03/08/2024: Terrific experience in every respect. We made quite a detour to reach the restaurant and it was worth it.
The place is tastefully decorated with plenty of outdoor seating. We opted for indoors as it was a sweltering day.
The menu is imaginative and caters to many tastes. We had two set menus, one of them extended for a dessert. All the dishes were superbly presented and were delectable, a true highlight of our trip to France this year.
The service was professional and very friendly.
We seriously want to return.

24/09/2024: We've been there twice in the last month with friends and had brilliant meals, brilliant service, and they looked after me, the vegetarian! It is one of our favourite places. Go and eat with the locals.

22/08/2024: It is the former miners' canteen (closed in 1970) hence its name! The chef has been working here for over 30 years. Suffice to say that the mastery is there, mixing touches of modernism and anchoring in tradition. Great experience!

10/01/2025: don't go there, I'm told to get out of the toilets after 30 seconds I didn't even have time to unmold the cake it comes back every 20 seconds so I can clear the toilets. we consume and we annoy if we use the toilet, I don't understand. unacceptable

Not the cheapest of places, but a lovely lunch always.
05/08/2024: Very well located hotel, charming welcome, beautiful room and excellent breakfast.
Small downside on the soundproofing and the mattress which we found a little hard.

02/09/2024: Good brasserie, we came that day and we ate very well (chopped steak and very crispy fries with a side of salad and grated carrots), a very wonderful and friendly welcome from the young people who knew how to guide us very well and inform us about their wide variety of products but also about the two ladies.
Thank you for this good time spent tasting your products.
I highly recommend 😉

15/12/2024: We were passing through Flers after going to the illuminated village of Beauchêne, not disappointed with our little stopover at Nostra.
We had a great time, from start to finish, the cocktails are incredible and the food just as much!! The value for money is very satisfactory, the staff are welcoming and smiling, very grateful.
Well done to you! We will come back! And we share the address ☺️

08/09/2024: Nous y étions allés il y a 10 ans et avons redécouvert l’endroit en famille. De nouveau, tout est parfait, nous sommes retombés sous le charme de cette adresse qui perdure.
L’endroit est en retrait de Bagnoles de l’Orne, au calme. Facilité à se garer.
Jolies chambres, très calmes.
Belle salle de restaurant. La cuisine gastronomique qui nous a été proposée par le chef nous a beaucoup plu, une cuisine de haute teneur. Mention spéciale au sommelier pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.
Enfin, merci à tout le personnel pour son accueil extrêmement chaleureux.
Nous reviendrons encore

Excellent, les plats sont parfaits, le poisson très bien cuit, les légumes craquants
18/08/2024: Nous avons passé une soirée superbe mercredi à tel point que nous sommes retournés ce midi.
Les réponses rapides du patron à mes emails étaient bien appréciées et puis nos visites au restaurant étaient formidables; tout était parfait...la belle renovation et décor avec goût..puis le service ...qui était impeccable( le jeune Dorian est très professionnel et exemplaire!) et les repas... qui étaient sublimes...un régal pour les yeux et les papilles!
D'ailleurs le menu du marché à 21 euros le midi et à 24 euros le soir ( sans oublier les vins à prix raisonnables) offrent une visite non seulement superbe mais aussi incroyable du point de vue de rapport qualité/ prix. Bravo Thomas et toute votre équipe!!!
