24/08/2024: Seconde visite dans cet établissement. Restaurant soigné, beaucoup de travail en cuisine et une belle sélection de produits régionaux. Le service était impeccable. Mention spéciale pour les « à côté » du dîner comme le beurre, le pain et les amuses-bouche.

20/08/2024: Délicieux dîner raffiné de l’entrée au dessert . Un service impeccable , une cuisine inventive avec de très bons produits . Nous avons passé un très bon moment . Foie gras en entrée un délice ,veau cuit à basse température une merveille et un dessert au citron beau et bon . Bravo au chef ! Un très bon rapport qualité prix . Le restaurant dispose d’une belle terrasse ombragée , un endroit à ne pas manquer !

19/09/2024: We had lunch this afternoon, a very good meal with Lanlozere specialties, beautiful presentation and a pleasant and quiet site on the edge of the medieval village. To discover!

13/08/2024: Excellent !! Très bon rapport qualité/prix. On s'est régalés de l'entrée au dessert. Les assiettes sont copieuses et bien présentées. En entrée salade de crudités ou charcuterie, blanquette de veau + légumes, fromage et desserts à la framboise. La serveuse et les patrons sont très accueillants, on recommande et on reviendra !!

24/07/2024: 1st stage of the tour of the Aubrac mountains perfect. The evening meal was very good and the room with en-suite bathroom was pleasant. Thanks to Vania for this welcome. Good luck for the resumption of this Prinsuejols relay.

17/08/2024: At hôtel Balme you will find everything you need without the big luxury. Clean room with shower. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The hotel is run by a small team of super friendly people. If we are in Villefort again, we will go back to hôtel Balme

09/08/2024: De passage à Florac pour une virée en moto, nous avons cherché un endroit où déjeuner, qui relèverait le pari d’être typique et sans trop d’attente. La salamandre a coché toutes les cases. Menu qui propose du local, pas excessif en plein mois d’août et avec un service souriant. La position en plein centre ville permet d’aller faire un tour à pieds après le repas pour prolonger agréablement la pause méridienne. Nous avons passé un bon moment, je recommande!

12/08/2024: What an incredible stay! Staying in a castle is an extraordinary experience. Came as a couple for a romantic stay, we all loved it. The Jeanne suite is absolutely magnificent with its view of the Tarn and its lion’s feet bathtub. The lack of air conditioning did not bother us despite the heat (35!!). We slept very well with the windows open lulled by the sound of the Tarn. We loved our dinner on the castle terrace, overlooking the Tarn and the garden. What a relaxing experience… You feel alone in the world, in an exceptional setting. Special mention to the possibility of being able to leave the castle for the descent of the Tarn by canoe. We loved being able to follow our breakfast and the departure by canoe without having to take the car. Thank you to all the staff who took great care, from the very smiling receptionist, to the waiters, including the chef who came to speak to each table at the end of service.

27/09/2024: A craft and agricultural brewery. Only local products and super good quality! An impeccable welcome and service 👌 One of the best crème brûlée I've ever had 🤩 If you visit Garde Guerin, go and eat at this establishment! 👍
