01/09/2024: We chose to recommend this campsite to our family for our wedding. The owner was very welcoming and friendly from the time we met until our guests left. They had an excellent stay at the Chantemerle campsite and have very good memories of it. We had two different reservations. A first where a member of our family stayed in a tepee. Everything was very good: the equipment was satisfactory and adapted, and we particularly appreciated that the dog was accepted. The only downside was the zipper on the door, which took a little while to close properly, and it was a bit cold the first night due to the proximity to the river. However, this in no way detracted from its overall experience. The second reservation, our family opted for a mobile home. Again, everything was very good. The only negative point was the access via the stairs without safety railings, which may be unsuitable for an elderly or disabled person with a cane. Despite this, they had a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend the Chantemerle campsite for its magnificent setting and comfortable accommodation.

06/09/2024: Calm atmosphere with soft ambient music. Lovely welcome and superb cuisine, a treat. To think that we almost didn't go there because of the name of the restaurant. Don't hesitate, superb stopover. Aligot and incredible beef. Cuisine with delicacy and the desserts are sublime.

29/09/2024: We came in June with several walkers we met on the way. The place is very charming, very clean, the food is great, including a very generous breakfast, and the hosts and their teams are friendly. To recommend without hesitation

25/09/2024: In the countryside but quite close on the way to Santiago de Compostela. The rooms are comfortable, the garden is pleasant. The welcome is great, we had a good dinner there and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. I recommend

04/09/2024: A family hotel where you feel great, with atypical rooms since they are "scattered" throughout the little paradise that is Saint Chély du Tarn. Good bedding, an excellent meal, an unlimited copious breakfast (don't miss the owner's divine porcini omelette) and a very warm welcome. The swimming pool is also very pleasant. Flawless! Thank you very much and see you next year!

17/09/2024: What can I say!! Exceptional location, exceptional welcome, the room, the meal, everything is there! It's great and nothing to say. I would come back because it is just a magnificent place, full of history. There were 5 of us and we stayed in the Inn during our Motorcycle Road Trip. I really recommend it.

15/09/2024: Arrived at 12:30 p.m. First rather cold welcome, we were asked to come back 1 hour later without taking our name at the risk of other people arriving in the meantime. The aperitifs never arrived despite a first reminder when the dishes were served. So I obviously canceled my beer and kept only the glass of wine. For the meal: small warm/cold garnish with the lamb but very good dessert. However, the medieval decor, the setting and the village are worth the detour!! Very mixed experience for us in this restaurant...

30/08/2024: What a nice surprise this Buron du Bès was recommended to us by friends! It's all there! Very warm welcome, magnificent setting and quality cuisine, made only with fresh and local products. Perfect cooking of meats and excellent truffade! We will come back, for sure!

31/08/2024: At first glance this caravan does not appeal. After testing everything was good. Served very quickly.

10/08/2024: Very well done cuisine, good quality products, large quantity and good service. On the other hand, dogs are not accepted and it's really a shame when you have to leave the dog in the car.

05/08/2024: Pleasant hotel with its park and swimming pool. Annex room to modernize. Good value for money for dinner but with an intermittent smell of fuel oil on the terrace. Reception from the reception on 02 very cold, the receptionist does not look at the customers and does not smile unlike the restaurant waitresses.

03/08/2024: Park with various impressive old trees, the shade was very welcome on these hot days! Rooms well equipped, excellent value for money.

19/08/2024: We stopped at highway exit no. 40 La Mothe/Gorges du Tarn for our family lunch break at this hotel-restaurant on the way back from our vacation. And we didn't regret it 😜. We were very well received and we ate very well on the cool terrace under the trees. Fresh local quality products. What a pleasure for the taste buds! A big thank you to Chef Dimitri and the owner of the place for this moment of sharing 🙏.

10/09/2024: Vraie guinguette a l'ancienne au bord du lac : tables en bois et chaises à l'image du lieu joli terrasse ombragée avec vue sur le lac .Beaucoup de places de parkings. Menu donc cuisine du jour avec produits de saisons et locaux ( côtes d'agneau de Lozère grillés ou truite du lac avec une sauce pesto très goûteuse) . Faut pas être pressé car le service est un peu long car pas trop d'organisation mais serveur(se) très symphatique et décontracté. A noter beaucoup de choix dans de très bons vins et de bons conseils pour une guinguette . Prix sans surprise, pas très cher pour un lieu touristique ( 20 E le menu complet) . On peut profiter après pour s'allonger dans l'herbe et plonger dans le lac. Mais faut réserver en pleine saison car qu'un seul service et quantités prévues à l'avance par le cuisinier.

30/08/2024: un petit coin de tranquillité au bord du lac, simplicité, pensez à réserver , les places sont limitées, pas de vue sur le lac mais une adresse à ne pas manquer.
