21/09/2024: Le restaurant est bon mais malheureusement le personnel en caisse n'est pas du tout agréable. Mme me prend de haut car mon billet de 20.00€ ne lui plaisait pas. Une dernière poir moi!

02/08/2024: Certainly the best burger I have ever had the opportunity to eat! Meat from the butcher, homemade bread and even cheese makes the difference. The price is justified by quality products and it is rare to obtain such successful taste quality. A real experience for me, I would come back!

13/01/2025: We came on a Saturday around 1 p.m. Large, almost empty room, it certainly set the tone. We paid around €60 per person for an aperitif plus the starter, main course and dessert formula. In terms of food, the starters arrived directly during our aperitif. The snails I had were barely warm. I chose the piece of beef with fries as a main course. The beef was good but the sauce was barely warm. The fries… Frozen, bland and bad. Home-baked McCains are better than this. The macaroon as a disgusting dessert must have stayed in the fridge a little too long. For a 50€ formula it’s clearly a steal, any brewery does much better for half that price. Concerning the service, 4 waiters/waitresses slumped at the counter for the entire duration of the service. One was actually almost sleeping on it at one point. A guy in a tapping cap chats with them as if the service was over. At no time were we offered a carafe of water. We had to get the salt/pepper from the table next door ourselves. The bottle of champagne we were served was made in the wine glasses on our table. The waitress was certainly too lazy to go and change our glasses. As a reminder, the restaurant was empty. When we asked to choose desserts at the end of the meal when taking our order, we were told that it was impossible (it was 1:20 p.m.). At the same time, when passing the kitchen to go to the bathroom at 2 p.m., everything was already turned off. One of my friends reported all the points of negligence to the employees, no reaction from them, no commercial gesture. Never seen a team of people so dead during a service. My friend's father and my friend used to come to this emblematic place for years, they will never set foot there again.

30/08/2024: Very good kebab, too bad frozen fries and as soon as we sit down we are asked for our order...

27/08/2024: We tried the Kebab this morning after hearing some rumors saying that it was the best in Épernay. As the waitress reminded us: there is no smoke without fire! We ate the sandwich in the rain on the way home, and actually, it was delicious! The meat was seasoned perfectly, and the bread was not flattened like in other restaurants. €10.50 for a kebab, a drink and fries. Whether it’s the welcome (at 11 a.m., barely open) or the taste, you know what… THE RUMOR SEEMS TO BE TRUE 🤤

30/06/2024: 20 minutes of waiting for an ice cream that is not even filled and the supplement that was not added, I am disappointed.

03/07/2025: I love this restaurant, whether as a family or as a couple, unbeatable value for money, Shao is friendly, a gourmet evening guaranteed.

21/06/2025: We ate on the terrace, which was very pleasant. The menu is varied, and the dishes were very good. The side dish isn't included in the price of the meal, but the overall price remains quite affordable.

01/07/2024: We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Average furnishings. Clean however, I asked for an iron and new towels and got neither. Asked for extra water for room as 4 staying and supplied 2 small bottles of water. They gave us an extra bottle but on second day it became an issue that we already had our quota for the stay. Service is poor at breakfast. This is a great location but be aware your parking is at least 5 min walk away. The other rooms look nicer than the apartment. But for the price you pay and poor service - I would look elsewhere if you’re after an apartment. Lacking customer service. Lacklustre at best.

20/05/2024: Menu A partager : les rillettes de Reims plus faciles à manger si elles sont sorties du pot. Plat : choix entre Burger. Bavette et tartare. Très bo(eu)f... Dessert : gaufre liégeoise avec une boule de glace Dommage en pleine saison des fraises avec des biscuits roses aurait été plus judicieux. Salade césar : 20 € exagéré non ?

05/08/2024: Friendly welcome and service. Interior okay. Nice terrace, but on a relatively busy road (nothing you can do about it of course). Fairly extensive menu and correct prices. Pizzas were okay, but unfortunately the crust and base were not crispy but rather chewy. The topping also seemed rather carelessly thrown on.

05/08/2024: Good evening, a very nice restaurant with efficient servers but a manager who favors an inappropriate attitude of a "friend" who is invited at the expense of the owner rather than a customer

18/08/2024: It was actually a very good place except the guy serving wanted to talk for a long time to particular clients leaving others standing for more than 20 minutes to pay.
