21/02/2026: A very bad experience at this bar/tobacconist. The welcome was unpleasant, with no smiles or politeness. You clearly get the impression you're bothering them when you walk in. It's regrettable for a local business. I won't be going back and I don't recommend it.

17/01/2026: A very bad experience. Following a package mix-up made by my mother, I initially contacted the manager by phone while I was at the Chronopost office. A child's cuddly toy, an important sentimental item, had been mistakenly placed in a shipment. I simply wanted to retrieve it and understand the situation. The staff present were shocked by the way I was being treated and told me that the package was still with the pickup point, information the manager disputed. Thinking that a face-to-face discussion would help resolve the situation, I went to the office to explain myself calmly. Upon arriving, the manager refused any verbal communication with me, acting as if I didn't exist, and asked me to check my phone, telling me she had just sent me a message. The tone and content of this message were clearly inappropriate. She wrote, in black and white, that I should now find another Chronopost pickup point. I also noticed her showing her phone to several customers, displaying the message she had sent me, which is completely inappropriate. The situation worsened when I tried again to speak to her calmly: I was accosted and yelled at in front of my three children, then asked to leave the establishment in front of the other customers. She then made inappropriate remarks, including saying, "Oh, the poor children," which deeply shocked my children. Yet, just a few months earlier, I had come to this same establishment with them for an ice cream, which makes this behavior all the more incomprehensible. Later, Chronopost was able to prove the exact time the manager handed my package to the driver, thus confirming that the package containing the cuddly toy was indeed in her possession at the time she claimed otherwise. I would like to sincerely thank the Chronopost teams for their professionalism, humanity, and attentiveness. Their caring approach allowed us to handle this situation calmly and respectfully, which contrasts sharply with the attitude of the café/restaurant pickup point in question. This was an extremely shocking experience. I will not be returning to this establishment and strongly advise against using this pickup point, café, and restaurant, especially for families.

02/01/2026: The establishment is closed this Friday, January 2nd, and no information is available either on-site or via the answering machine. This is quite annoying when you need to pick up a package.

26/03/2026: These are today's baguettes, flat and not even heavy

19/03/2026: Lunchtime on the go, I wanted a light meal. So I ordered the only salad on offer: the Caesar salad with chicken. It was just a few lettuce leaves, which made me wonder if it had even been washed. There was a piece of chicken cut into four pieces and a quarter of a tomato. I went and bought another meal. €9 for a salad! It's outrageous!
