannot be classified. This one is one of them.
The rooms are clean and very decent.
The cuisine, from another world for a menu at €33.
Here, it's not you who decides when you go to dinner, but the boss when all the setup is done.
To keep you waiting, the owner will serve you some aperitifs all made with delicacy and love without forgetting the quality.
Then, strap yourself in because the starter, main course, cheese and dessert will transport you to the land of fresh, homemade, taste and presentation. Bravo to this establishment which is really worth the detour.
Looking forward to next year so I can continue to enjoy them at their table.

31/08/2024: Small restaurant in the heart of a village. It is necessary to reserve because they do not serve more than twenty place settings at each service.
The dishes are homemade with only regional products.
The cheeses matured in the restaurant's cellar are sometimes surprising.
On the other hand, the service is very very long. We arrived at 12:15 p.m. to leave after 3 p.m....
31/08/2024: Honestly, a favorite place...welcome, top service and absolutely delicious meal. The waiter knows the products perfectly. As for the latter only local. Other restaurants in France should follow their example. Don't hesitate to stop there.

15/08/2024: we came here for dinner and had a lovely experience - delicious couscous in a quiet neighbourhood, great value for money. the staff were really friendly and the service was prompt. would highly recommend if you’re around and looking for a chill bite.

23/07/2024: Excellent restaurant très propre, patron très gentil, plats excellents et copieux. J'avais réservé pour 13h30 alors qu'il fermait à 14h, pas de soucis pour lui, il a fermé à 14h25 après notre départ. Je recommande vivement aux locaux et aux touristes excellente adresse pour se régaler
21/07/2024: Excellent restaurant. However, the prices for takeaway meals are outrageous given the quantity. This was already from before, but now the prices have increased, and for €23 you come back with 200 grams of salad.
I don't understand why the take-out prices are identical to those "in the dining room".
I'm taking a photo of a takeaway for €10.
A salad leaf cut into 3, a few peanuts and grated carrots.
90 grams when weighed.
In short, it's better to eat there!
I forgot... For this price, no sauce... I don't eat much in the evening, but now I'm still hungry.
Note that the flyer in the room at the counter displays the old prices :(

08/08/2024: We had dinner two evenings at the restaurant in the quarry area. Good cuisine in an enchanting setting. The dishes are good and plentiful and the service efficient. Few tables and a limited menu guarantees quality.

The restaurant has a menu that meets all expectations. The dishes are exquisite. The products are local.

14/09/2024: We clearly go there for the place and the view. Regulars of the buron d'Aubrac, this one is good but not the best. The meat was to die for but the downside was the aligot which seemed a little bland to us. The portions are very generous. The service is ok. Remember to book anyway. The buron is open in the evening, which is rather rare.
