18/12/2024: Rather disappointed with this restaurant, in itself it's not bad however the quantity and clearly needs to be reviewed. In terms of quantity/price ratio, it's very light. 10 fries on my plate and a mini steak. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant despite a friendly atmosphere and very pleasant waitresses.

03/09/2024: Pinocchio is a real Lille institution! I've been eating there since I was a child and the dishes are still just as good. I recommend the spaghetti carbonara and the tiramisu for dessert 😍.. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service is very friendly, authentic. Go there, it's a clear change from the Italian restaurant chains found elsewhere in the city.

28/08/2024: To have a wonderful culinary experience come here, the cheese lasagna was a treat for the palate and the decoration of the place is quite nice. highly recommended.

09/07/2025: I hate doing this. But this is truly disappointing, and I think even food safety is compromised. I asked for "a Point" meat, which was almost raw, and the portion was small. The fries weren't fresh either, and my companions also received dry ribs with a kind of gelatinous slurry. The burger was still reasonably good. But this is definitely not recommended. The view was good, and the prices were reasonable. But I can't imagine anyone leaving here happy.

08/07/2025: Horrible, overpriced dinner with poor quality food. Dishes were promising on the menu but dismal on the plate. Move on.

05/12/2024: Arrivés par hasard dans ce restaurant un samedi midi nous avons vraiment très apprécié la cuisine et le service. Nous avons commencé par une planche de foie gras à partager composée de deux généreuses tranches de foie gras et d’un peu de salade. En plat nous avons pris un carpaccio et un tigre qui pleure. Ce dernier porte bien son nom car la sauce est vraiment très piquante et amène une petite larme à l’œil. Ce n’est pas un plat que tout le monde pourra apprécier sauf à aimer la cuisine épicée, ce qui est mon cas et je me suis régalé.

15/11/2024: Après avoir passé une après midi à la foire du vin à Lille, il était grand temps de se restaurer. Au détour de quelques rues, nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce restaurant. Or, quelle agréable surprise ! La patronne fut très sympathique, la nourriture très bonne et servie rapidement. Tout cela à un prix abordable ! Que demander de plus? Je recommande vivement

04/07/2025: I paid 45 euros for a meal, a glass of wine, and two glasses of water. We were put on a poorly placed table, even though there were seats everywhere, and we were refused access to the terrace. Overpriced, service not good, food mediocre, and we were overcharged.

02/07/2025: I know the owner a little; I think he's of Algerian origin, and he's very kind. He retains loyal customers without favoring them. Very good and pleasant, just the right portion, and if you ask for a change, he makes it without a problem. I recommend it because I've been there several times and always loved it. Contrary to the reviews, I've never been sick.

08/11/2024: The staff, the ambition, the boss and the cuisine are excellent, but the price leaves me speechless: 31.5 euros per meal, 1/4 of wine and two 25cl beers, it's a bit stingy. 18 euros per meal for two starters: Macedonian ham or country terrine, three dishes and 3 or 4 desserts of your choice with a free shower if you eat mine was already taken. You add 2.5 euros for 1/4 of wine so for my two 25cl beers I paid 5.5 euros each. I am a driver and we are also in the restaurant business with my wife, our 33cl beer is 3.5 euros....... and our margin is correct Here I think the prices are a little high even if everything else is impeccable. 02/07/2025: The atmosphere in this bar is very pleasant, as are the decor and the terrace. The prices are relatively high (this is true almost everywhere in Lille, however), and the bar doesn't accept menu items below €6, so it's best to have some cash on you for smaller orders. The waiters also get a little jaded at the end of the evening, although they remain courteous and efficient. I would definitely return if the opportunity arose.
