13/08/2026: Passing through Mende, we found this little restaurant with a tempting menu. It was very good, the pizzas were generous for the children, and the aligot was a real treat. The only downside was the service, and especially the waitress's complete lack of smiles! She was cold throughout the entire meal. A shame!
10/08/2026: A warm welcome, even without a reservation on a Friday evening in August. The signature dish, with sweetbreads, was truly excellent, paired with your choice of vegetables, pasta, or fries. The pizzas are made and baked on-site and are also very good.
The dessert was less impressive, but still quite decent. The wine offered, a collaboration of several years with the vineyard, was excellent (La Grande Sieste, red).
A very nice place for a quality meal.

29/01/2026: It's more like a two-star than a three-star hotel. I was given a supposedly luxury room without being told it was a special room for disabled guests. While I have nothing against disabled people, it would have been helpful to be informed beforehand. The rooms are mediocre and often very crowded in the morning showers, with no hot water – in short, a disaster.
Not to mention the noise from the upstairs neighbor until midnight, when it sounded like she was moving furniture. The reception was pleasant enough, and the hostess isn't to blame, but overall, not a great experience.

30/05/2026: A very pleasant stop on the Camino de Santiago. We received a very warm welcome.
The room and bathroom were very clean with a magnificent view of the bell tower.
Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed playing darts to relax.

21/06/2026: The duck confit was expensive and tasteless. €18 for a leg that was reheated several times because it was very dry, with white rice and a single slice of tomato instead of the advertised vegetables! A meal like you'd get in a school cafeteria.
Disappointing.

04/05/2026: I marked this place as I was looking for a good place for Moroccan food. I was so looking toward to it, but it was a huge disappointment to have discovered that it was closed for business. Their website is still there, but the information on Google was not updated. What a bummer!
11/02/2026: The owner is great...the food is perfect...peaceful, clean place, nothing to complain about. Go without hesitation.
I forgot the most important thing: the couscous was delicious!

15/08/2026: Indeed, the microwave is supposed to facilitate quick service... unfortunately, the dried-out penne from the day before makes you forget everything else!
13/08/2026: The setting was beautiful, and the service was impeccable and quick… perhaps a little too quick… since the pasta was reheated! Cooked the day before and completely dried out… What a shame, you don't really expect that when you go to a restaurant. Luckily, the waitress kindly offered a discount at the till!

18/05/2026: A magnificent building, situated on a beautifully maintained 9-hole golf course. Loans and Mélissa at reception provided a very warm and professional welcome. Magali's massages are renowned. Golf lessons with Julie, a very patient and skilled instructor, are also available. The spa is pleasant. The only drawbacks are the food, from the basic breakfasts to the very average meals for the price. It's a shame that local produce isn't showcased. A new chef has just arrived; let's hope he raises the bar. Otherwise, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

1. Charming and quiet location.
2. Defective charging stations; impossible to charge the car.
3. The sauna wouldn't get above 60°C.
4. The €13 breakfast was less than half the price; no pastries (meaning no more pastries for the other guests), no fresh fruit, and no fruit salad.
A gesture of goodwill was made without us even asking.
A real shame for such an establishment. I don't recommend this hotel despite its enormous potential.

01/03/2026: The fries are always cold here, but we often go when we're shopping because we like burgers. Our order was delivered without one burger, and no one told me. I had to go and ask, and they told me it was made to order (a McCrispy for my husband). Almost 15 minutes later, it arrived cold. In the meantime, I had already eaten my burger, which was also cold. They offered to make it again, but I refused. So I was refunded for the burger, not for the meal, just for the burger—and what's more, the refund was insufficient since they refunded me for the wrap and not the burger. I got a half-hearted "sorry," but basically, it was clear that no one cared. I won't be going back.
05/02/2026: I ordered McFlurry ice creams, one with caramel Kit Kat and the other with chocolate Kit Kat, and I got plain ones. Things aren't getting any better at the beginning of February; there are only problems like this!

03/08/2026: Not good for late service; the charcuterie platters seemed to have been left out of refrigeration, the edges of the pâté were completely brown, as was the cheese. The yogurt was barely lukewarm. The pasta was cold. Expensive.

14/09/2024: Sur le trajet Castres Lyon, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant suite au reportage télévisé sur le chef. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La brasserie a un cadre très moderne qui surprend au départ. Une équipe de jeunes serveurs et serveuses bien sympathiques. De bons produits locaux bien travaillés. Le service est rapide. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une super halte à proximité de la A75. Prochain objectif le restaurant étoilé de Cyril Attrazic!
