10/06/2026: We came for one night and ended up staying three. The entire team gave us a very warm welcome. We also enjoyed the meals and breakfasts, which were very well served and generous. Our only regret was having to leave. But we will be back. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful stay.

08/06/2026: The hotel boasts an absolutely magnificent setting, both the château and the garden, with views of the beautiful Margeride region. Regarding amenities, breakfast is rather expensive, but the service and selection of products are commensurate with the price. Having stayed in the Orangerie annex, we found the accommodations more basic but nonetheless clean and functional, with very comfortable beds. As for dining, we were unpleasantly surprised to find the château's restaurant closed without prior notice, despite having a reservation. However, a solution was found with another establishment offering good value for money.

Sophisticated dishes, beautiful flavor combinations, and superb ingredients on the plate. Pleasant service and perfectly paced dining. A successful gastronomic experience from beginning to end. A truly excellent restaurant in Lozère, well worth discovering.

05/06/2026: Off the Stevenson Trail A surprising place with character, just the way we like it: both warm and rebellious, an unusual spot served by colorful characters. We loved the authenticity of the place, the meal, and the personality of the hosts. Thank you for your hospitality.

29/05/2026: Friendly welcome. Huge disappointment with the meal; everything was frozen from start to finish. It was all tasteless and odorless. The spinach and goat cheese puff pastry was clearly frozen, the fish was equally tasteless, and the fries were like cardboard. Avoid at all costs.

19/06/2026: What a disappointment this dinner was! The salads (which cost as much as a main course) were practically empty, barely enough for a starter. The desserts were mass-produced, and the bread was stale. The setting is unusual, but that's understandable given that the place transforms into a nightclub at night. Luckily, the waitress was very friendly!

11/04/2026: A great place to stop on a long road trip. The hotel is adjacent to the highway. Conveniently located. Despite the proximity to the highway, the rooms are quiet. Large, comfortable, clean rooms. The food in the restaurant is very inexpensive by French prices and, most importantly, delicious and beautifully served. The staff is friendly and smiling. We arrived late at night at 10:20 PM, despite the late hour and the staff being tired from the day, we were greeted with a smile and fed, even though it was late. Excellent breakfast and a very nice atmosphere in the bar. We didn't expect a roadside hotel to be so clean, cozy, and excellent value for money. And most importantly, it is open for check-in until 10:30 PM.

10/05/2026: Here both dogs and guests are very well looked after. Great service all the way. So I stayed an extra day Large outdoor areas where the dogs could really stretch out after a long journey. Lovely food, accommodating all the way no matter what 👌👍🇨🇵❤️

01/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant on our Camino de Santiago, with a set menu of main course, dessert, and drink for €9.90. A real bargain for pilgrims! Highly recommended, especially as a welcome change from the usual packed lunches in your backpack.
