26/08/2024: Bel endroit mais accueil déplorable ! 10 minutes après s’être installés à une table inoccupée et non réservée, nous nous sommes faits dégager avec notre boisson pour laisser la place à la restauration !!! La patronne est vraiment très désagréable. On ne conseille pas du tout

18/08/2024: Très bonne cuisine! Par contre on s est fait copieusement engueuler parce qu on avait réservé pour midi et on est arrivé à 12h 20!!!! Dommage de se faire accueillir de cette façon!!!!!

25/09/2024: We went to eat at the Regimbal restaurant one evening during the week, what an experience!!! A gargantuan meal, appetizer, starter, main course, cheese and dessert, all served by the extremely kind hostess. The dishes were all tasty and plentiful and the value for money was simply unbeatable. In short, a memorable evening!!!

05/09/2024: Hikers to avoid otherwise! Very poor value for money, the Half-board formula is obligatory, vigilance, no drinks included in the formula (and well billed 😏) nor the coffee... low quality meals (lasagna, a great specialty to believe, dish present in many comments). PDJ without interest, Which means even in a dormitory you end up paying a lot for the night in an outdated atmosphere, to turn out to be the most expensive night in a dormitory of my journey (STEVENSON -RÉGORDANE)

23/07/2024: Excellent restaurant très propre, patron très gentil, plats excellents et copieux. J'avais réservé pour 13h30 alors qu'il fermait à 14h, pas de soucis pour lui, il a fermé à 14h25 après notre départ. Je recommande vivement aux locaux et aux touristes excellente adresse pour se régaler

21/07/2024: Excellent restaurant. However, the prices for takeaway meals are outrageous given the quantity. This was already from before, but now the prices have increased, and for €23 you come back with 200 grams of salad. I don't understand why the take-out prices are identical to those "in the dining room". I'm taking a photo of a takeaway for €10. A salad leaf cut into 3, a few peanuts and grated carrots. 90 grams when weighed. In short, it's better to eat there! I forgot... For this price, no sauce... I don't eat much in the evening, but now I'm still hungry. Note that the flyer in the room at the counter displays the old prices :(

26/08/2024: Parfait, comme d'habitude, tout est excellent, la charcuterie, la cote de boeuf, l andouillette, allez y les yeux fermés ! Une véritable institution à connaître.

24/08/2024: De retour après une escale enchanteresse il y a plusieurs années, nous nous empressions d'y revenir. Repas du dîner : menu à 34 euros. Plat du jour rôti de porc complètement fade, plus mou que fondant, comme bouilli dans l'eau. Servi avec jardinière de légumes surcuite constituée de petits cubes de carottes et pommes de terre insipides. Repas du déjeuner : menu à 34. L'entrée du jour nous est annoncée comme étant "crudités". Nous nous attendions alors à une variété de racines rafraîchissantes et agréablement assaisonnées. En fait : une bien triste salade de laitue avec comme seuls aromatisants de petits lardons sans saveur et à la qualité suspecte. Plat du jour proposé : rôti de veau. Coool, ça va changer du porc. Que nenni ! La copie conforme du rôti de porc précédant, au point à ne pas remarquer le changement d'espèce animale. Accompagnement proposé, "gratin de pomme de terre au four". En fait, une bouillie gorgée d'eau et surcuite d'oignons et de lamelles de PdT. Seuls points corrects de ces deux repas, les cuisses de grenouilles (mais il faut savoir que celles-ci proviennent systématiquement d'élevages asiatiques de qualité et règlementations douteuses), puis la sole meunière dont la préparation ne nécessite pas une cuisine élaborée. Petit-déjeuner : 10 euros servi avec jus d'orange, viennoiserie et morceaux de baguette, beurre et confiture industrielle en doses unitaires. La honte la question : "désirez-vous un yaourt ?" Ce qui sous-entend que le tarif est identique sans celui-ci. Quelle talentueuse économie madame Tichit !... Comparativement aux buffets plus complets à volonté et moins chers d'autres hôtels 2 étoiles. A notre précédant passage, excellent café arabica serré. Aujourd'hui, dominance de médiocre robusta excessivement dilué. En conclusion : Sincèrement, l'ensemble des repas servis me font irrésistiblement penser à de la cuisine industrielle servie dans certains groupes scolaires, hôpitaux et EHPAD. La grande économie par profit de la notoriété auparavant justifiée et qui rempli encore la salle d'habitués nostalgiques...pour un temps seulement.

31/08/2024: L'adresse que je retiendrai de ma semaine de vacances à Villefort. De l'accueil, au service en passant par la qualité des plats, tout était juste parfait.

10/08/2024: Très sympa une équipe réactive qui ne s’économise pas un repas très agréable alors que nous n’avions pas réservés. Qualité, quantité et rapidité vraiment top. N’hésitez pas à y faire une escale.

15/09/2024: Very unpleasant boss with her employees and customers. I don't dare go into details because we witnessed surreal reflections in a place open to the public. Even with good quality dishes, I advise against it if you want to have a nice time with family

06/09/2024: Great address near the ramparts of Malzieu town. The boss, La Ponponette, is super friendly. Nice little menu with simple but very well cooked local dishes. The room is small, best to reserve. Very efficient service. The price of the meal is around €30 (main course and dessert). Great atmosphere. Easy parking.

27/08/2024: Lunch during the week we opted for the daily menu and what a surprise!! A good fresh salmon cooked with small vegetables. It is so rare to find fish in the restaurants of Lozère. The homemade coupetade and floating island are a treat! The charming couple who have just taken over this establishment deserve to be strongly encouraged. Incredible seriousness and dynamism. We will definitely go back.

22/08/2024: We really liked the old-fashioned 70s charm of the hotel. The welcome booklet gives lots of information about the region; nice! the staff and managers are friendly.

28/07/2024: Magnificent castle and room "in its own juice". In our opinion we should change this place which deserves so much better! Big downside on breakfast; we are alone, no service and industrial. Too bad. The dinner is not up to par despite the price. The value for money is not there. Very unfortunate because the place is sublime and the owner is charming.

26/09/2024: To flee. Based on the comments, the owner must be bipolar. Very poorly received, very unpleasant and downright racist. Too bad, because very well located and pretty village.

22/09/2024: To flee!! Unpleasant, the boss looked down on us. To our (colored) friend he said: "we're at home, we do what we want"...And the credit card, no payment below 15 euros...YUCK.

14/12/2024: A hotel that I visited with pleasure a few years ago for its inn with its aperitifs by the fire and whose service has changed a lot. The place is always clean and pleasant, the rooms comfortable even if a little old. On the other hand, on the catering side, it's a disaster, not informed that the restaurant was closed, we were treated to poor jars that were frankly mediocre reheated in the microwave... the breakfast was acceptable, except for all the bread and pastries which came out of the freezer. In short, I won't come back.

11/12/2024: We spent a very pleasant night in a comfortable and cozy bed Varied and quality breakfast We had the pleasure of making pressed oranges using a machine made available to us. A real treat

25/08/2024: Nous n'avions jamais connu pareille situation. Après avoir retenu le jeudi 22 août une table pour le dimanche 25 août pour 12h30. Arrivés devant l'établissement à la date et heure prévue, nous avons trouvés la porte close avec un mot sur la porte, "fermeture pour congés" Quel manque de politesse et de considération pour les clients. Nous avons dû trouver en catastrophe, un autre restaurant et faire 15 km de plus.
