31/10/2024: Hello, I called on La Fringale for a birthday party. Excellent communication before and during the event, particularly for the organization. The paella was really delicious and the portions generous, all the guests were delighted and so was I. I highly recommend Marion for her professionalism and the quality of the meal/service. 29/08/2024: This is a lovely specialty coffee shop with quality coffee and the perfect atmostphere! They have lower cost with a few high quality varieties. As a roaster, they know all aspects of coffee! Loved the conversation on coffee. A must for those who love specialty coffee in france. The roast is a bit darker than some to please the french but less than normal cafe.

03/04/2024: The pastries are tasty, and the staff is friendly. However, I wish they had a greater variety of pastries with more attractive presentation. Despite this, the prices are reasonable, and the "choux d'Ange" I ordered were delicious.

17/10/2024: Nous voulions juste manger un repas en couple malheureusement la commande a pris 40 minutes à arriver. Cependant le personnel est agréable surtout le barman qui nous a accueilli. Nous ne sommes pas les seuls à avoir attendu un autre couple aussi sachant que nous étions seulement 3 tables. Je travaille aussi en tant que serveur dans un restaurant face cathédrale, et même si on ne se prend pas la tête et qu’on ne demande pas grand chose, le minimum était difficile à obtenir. Je ne recommande donc pas.
