A smiling face and delicious cuisine—kefta, tagine, and couscous—we all came to the same conclusion. A delight. The desserts were perfect, and the tea service at the end...see for yourself. 19/08/2026: Definitely not recommended. Went out to eat with 8 girls, and no fewer than one of them struggled to finish their food. The tagliata de manzo was extremely overcooked, making it impossible to chew. The pastas were also without sauce and very tasteless. When this was pointed out to the staff, we were allowed to choose a new dish, but everything ended up on the bill. It was also extremely hot in the back room.

18/08/2026: The food and service were very good. However, the lack of air conditioning, or at least a fan in the back room, combined with the closely packed tables and the noise, made dinner unpleasant.

11/10/2026: Disappointed by the welcome and service. There were five of us, and I called at 8:14 PM to reserve a table. I was offered 9:15 PM, which I accepted. We finally arrived at 9:24 PM, nine minutes late, which I fully acknowledge. However, upon arrival, we were greeted rather unpleasantly. We were immediately told that we wouldn't have time for appetizers, that we had to order our main courses directly, and that the kitchen was about to close. I completely understand the organizational constraints of running a restaurant, but there's a way to communicate with customers. If the restaurant was already unable to comfortably accommodate a table of five at that time, it would have been better not to offer us that reservation slot. What's even more surprising is that the other tables around us, about twenty people in total, received their main courses at the same time as us, and we even left the restaurant before some of them. The pressure put on our group from the moment we arrived seemed quite disproportionate. The food was decent, but the service unfortunately spoiled the experience. A nine-minute delay is certainly something to point out, but it doesn't justify treating customers this way. A little more courtesy and professionalism would have made all the difference. It's a shame, because we had simply come to enjoy a pleasant evening with friends. ——— Good evening, Aurore, Thank you for your reply. However, I would like to clarify that during my call, I was offered a booking slot, which I accepted. My comment primarily concerns the way we were received and the tone used upon our arrival, and not the fact that you have set hours to adhere to. Finally, I find it regrettable that, in response to customer feedback, you chose to end your message with a sarcastic remark about my professional life. It is perfectly acceptable to disagree with an opinion without being disrespectful to the person you are addressing. I respect your organization and your constraints, and I simply expect the same respect in return. Best regards.
