08/09/2026: A disappointing experience. Cleanliness was truly lacking: tables hadn't been cleared, the floor was sticky, and the restrooms were in poor condition. The service was adequate, but it was difficult to find a comfortable place to eat under these circumstances.

26/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Appalling welcome and an incredibly arrogant manager. We arrived with our three children, I said good evening: no response, no glance, as if we were invisible. And this individual wasn't even a regular employee: he was the manager! Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've experienced this cold and unsettling atmosphere in this establishment. Saying hello and welcoming customers is the norm for most people… but clearly, for some individuals, basic rules of politeness don't apply. If you're incapable of working in customer service and lack basic manners, perhaps you should have gone to university and stayed in an office. We finally turned around and left. One thing is certain: we will never set foot in this place again.

26/08/2026: The service was appalling. We ordered sushi to eat in, but since my daughter doesn't eat sushi, we got her KFC to go. We sat down at an outdoor table outside the sushi shop. The terrace was practically empty, see the photo. Then, a server from the sushi shop asked us to leave 15 minutes after we arrived because my daughter was eating KFC on her own. So, next time, my wife and I won't go to the sushi shop because my daughter doesn't eat sushi. If it had just been me and my wife, we would have taken the same table, so it wouldn't have made any difference to them. In short, this is an unfamily-friendly and rather illogical establishment.

16/08/2026: Go on the weekend instead; the service during the week is a disaster. It's a bar frequented by regulars, and getting into the inner circle remains a mystery we have no desire to discover.

04/06/2026: The waitress was extremely unpleasant and haughty! I usually get male waiters who are very nice, but this was the first time I'd dealt with her, and frankly, she should change careers. I won't be going back.

01/06/2026: It would be nice if the man in the kitchen stopped staring at women like they were pieces of meat.

08/09/2026: We waited 15 minutes on the terrace for someone to come and see us. We left without anyone being bothered. The only interesting thing about this bar is its location.

31/08/2026: The staff around 14:30 completely ignores you. Left after 15 minutes, very bad. Stay away.

17/06/2026: If you enjoy having a drink in a construction site atmosphere, go for it, guys. The owner in the hat provides the sound effects himself by screwing the chairs together while serving... He's also saving energy... The owner in the hat adds a touch of mystery... but unfortunately, not a good mood!

01/09/2026: The food itself is delicious, just like in all McDonald's. I can't say anything about cleanliness, since I picked up my order at home. The hallway where they give out orders looks more or less acceptable. However, I didn't like that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Half of the ordering machines weren't working, and some were slow. When I came in the evening, some of the machines didn't have any paper to issue a receipt for payment. Overall, my impressions were average.

31/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 — A completely abandoned restaurant I came on Saturday, August 29, 2026, and it was simply appalling. The dining room was dirty, the tables hadn't been cleaned, the trash was overturned, and the toilets and furniture were in disrepair. The chairs were so wobbly that I had to replace them three times! Table service is nonexistent, the service is extremely slow, and the staff seems clearly understaffed and unfriendly. And the prices have become exorbitant for such poor service. The most unbelievable part? The restaurant was practically empty on a Saturday night, while KFC, Quick, and the other restaurants nearby were packed. It really feels like McDonald's France has completely abandoned this restaurant and no longer wants to invest in it. At this rate, they might as well let Burger King take over, which could certainly make better use of such a location. A truly deplorable experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

15/06/2026: I'm a regular at this place for their dark chocolate succès, which I love whenever I'm back in Lyon... but that's over! I bought two on Friday afternoon, so nearly €14 worth! I kept them cold for transport (as I always do): cooler, ice pack, and fridge. It's Monday, and I was looking forward to biting into my succès... What a disappointment, what a waste! Straight to the bin because of mold! I've never had this problem in all the time I've been transporting them, even when eating them more than 7 days later.

30/04/2026: Excuse me, but the brioche was terribly bland and dry. Nothing tempting or flavorful about it, despite appearances. Disappointed. The staff were friendly.

29/08/2026: The service isn't table service; you have to wait for your order at the counter to take it to your desired location. So, in terms of service, it's a complete zero. As for the food, I had cold fries.

16/08/2026: No toilets, no towels... Luckily there was still food.

26/07/2026: I went to the Paul bakery in Confluence and the experience was disappointing. There were only two employees: a Black man at the register and a young woman serving customers. The wait was very long. When we asked the cashier if he could just ring us up for two bottles of water, he told us there was only one person serving. Yet, he seemed to have the time, and it would have helped speed up the queue. I understand that some days are difficult, but a little more cooperation between the employees would have made the service much more pleasant.

17/07/2026: I've never seen such unfriendly, unsmiling waiters as those at Paul Confluence, especially the little blonde one. She's always scowling; it's like she's there to do you a favor, not to serve the customers. What a disgrace!

27/01/2026: Never order from Uber Eats, it's false advertising. The photos don't match the food received at all. The taste wasn't very good, and I doubt the freshness of the ingredients.

20/01/2026: I used to love it. I hadn't ordered for a year or two. I ordered again, but what a disaster! Delivering an order without any sauce would never have happened, and the quality has really gone downhill. It's a shame.

18/11/2025: This establishment is permanently closed.

12/08/2026: Very expensive for two tasteless ice creams. We sat down and the staff went outside to smoke loudly next door, completely unconcerned that it bothered us. The water glasses they served contained dirt. We won't be back.
