10/06/2026: A beautiful park with mature trees and a view of the Causse Mejean. We have been returning to this place for 30 years and enjoy the atmosphere of nostalgic summer retreats.

05/06/2026: The pastry was barely thicker than a sheet of filo pastry, and the filling was minimal. Perfect for a bird's appetite. The first time I've ever left a pizzeria hungry...

08/05/2026: Had great takeaway pizza here. The TexMex and the Aubrac were very tasty and the service was fast. The restaurant was closed when we visited but outside seating was available.

15/08/2026: The location was very pleasant. The service was friendly. The salad wasn't washed and had a sandy texture (nothing serious in itself), but there was a nest of four small, brown, 1cm balls in the middle of the meal, nestled in a lettuce leaf. Needless to say, I didn't touch the plate again after this delightful discovery. The problem was reported to the very understanding waiter; however, apart from two complimentary coffees, we still had to pay for the salad. No manager or owner bothered to come and introduce themselves or apologize. This kind of mistake can happen, but the management's reaction was completely out of touch with the seriousness of the problem, which unfortunately shows that basic hygiene standards are not being met in this establishment. A shame.

21/07/2026: The store offers a good selection, and the gas station is convenient and inexpensive, as is often the case with Intermarché. It's a shame about the harassment starting at 7:10 pm, directing customers to the checkouts which are "about to close," even though the store closes at 7:30 pm, and the logistics manager who glares at everyone while grumbling.

28/07/2026: A nice little restaurant in the village, but it's more of a working-class restaurant, simple dishes and basic cooking, a bit expensive for what it is in my opinion...

23/07/2026: Very good, the charcuterie is delicious, the cheese too, the Oxxo salad is hearty and very good, I recommend it.

20/07/2026: An hour and a half to eat two mediocre salads for €15, with little filling (but lots of salad) and supermarket goat cheese that wasn't even local… and the restaurant was far from full / it was a Monday. We practically left before they were served because it was just unbearable to wait so long for so little. And let's not even mention the waiter's attitude, who "didn't care" and said "there are only two of them in the kitchen" (for 25 covers 🙂).

01/07/2026: A really friendly place, and the food was excellent!

19/06/2026: What a disappointment this dinner was! The salads (which cost as much as a main course) were practically empty, barely enough for a starter. The desserts were mass-produced, and the bread was stale. The setting is unusual, but that's understandable given that the place transforms into a nightclub at night. Luckily, the waitress was very friendly!

22/06/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team at Hôtel des Rochers! We had an exceptional stay. Honestly, everything was perfect from beginning to end. The welcome was warm, the staff were incredibly attentive, always smiling, available, and exceptionally kind. A big thank you to the chef who delighted us with delicious, generous dishes prepared with passion. Every meal was a true pleasure. Special mention also goes to the waitresses, always professional, efficient, and cheerful, who greatly contribute to the hotel's friendly atmosphere. The entire team deserves to be congratulated for their hard work and dedication. You can tell that here, guests are truly valued and that everyone puts their heart and soul into their work. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Thank you all for these wonderful moments; don't change a thing, it's fantastic! 🔥

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we immediately feel at home. A huge thank you to Benoît, who is always available, attentive, and passionate about his work. His good humor and professionalism contribute enormously to the charm of the hotel. Thank you also to Audrey, whose warm welcome, kindness, and attention to detail make every stay even more enjoyable. She is always attentive to the guests and ensures that everything is perfect. A big thank you as well to Marion, a smiling, dynamic, and very professional waitress. Her energy and kindness create a wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant. And finally, thank you to Lucas, who is always welcoming, helpful, and attentive to the needs of the guests. His professionalism and friendliness are greatly appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, the setting is pleasant, and the entire team puts their heart into providing a quality experience. This is a hotel you'll want to return to again and again. I 100% recommend the Hôtel des Rochers! A must-stay in Marvejols.

25/07/2026: I will only judge the hospitality of the welcome. We didn't eat, so my comment only concerns the host's hospitality. We entered through the pizzeria side; there was no one in the restaurant. We politely asked if we could let my 4 and 6-year-old daughters use the restroom. We were curtly told that this required a minimum purchase. I ordered a coffee, and the person insisted, saying that if we weren't happy, we could go outside and urinate! And the host asked me if he came to my house to use the restroom! In short, a blatant lack of kindness and hospitality.

25/07/2026: Avoid this place! He constantly belittles his employees for no reason. The food is sometimes decent, but overpriced for what it is. Avoid it!

13/11/2025: Pleasant hotel. Ground floor room with a large bed and terrace. Charming welcome. Good value for money.

20/07/2026: The best was the home made chocolate marquise. Absolutely delicious and very chocolatey. The starter was a mixed salad that was supposed to have feta but had some sort of reconstituted watery alternative. The mains was a very large portion of ribs with what tasted like a tinned sauce. Ribs also fatty. Potatoes cooked to perfection which is often not the case in restaurants. Coffee so so.

11/07/2026: Unpleasant service, ridiculously small portions, very high prices. I strongly advise against it.

05/07/2026: €22 for two excellent pieces of local beef and a generous portion of very good vegetables. Great terrace. I'll definitely be back under different circumstances ❤️

11/04/2026: Very basic hotel but spacious rooms with private bathrooms, very clean, right in the center of La Canourgue

06/08/2026: Brigitte gave us a wonderful welcome and took excellent care of us and my donkey. She knows the Stevenson Trail well and gave us valuable advice. We also had a very good meal.
