05/05/2026: I ordered by phone on May 5, 2026 at 7:00 PM. At 7:35 PM, I received one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I highly recommend them. They are also very professional and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend going there without hesitation.

24/07/2026: Passing through Reims, the pizza was very good and well topped, the staff very welcoming, the service was fast, and the prices were affordable; I recommend it.

19/07/2026: Good evening, having ordered from this establishment several times before, I've never been disappointed. However, tonight a 3-meat taco (€9.90) weighed 303 grams... that's SIGNIFICANTLY less than the average for restaurants of this type. Hoping this comment will be taken into account.

01/05/2026: Hotel on the edge of the city. Quiet and peaceful place. Rooms are not very big but comfortable.

15/04/2026: Hotel in an industrial area, quiet at night. Friendly and decent reception. Clean room, tiny bathroom! Breakfast was adequate but could be better. Still, I'd recommend the hotel if you're working or otherwise in the area.

28/06/2026: I went there in sunday as it was mentioned that they are open but once I reached I found it closed and there’s no sign that explains why this is unprofessional thing as our time is very important for us to waste it like this

07/06/2026: Refused to turn up the A/C when it was 90* and room was on the west side of building. Staff was rude and lied about the ability to adjust the temperature- one of the staff admitted it to me. Room was clean- location near transportation.

31/08/2026: The bread was very good, but the welcome and service weren't great. One saleswoman was borderline rude in her manner of speaking... a shame.

28/08/2026: Please change your hours. I arrived at the bakery on Place d'Erlon at 6:45 a.m. and was turned away by the employee. He claimed to be the only one there. That's no reason not to serve a customer who wanted to place an order for his business. So I went to Paul, which opens earlier. Whose fault is it?

05/04/2026: The hotel was very clean and the staff were welcoming. The rooms are small but adequate. It’s a charming little hotel, just a 10–15 minute walk to the city center and very close to the stadium. Great location overall.

01/04/2026: A superb night in this campanile hotel; it's completely renovated, and the rooms are spacious and modern. The location, a 10-minute walk from the city center and along the canal, is ideal. Excellent value for money considering the prices of hotels in the area. A lounge bar with foosball and billiards is available in the lobby. We would gladly return and don't understand its current rating (probably due to the recent renovations).

12/09/2026: When you forget to choose your two sauces included in the set menu and you politely go to the counter... and the young lady with a forced smile tells you no... honestly, for two sauces... ridiculous...

10/09/2026: Long preparation time despite the counter employee's apologies and the absence of other customers at the time. The quantity of fries was unacceptable, especially after the extra XL order was added. No staff members had their hair covered. The paper bag was unsuitable for carrying fries and had no handles.

30/08/2026: Great service! The employee with the dreadlocks and his trainee were quick and efficient. There was a small mistake with my order, but they immediately remade my sandwich. Good job!

29/08/2026: "Buy one get one free" is actually half a sandwich plus another half sandwich, so a whole sandwich. It's not an offer, it's just a whole sandwich...

26/08/2026: Uber Eats order placed, but no one answers the phone, neither the restaurant (about 10 calls in 1 hour) nor the delivery driver (5 calls). The restaurant is clearly closed, or completely overwhelmed, but they're still taking orders! After waiting an hour without an answer, we canceled the order and ended up with nothing to eat. Thanks a lot, Zwiebel! Update: I think that 45 minutes extra on top of the initially estimated delivery time and no response from you for an hour meant the cancellation wasn't "too quick."

15/08/2026: Excellent Berlin-style kebab! Everything is homemade: bread, spit-roasted meat, fries, and sauces 🔥 Everything was absolutely delicious. The interior is cozy and welcoming, with a few tables outside. A really nice touch: cards and games are available to keep you entertained while you wait. I highly recommend this place! 👌
