03/04/2024: What arrogant service, asked for a table for two. The youngest employee wanted to help us, but was interrupted by an older, very arrogant waiter, who indicated that there was no room. Our walking shoes and raincoat were not on sir. Never go!!!

02/04/2024: Nice welcome, very good service throughout the evening. Extra nice that the chef came out to the table. Ate an excellent roast beef fillet and the most delicious creme brulee.
01/04/2024: A fifth. Incredible service. The chef kept an eye on the premises, we asked for forgotten asparagus, which the chef solved immediately.
Beef filet by the grace of God.
Very worth visiting.

Public parking nearby for parking.
We had a good chat with the staff who even offered me a tourist book on Erpernay.

This place was excellent, the food was quite amazing and well worth the wait - what's the rush, you're in France. Though if you are in a rush I'd go someplace else otherwise order some wine, kick back and wait for magic.
25/02/2024: A friendly, quality meal. Only a certain waiting time justifies 4* and not 5. In his defense, the waiter was alone in the room, which was full.
