22/04/2026: A wonderful time spent at La Cour Pavée! The dishes were delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors. The service was smooth, attentive, and always accompanied by a smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. A caring and professional team from start to finish. I highly recommend it, and I will gladly return!

13/04/2026: We're giving one star for the welcome from the "real" manager, according to him. We arrived outside of the rush hour; there were only four people in the restaurant at the end of their meal. We brought two pastries from the bakery to sit down and have a coffee. The waiter, very kind, let us in, saying it wasn't a problem since the restaurant was empty. Once our order was taken, the manager arrived and told us not to eat our cake in order to respect his role as a restaurateur and that no exceptions would be made. Although we had expressed our loyalty for over 10 years, had consumed everything on the menu (without exaggeration), and he wanted us to come back again, it was no use. He offered to take us up to his place for coffee, to which we replied that we could have coffee at home; we're not homeless. This "real" owner had the audacity to show us the door, inviting us back to his place for coffee to "demonstrate the kindness" with which he enforces the rules. Apparently, even a birthday cake for a group would be refused. As a result, this "real" owner ruined everything we expected from this place we've been going to for a decade. It's a shame; the servers would make much better owners and/or managers.

11/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! My wife and I came for our anniversary; everything was absolutely delicious, and the service was pleasant and professional. We will gladly return!

08/03/2026: It had been two years since my last visit, and I was just as satisfied as before. The manager is really very friendly and the food is excellent. The price-quality ratio is reasonable.

05/12/2025: What an exceptional fine-dining experience! From amuse-bouche to entrée, main course, and dessert, everything tasted incredible. Exceptional flavors, flawless presentation, and outstanding service. A huge thank you to Chef Clément Le Norcy and his team. Wonderful hospitality.

23/11/2025: A magnificent dinner at La Table du Connétable: a sublime and subtle moment, with exquisite and refined cuisine. Each dish was a true delight, combining sophistication and originality in an elegant and intimate setting. The attentiveness and kindness of the staff made this mother-son tête-à-tête exceptional, every detail reflecting remarkable care. We spent an excellent, memorable, and delightful evening in an exquisite atmosphere where everything is designed to please the senses and the heart.

19/04/2026: A lovely experience; I arrived a few minutes before closing time with my daughter. The kind lady agreed to serve us. I will definitely return.

06/04/2026: The staff tried to overcharge us in a way that seemed intentional. Food itself was mediocre and expensive.

02/04/2026: A major disappointment for a dinner costing over €100 per person. While the decor, inspired by the castle's interior, is remarkable and the drinks excellent, the food is mediocre. For example: the grey shrimp (from frozen), the foie gras ravioli were completely tasteless... or the salty caviar was so overpowering it was almost painful to eat. In short, more pretentious than delicious.

19/03/2026: A quick snack; the staff is professional, and the crepes are reasonably priced, but unfortunately, you can tell they weren't made to order or were simply reheated, which obviously affects the taste.

07/03/2026: A blonde waitress who clearly hates her job and shows no interest in the people on the terrace who have been waiting for ages to be greeted / for us to bring a menu or just a coffee, after we politely and smilingly came inside to ask if we could order something on the terrace, she never came but kept a rather unsettling little smirk as she strolled around the terrace without ever coming to see us… we totally understand, so we recommend Sylvia just across the street where we were greeted with a smile!

05/05/2026: I rarely leave Google reviews, but the poor quality of this pastry shop compels me to do so. I have rarely tasted such bad pastries. I usually go to Tourbez in Gouvieux, but unfortunately, they are closed on Tuesdays. So, I opted for this highly-rated pastry shop in Chantilly. I bought Paris-Brest pastries, a crème brûlée, a chocolate éclair, a red fruit tiramisu, a rum baba, and some financiers. Basically, everything ended up in the bin! The crème brûlée had a lumpy texture and, of course, no vanilla flavor whatsoever. The choux pastry of the Paris-Brest and the rum baba were practically cardboard-like. The tiramisu was far too sweet, with a biscuit base that resembled sponge cake crumbs; it was detestable. The chocolate éclair was overly sweet and cloying. As for the financiers, they were vomit-inducing—a lump of sugar with no almond flavor. After the first bite, only a greasy sensation remained in the mouth! I don't understand why this pastry shop is still open… maybe for its bread? Stéphane Aubert, a customer who won't be repeating the Pascal Nopé experience.

28/01/2026: We arrived at 7:30 pm and left at 9 pm because we waited 45 minutes for our meal, which consisted of a platter of three open-faced sandwiches, two tortillas, and a medium order of fries (but it was good). The music was a bit loud, making it hard to hear each other, and the dining room was very cold. When I see a "sharing platter," I expect a bit more for €30. You have to go to the bar to get a drink; it's a strange concept... It was Tuesday evening, and there were a lot of children; we thought there might be a birthday party! One couple even left without the owner seeing them sit down. Completely unprofessional. I hope they improve in the future and that without any criticism, they can improve.
