10/04/2026: An exceptional stay! We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the staff were attentive and always available. The service was impeccable, with meticulous attention to detail, and the professionalism of the entire team was evident at every moment. We had an unforgettable time and highly recommend this establishment. We will gladly return! Thank you for everything!

09/04/2026: I was disappointed by my stay at the Jeu de Paume. A 5-star hotel can't afford to make mistakes, yet this establishment had several errors. There was a computer glitch during the booking process. So, I went to pay on arrival, two days before my stay, and took the opportunity to request the blue room. Upon arrival, we were given the pink room! We waited 10 minutes in the hallway while the hostess corrected the mistake. The kettle in the room was hidden in the cabinet under the TV, and only three tea bags of unknown brand were provided. We would have preferred herbal tea or tea from a reputable brand. There were no soaps to keep, and only one shower cap for two people. Breakfast was delicious, but the hostesses lacked a smile, and the sparkling water wasn't replenished once the bottle was empty. The spa was a lovely place, but the next morning at 7:15, we found the tissues and candy wrappers left behind the day before. In short, the Auberge du Jeu de Paume doesn't deserve 5 stars. The positive points are: the bedding, the sauna which is nice and hot, the breakfast items, and the hotel's location, but that's not enough!

28/03/2026: A quick break for Viennese hot chocolate and Viennese coffee during a motorcycle ride. A very warm and extremely friendly welcome. A short but very pleasant moment (and close to the castle).

11/02/2026: Returning to this brasserie after some time away, I was once again pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the owners and the excellent value for money. The dish of the day (prawn risotto) for €11.90 was superb.

22/03/2026: Appalling, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. We asked for bread several times, but it never came. We pointed this out when paying, but the waitress didn't react at all. We will never set foot in this place again.

28/03/2026: Good desserts. The staff is welcoming. A bit pricey for two desserts and two hot chocolates. A beautiful natural setting.

23/11/2025: A magnificent dinner at La Table du Connétable: a sublime and subtle moment, with exquisite and refined cuisine. Each dish was a true delight, combining sophistication and originality in an elegant and intimate setting. The attentiveness and kindness of the staff made this mother-son tête-à-tête exceptional, every detail reflecting remarkable care. We spent an excellent, memorable, and delightful evening in an exquisite atmosphere where everything is designed to please the senses and the heart.

06/04/2026: The staff tried to overcharge us in a way that seemed intentional. Food itself was mediocre and expensive.

02/04/2026: A major disappointment for a dinner costing over €100 per person. While the decor, inspired by the castle's interior, is remarkable and the drinks excellent, the food is mediocre. For example: the grey shrimp (from frozen), the foie gras ravioli were completely tasteless... or the salty caviar was so overpowering it was almost painful to eat. In short, more pretentious than delicious.
