07/12/2025: If you ever want to know what the multiverse looks like where McDonald's messed up, stop by the McDonald's in Albaret-Sainte-Marie. It looks like the never-finished beta version, or a McDonald's ordered on Temu with a 45-day delivery time.
First off, the Croc McDo? Apparently, it lives in the same dimension as unicorns and winning Euromillions tickets, because it doesn't exist here. The McFlurry? It's a local myth. They should put up a sign saying "Imaginary product, please dream elsewhere."
Then there are the orders… It's like there's a raffle going on in the kitchen: "Today, in this gentleman's bag, we'll slip… ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING!" You pay for a large milkshake, you leave with a tiny one the size of a thimble and the texture of a depressed iceberg. Impossible to drink: you pull on the straw like you're trying to siphon reinforced concrete. Taste-wise? Well… crushed ice, a real disappointment.
In short, this McDonald's isn't a McDonald's: it's the tutorial phase of a cosmic intern discovering fast food. Maybe one day they'll unlock the real recipes. Until then… hang in there.
27/11/2025: We pass through the La Garde rest area twice a month (Tesla charger required). McDonald's is usually full or half full.
There's hardly any wait on those occasions, the staff is friendly, and the food is good (keeping in mind it's McDonald's, of course).
Today we stopped by on our way back to Paris. The restaurant was deserted: an opportunity for a crew member to diligently scrub the tables and seats with sponges, a scraper, and a lot of effort. Kudos to the team for their hygiene and for maintaining their restaurant, and all my encouragement to the "workaholic" who earned his daily pay and will sleep well tonight.

Fries not good
(I work in a McDonald's) for information the recipe for the small vrap is: ranch sauce, fried onions Mc salad, half of a chicken tender cheddar And you fold the crepe
And you pack The royal onions have nothing to do in the little Wrap As well as the Batavia salad 🤣👍👍
14/09/2024: Very bad Mac Do. Waiting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes to order and after paying, waiting 30 minutes outside in our car to collect our takeaway meal... even though there was no crowd and we understood why.🥺. A lot of effort to be made 🥴

Le service est parfait, attentionné, au bon rythme et toujours avec le sourire. Un souci constant du bien-être et du plaisir des clients. 14/09/2024: Sur le trajet Castres Lyon, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant suite au reportage télévisé sur le chef. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La brasserie a un cadre très moderne qui surprend au départ. Une équipe de jeunes serveurs et serveuses bien sympathiques. De bons produits locaux bien travaillés. Le service est rapide. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une super halte à proximité de la A75. Prochain objectif le restaurant étoilé de Cyril Attrazic!

04/09/2024: la personne qui m'accompagnait a commandé un carré la parisienne : pain dur sur les bordures et des doses homéopathiques de jambon, de crème et de fromage.
12 euros cinquante.
J'ai vu à mon retour, en passant chez mon boulanger, bien plus correct pour 3 euros...
Messieurs, il est temps de faire un effort sur le rapport qualité-prix.

12/09/2024: no heating in the room. the receptionist doesn't care "what do you want me to tell you, you have to turn the radiator knob in the right direction!". Average mattress, torn towels, mold in the bathroom, blistered paint... In short, for one night it's okay, but it's better to choose another hotel

But the showers are really old, the water is either burning hot or cold, no curtains, no hair dryer, old towels. WiFi is not working

09/08/2024: De passage à Florac pour une virée en moto, nous avons cherché un endroit où déjeuner, qui relèverait le pari d’être typique et sans trop d’attente.
La salamandre a coché toutes les cases.
Menu qui propose du local, pas excessif en plein mois d’août et avec un service souriant.
La position en plein centre ville permet d’aller faire un tour à pieds après le repas pour prolonger agréablement la pause méridienne.
Nous avons passé un bon moment, je recommande!
