05/09/2025: I'm giving one star because we can't give 0... A lack of professionalism regarding the non-compliant order, we ask without salads, we have some, and the excuse "they are prepared in advance", not even an excuse apart from a "ROH 😮‍💨". If we don't take the express menu, we are neither entitled to a starter nor to the dessert from this menu. My brother wanted to have a tiramisu from the express menu by taking a menu from the menu, he couldn't... the waitress runs everywhere even though it's not a rush. Dish not even good. Very expensive for what it is, even if putting the price doesn't bother us, but that it is justified.... 0 value for money therefore.

09/12/2025: Pleasant surroundings Terrible service Although the young man was very friendly, I don't think he's suited for this job. Serving a glass of mint syrup and a bottle of Badoit on the side when we ordered a Perrier Mint as an aperitif... And we were still waiting to be asked what we'd like to drink with our meals. Only the aperitif and the entire meal without drinks is a bit much... Points to watch out for.

23/12/2025: The sandwiches are good, there's no denying that, but the hygiene leaves much to be desired for the woman who prepares them. Sure, she wears gloves, but when she touches the food, then the broom, the pens, and retouches the food without changing it! Well, I don't find that very hygienic.

05/12/2025: Very friendly, good quality products. Just a little more cheese would have been nice, otherwise the sandwich size was perfect. The prices are a bit high, but between McDonald's and Burger King, and inflation, you have to make a choice. Hygiene was impeccable and the wait was short. I recommend it.

25/06/2025: When you arrive at the place, although there is a menu and other options, you are directly offered the starter-main course-dessert option for €19. You therefore have to insist to have the menu, and the waitress advises you not to choose from the menu because it would take too much time. You are also not offered to choose which side you want with your dish. Rice is automatically served with the fish, when in reality, you can ask for vegetables or fries. The pollock was cooked separately, in water apparently, and is served with a sauce that is very similar to industrial sauces. The portions are too small. The dessert (pastry) is served half-frozen. In short, it doesn't add up.

18/06/2025: I have dined at this restaurant several times already, and very recently before June 6th. Very warm welcome, excellent Vosges salad, but a little less generous than the previous time. As for the person who accompanied me, a sirloin steak because no more ribeye steak but then a very nice piece of meat less expensive than the ribeye steak and just as delicious, if not more so. On the other hand, my portion of fries is really not substantial, too bad. But we will return.

24/08/2025: A rude waitress like I've rarely seen in my life. Madam, if you don't like your job or the people, change careers! We witnessed a shocking scene where she attacked a table of three customers because they were sitting on the terrace next door; they simply hadn't realized it was another establishment. Instead of telling them in a humorous or kind tone, it was done in an absolutely appalling tone. The three people were very kind to take it with a smile, because if someone had spoken to me like that, it wouldn't have happened like this. As for us, we waited 20 minutes, and we were never served, not even a glance as she set up the table right next to us. We changed terraces, and we were served by a nice young woman in less than five minutes. There's no point in putting up with such unpleasant behavior and people when you're a customer.

07/12/2024: Chilled with cold and wet to the skin, after attending the ceremony on November 11 in a cold rain, around 1:00 p.m., I pushed open the door of this establishment, with the words Brasserie and Café written on the front. , thinking of finding a little warmth and having a drink at the counter with its beautiful range of beers on tap. I didn't have time to take off my soaked jacket, as I was told that for a drink, it's outside. Outdoor terrace at 8°c...!, certainly under a small awning. I can understand, when there are people, not to go into detail. But a bit of hospitality never killed anyone, knowing that I was content with a standing place, even in a corner, but in a warm place. Distressing!!!

01/12/2024: We decided somewhat rashly to come and see the DOUAUMONT ossuary and some places in the history of the battle of VERDUN. For lunch we saw this place. we had not booked and we were welcomed in a pleasant manner. We will have duck, pure fillet and pork ribs. The dishes were served with a small salad and vinaigrette (very good) and fries. A very simple place which also gives disabled people the opportunity to work. I like it. We had a good time there.

22/09/2024: Repas plats et dessert à midi un dimanche,la commande est vite prise,boissons et plats .l établissement n. est pas remplis,le plat fini ,on a attendu plus de 30 mins pour commander le dessert,le serveur est invisible ,il devrait changer de métier ,le patron a t il changer c était très correct pour un anniversaire il y a deux ans,après 30 mins d attente,perso je me suis passé du dessert,pour durer ,il va falloir peut être se remettre en question.Dommage car le repas est correct mais bon si c est pour passer 3 h avec un repas complet entrée plat dessert café ,je laisse ma place.

03/11/2024: We had dinner at the Marville inn on November 1 and had breakfast but we slept in a village house. The meal was excellent with fresh local produce, cabbage soup, homemade pâté en croute, guinea fowl with mushrooms. The welcome was also excellent and the owner even served a customer who arrived around 2 p.m. The breakfast was also excellent with everything you need in the morning, good bread, croissants, ham, cheese, fruit juice... We are delighted (there were three of us including a child) to have all enjoyed ourselves.
