05/08/2026: We discovered the address in the tourist office brochure, which advertised a set menu for €24! Imagine our surprise when we paid €70 for lunch for two, including a charcuterie and cheese platter priced at €20 and a 50cl bottle of wine at €18! Even though the charcuterie and cheese were good, the prices are outrageous considering the lack of preparation! Only the name sounds appealing; the rest seems like a tourist trap. €35 for an average bill is ridiculous; they need to get real!

26/06/2026: We had a group meal on the terrace. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions were generous and delicious, and the service was efficient and cheerful. It was a lovely evening with a relaxed, informal atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant.

29/07/2026: An excellent choice for both the hotel and the restaurant. A very warm welcome. The view from the rooms is exceptional. What a joy to have lunch on the terrace overlooking this magnificent landscape! The local cuisine is generous and delicious.

24/07/2026: What a marvel! 🩷 Honestly, words fail me to describe the time I spent with the entire team at Hôtel des Rochers. Above all, the warm welcome and hospitality they showed... Let's start with the comfortable rooms (I stayed in four different ones, so be careful!), the tranquility that reigns there, the inner serenity when your eyes rest on the breathtaking view the hotel offers... The quality of the food and the atmosphere, my friends... A fair, dignified, and professional chef with his team 🙏🏼... And then, of course, the service: attentive, welcoming, every detail, every person... kindness in abundance. The Marve'joie truly lives up to its name ☀️ A huge and sincere thank you (and that's an understatement) from the bottom of my heart to Audrey & Benoît, the owners of the hotel, leaders just the way we like them, and to everyone! 26/08/2026: The food was very mediocre. The placemats were dirty. Avoid the burgers; the ground beef is worse than McDonald's—it's so thin you could practically fax it, and judging by the taste, I don't know if there's any beef in it. Avoid this place.

05/07/2026: The hotel is incredibly charming, with a genuine sense of hospitality. I highly recommend the restaurant, where you can discover local produce, and the very generous breakfast. We'll be back!

24/09/2026: We stayed a few days at the Hôtel Gaillard and were very satisfied. The rooms were very clean and meticulously cleaned every day. Breakfast was prepared with care each morning, and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. As for dinner, we ate in the restaurant every evening… and what can we say about the dishes! They were all absolutely delicious. A real treat! A wonderful experience from beginning to end. We highly recommend this hotel and restaurant and will gladly return!

10/06/2026: A beautiful park with mature trees and a view of the Causse Mejean. We have been returning to this place for 30 years and enjoy the atmosphere of nostalgic summer retreats.

22/08/2026: A simple and efficient menu, just the way I like it. The service is efficient and quick, and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The portions are more than reasonable! The place lives up to its name! Starter, main course, cheese, and dessert for €16! What more could you ask for? Thank you for this lovely time, see you soon!

21/07/2026: The store offers a good selection, and the gas station is convenient and inexpensive, as is often the case with Intermarché. It's a shame about the harassment starting at 7:10 pm, directing customers to the checkouts which are "about to close," even though the store closes at 7:30 pm, and the logistics manager who glares at everyone while grumbling.

06/09/2026: I arrived on foot in a torrential downpour after walking 25 km. I was soaked and barefoot (my shoes were completely unusable, they were so wet) and was greeted with the utmost kindness. After giving me a towel to dry off, this kind gentleman seated me at a table and gave me the menu. For starters, an extremely generous "Trail Salad," full of delicious local produce from the Aubrac region—excellent! For the main course, the famous "Sausage and Aligot," absolutely perfect after such a long walk, satisfying and comforting. And for dessert, the best chestnut cake I've ever eaten. I'll come back to Nasbinals just for it—an absolute delight! The whole team was wonderful, and when they learned that my hotel wasn't nearby and that I had to walk back in the pouring rain, they offered to drive me back. In other words, in addition to the quality of the food and service, this restaurant impressed me with its warmth and humanity. This restaurant is one of my most cherished memories of the Camino de Santiago! Thank you again!

13/08/2026: Very friendly and unpretentious welcome. Amazing pizzas!! I highly recommend this place; we went two days in a row because we enjoyed them so much!

20/07/2026: The best was the home made chocolate marquise. Absolutely delicious and very chocolatey. The starter was a mixed salad that was supposed to have feta but had some sort of reconstituted watery alternative. The mains was a very large portion of ribs with what tasted like a tinned sauce. Ribs also fatty. Potatoes cooked to perfection which is often not the case in restaurants. Coffee so so.

27/09/2026: A surprising inn, restaurant, bar, and small convenience store in the countryside of the Causse de Méjean... Congratulations to the owners, at their age, for still keeping this establishment open!

06/08/2026: We arrived at 12:30 PM, a group of four, for drinks. The restaurant was empty (only one table for four). The owner told us he was overwhelmed and refused to serve us! We certainly won't be going back to eat there. The dining room is outdated, and the service was appalling!

11/04/2026: Very basic hotel but spacious rooms with private bathrooms, very clean, right in the center of La Canourgue

11/07/2026: We had a great experience with this young man in his truck who makes delicious wood-fired pizzas. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend him.
