14/02/2026: Very disappointed with this ice rink. No information was given regarding when the facility was exceptionally closed: we made the trip specifically for it… only to find the doors locked.

12/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero... As the assistant director of a recreation center, we took the children from the center this afternoon. The staff isn't welcoming; when the horde of people arrives, no one pays attention to anyone else... there's no safety on the ice, or it only arrives after you've already left... it's impossible to get equipment for children who don't know how to skate... in short, a bad experience.

25/06/2025: A small bistro just the way we like them. A great atmosphere with a regular clientele. The best ristretto in town. It's a shame that with the implementation of the new traffic zone, the terrace has to endure the onslaught of all the buses that now stop in front of it.

21/04/2025: Attendance at shops, restaurants and cafes is falling due to the work?... Concerning this cafe, we must look for another cause.

11/02/2026: Place Bellecour... how can they allow only one toilet? For men and women together... out of hundreds of people shopping there... from a safety, hygiene, and customer service perspective. This establishment should have been closed to fix this urgently... plus, they're still using toilets! Scandalous... and irresponsible on McDonald's part too.

09/02/2026: A garbage dump and disastrous service... 18 minutes for a McFirst meal... served cold and without a napkin by indifferent staff... hygiene was questionable and the toilets were out of order. Is this McDonald's?

27/09/2025: Servece is bad 35 mins to get two beers and the bar was not even full

07/02/2026: During my visit to the McDonald’s Confluence on February 7, 2026, at 8:30 p.m., I observed several breaches of food safety procedures. In the kitchen, several crew members were not wearing hairnets. One crew member who came in from the counter had her hair partially tied back, without a hairnet. However, according to McDonald’s procedures, hairnets are mandatory at all production stations (kitchen, fry station, beverage station). Furthermore, a transition from the counter to the kitchen was made without any visible handwashing, despite the prior handling of non-food items. Having worked at McDonald’s, I am familiar with these procedures and their importance. They were not followed during this visit.

25/01/2026: We arrive, the floor is sticky...that sets the tone... The meal was served cold, and the best part? We see the staff having fun throwing fries at each other, which fall...and then they put them back in our order!! Next time I'm going across the street to the competition!

26/01/2026: Avoid this place at all costs!!! I was very disappointed with the value for money. I paid over €37 for 24 pieces of sushi and miso soup, and honestly, it's way too expensive for what it was. The sushi was tiny and tasteless; it didn't hold together at all and crumbled easily. When I left, I was still hungry, which is clearly unacceptable at that price. For €37, you expect decent portions, not ridiculously small bites. The miso soup was very dark, almost like coffee, and it really didn't taste good. The "signature" sushi at €10.90 for 6 pieces was truly awful. We ate in, but were served in takeaway boxes without plates, which further detracted from the already limited experience. For the price, the service was mediocre. In short, a complete rip-off! Overpriced for tiny portions (no photos of the minuscule sushi) and subpar quality. I absolutely do not recommend it. If you're looking for sushi near Confluence, go to "Confluence Sushi," a great independent place, not a chain like this that slops up its service!

13/01/2026: The sushi wasn't bad per se… but the sashimi was very poorly cut. There's no service… you have to serve yourself… order… pay… and wait. The wait to be seated was very long…

08/03/2026: Nice bar, good drinks selection. However, the owner is incredibly rude to his customers (he speaks poorly, is neither polite nor welcoming). We ordered a charcuterie platter, and he served us slimy, moldy meat. We then asked him to buy us a round of drinks after this unpleasant experience, which he only half-heartedly provided. I do not recommend this bar, and I hope the owner will change his name, given the number of negative reviews about him…

17/02/2026: The man in the hat, who seems to be the owner according to other reviews, clearly lacks manners. I was waiting for a friend outside the bar when he approached me in a very unpleasant manner. He asked if I was waiting for someone, then gestured for me to leave, explaining that he was about to close. There was no greeting, no apology, no politeness whatsoever. His attitude and manner of speaking were condescending and contemptuous, as if I had somehow wronged him, to the point of making me feel belittled and humiliated. I had planned to go into his bar, but after this reception, I vow never to set foot in it again. I have no desire to be spoken to like that. Perhaps it's time to seriously reconsider one's behavior before addressing strangers in this way.

27/01/2026: Never order from Uber Eats, it's false advertising. The photos don't match the food received at all. The taste wasn't very good, and I doubt the freshness of the ingredients.

20/01/2026: I used to love it. I hadn't ordered for a year or two. I ordered again, but what a disaster! Delivering an order without any sauce would never have happened, and the quality has really gone downhill. It's a shame.
