30/08/2024: Discovery of this restaurant during a day in Reims. Lunch during the week at the end of August with the incredible Maréchal menu at €46. TOPISSIME. A line of original sweets, a starter of your choice including a gazpacio of peas with beautiful shrimp or a soft half-salted salmon, a dish including a rarely cooked tuna on the plancha or a rabbit confit with its Paimpol coconuts, a refreshing dessert with peach, lavender ice cream and matcha tea financier and to finish off a farandole of very delicious sweet treats.
Deserves its star without hesitation otherwise what's the point of guides! Fortunately 3 toques and 16/20 in Gault et Millau.
An obligation for us to come back and visit Reims!

As for the cuisine, it's a real refinement, a mixture of flavors in a resolutely fishy menu, divinely prepared!

We ate very well. Very good value for money.
01/12/2024: Nous avions réservé pour 2. L'aller étant complète pour le premier service au moins, c'était mieux.
L'accueil est souriant et le service efficace. Normal quand on enchaîne 2 services.
Le repas est bon, et le tarif reste correct pour la qualité.
Très bon tartare (200g quand meme) de bœuf avec la possibilité de choisir un assaisonnement. Coup de cœur pour l'entrée avec l'œuf un régal.
Deux petits bemols: pour ce type de restaurant, en apéritif, cela mériterait des amuses bouche un peu plus recherché et des tables très (trop) rapprochées. Dommage lorsqu'il s'agit d'un resto en amoureux.
Par contre, les chiens bien éduqués sont acceptés.
En bref, un très bon restaurant.

Nice decor but quite catalog... lack of originality, personality.....

09/09/2024: Después de que todo el mundo me dijera que esto es una parada obligada, vinimos antes de encontrar la cena. El ambiente es espectacular, con un torbellino de oportunidades para degustar.
El servicio era excelente y todos tenían sugerencias para el estilo que estabas buscando. Muy recomendable para cualquiera que aprecie las casas más pequeñas y la complejidad que ofrecen los productores. Además, no te saltes las tablas de queso o carne.

16/10/2024: Bon restaurant . Terrasse près d 'une fontaine d'eau .Pas très loin du centre ville . Tarifs un peu plus élévé qu'une brasserie ( 91€ pour 02) . Cuisine faite sur place .Seul petit bémol , le service . Nous avons attendu 01 heure pour être servis .On nous avait oubliés ! On nous a donc offert l'apéritif. Je le recommande toutefois pour sa cuisine son personnel agréable et son endroit.

18/09/2024: Fantastische avond met vriendinnen! De service was onbeschrijfelijk. Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij alle gangen kregen we een extraatje. We zijn compleet verwend. Bedankt!

29/08/2024: This is a lovely specialty coffee shop with quality coffee and the perfect atmostphere! They have lower cost with a few high quality varieties. As a roaster, they know all aspects of coffee! Loved the conversation on coffee. A must for those who love specialty coffee in france. The roast is a bit darker than some to please the french but less than normal cafe.

25/09/2024: I can't stand restaurants like yours anymore that serve frozen fries with dishes at this price.
I made the comment to the waiter who replied that with the flow you had it is not possible to make homemade fries...
The debit on my credit card only bothers me though!
I'm willing to pay the price but I want quality on my plate!
Ditto for the children's menus at 15€ I hoped to have better than the fast food and this is not the case at all... Nuggets and fries from the freezer and 1 pot of ice cream! The margin must be huge.
I don't recommend this restaurant which was great a few years ago...
20/09/2024: I went to eat yesterday (Thursday September 19, 2024) at l'apostrophe in Reims with a friend, and in addition to the beautiful setting, the warm welcome and impeccable service, we both found ourselves having food poisoning the next day.
I find this unacceptable!
I ordered the piece of beef with fries on the side and a risotto with truffles and wild mushrooms for my friend.
We are really very disappointed with the experience.
