Nothing to complain about, we came with my brother before the match, fast service, excellent value for money! We had a Flemish carbonade, delicious and served generously, go there with your eyes closed

Everything was good, the waiters friendly and helpful, for an excellent evening or if you really want to enjoy yourself in Lens, I can only recommend the Timgad.

Very good value for money 20th menu = 2 starters, 1 main course and 1 dessert (plus an aperitif offered by the house). Nothing to say, it deserves its 5 stars!

Simple menu (which is a good sign!) and in fact EVERYTHING is made on site, even the beer and lemonade (cola is a marvel)! Delicious, hearty with lots of kindness and smiles! Go there without hesitation between two visits to the museum (it's right opposite!)

We tried the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised.
A very warm welcome and a delicious daily special.
A lovely musical atmosphere.

08/11/2025: We came… and what a disappointment.
The waitress was haughty, unpleasant, and blatantly unprofessional. Apparently, flirting with her boyfriend while on duty is part of the job.
The service was slow, the atmosphere oppressive, and they were immediately addressed informally as if we were old friends. There was no proper attire: the waiter was wearing a cap in the dining room, which speaks volumes about the establishment's level of professionalism.
We finished our drinks and left immediately. The place is far too familiar, lacking respect and basic manners. Avoid it without hesitation.

06/09/2024: Living in Amiens and a Racing fan, we stopped by after a match for a beer, the decor was so nice that we decided to come back for lunch. The BC aperitif board was killer, then we took the Bc plate, the extraordinary chicken with maroille, the very good carbonnade and the classic Welsh. A great taste experience. We had a great time. Thank you

18/12/2024: Disappointment of a map not updated via the internet. For the order of a Marrow Bone to go from 4 to 3 pieces on their menu which is already not understandable at 11.90€, and finally end up with a 2 pieces for 13.80€... We're being fooled!
Update your prices on the internet and incidentally, a commercial gesture would have been welcome which was not at all the case
