14/03/2026: A true Reims institution. L’Excelsior maintains the old-fashioned brasserie style we love, with a lovely atmosphere and top-notch service that showcases its expertise. Excellent cocktails to accompany the meal: we had a perfectly executed St-Germain Spritz. As for the food, the foie gras was superb and the cod with chorizo ​​was very well done. A wonderful evening, thank you to the whole team.

14/03/2026: Louise's is still as good as ever! It had been a very long time since my last visit; my daughter and I were absolutely delighted! The open-faced sandwich was very generous and delicious, and the crêpes are a must-try!! The prices are really very reasonable and affordable. The staff were very pleasant and always smiling! I will gladly return as soon as possible!

15/02/2026: We went there for Valentine's Day dinner. It was a lovely and delicious experience. The service was also fantastic, very sweet and friendly. We were seated within 20 minutes, and without a reservation. Highly recommended in Reims; we'll definitely be back.

12/02/2026: I just called Subway over an hour and ten minutes ago and still no order. They said the delivery driver wasn't there. I asked if my order would be hot, and he said no. I hope it will be hot. It's been over an hour and I had to call Subway. It's up to Subway staff to see that the order hasn't been picked up after more than an hour. I should mention that I don't live outside of Reims, but only 5 minutes away from the delivery driver.

16/03/2026: I've been ordering from you for a long time and I've never had a problem until tonight. I placed an order for 10 wings and some potatoes. The order was confirmed over the phone, then I received a call back later to say that there were only 5 wings left. I was offered a replacement, but since I'm gluten-free, I couldn't have the tenders. I was then told that they would add some salad. An hour later, the delivery arrived. The total was €10, and the receipt stated 10 wings. I checked the order, and there were only 6 wings. After speaking with the manager, I was told that the price remained the same because "some things had been added." In reality, only a few lettuce leaves had been added. When I refused, the manager decided to apply the €8 price as an "exceptional" measure. For your information, on the website, 5 wings cost €6, so the billing is still difficult to understand.

03/02/2026: As a regular customer for two years, I'm never disappointed by the quality of either the service or the pizzas. I highly recommend it!

30/03/2026: Despite the fact that the service was friendly and the pizzas were decent for the price, we waited over an hour for them to arrive… Admittedly, we hadn’t booked and there were a lot of us!

18/01/2026: Utter disappointment. An interminable wait only to be served cod that was clearly defrosted, tasteless, and uninteresting. Two portions of rice—ridiculous. As for the sauce, there was barely enough to coat one corner of the plate, insufficient to compensate for the overall dryness. Far too long a wait for such a mediocre result. Very disappointing value for money.

07/01/2026: The welcome is very friendly; I go there whenever I'm in Reims. They are smiling, attentive, etc. Furthermore, the starters and salads, from what I've tried, are very well prepared and generous. I therefore recommend it ;)

15/02/2026: It's a shame I can't give it four and a half stars. The place is superb, with a refined and very classy atmosphere, impeccable service, and truly excellent cuisine. One small drawback: the price of drinks (excluding the champagne, which is well worth it). This detail makes me deduct one star. However, we had an exceptional experience. Note: we didn't try the "club," only the restaurant.

22/01/2026: Great place for cold cuts pate and smoked salmon complemented by selection of growers champagne at reasonable prices. Helpful n knowledgeable owner and staff. Definitely recommend if into finger food and discover growers champagne.

People come first This is a place where you connect, learn, and have fun with other tables. Wine is not treated as a beverage, but as a portrait — an extension of the people who worked so hard to make it. 3. Generosity Aline and Eric are incredibly knowledgeable and endlessly generous in sharing experiences, stories, and special moments. 4. A masterclass in hosting I’ve never seen better hosts. From orchestrating the wines, to the music, to thoughtfully placing guests together — everything feels natural and perfectly timed. A special shout-out to Anaïs as well — extremely knowledgeable and generous, sharing many resources that helped me continue advancing on my wine journey. Bravo. I can’t wait to come back.
