22/01/2025: 100 out of 100, we came to visit Lyon and finding this picturesque place was the best part of the afternoon. We have been able to enjoy some exquisite dishes, the exquisite onion soup and excellent service, from the waiter to the girl who served us.

We've been there 3 times now and we're not disappointed, even if it's a little tight for places and the music is sometimes a little loud.

11/01/2025: Been living in Lyon for a year now but only today have I discovered this quiet and cozy café at the 4th level of Printemps Bellecour. Everything from hospitality, food and ambience are at "oh la la!" levels. Perfect for snacks on a drizzling afternoon in Lyon. Merci beaucoup!

25/01/2025: Disastrous service. Disgusting desserts. I asked for an infusion, and was served a mint tea so bitter that I wanted to vomit. It was undrinkable. My May ordered a tarte Tatin but he was served apple compote with crème fraîche. So we asked for the bill. The waitress told us yes, I'll let you go first and I'll come back, she came back 20 minutes later with a ticket for €62 which wasn't ours??? And what's more, she dared to be unpleasant, we will have seen everything really unacceptable.

Whether it's the underined, rubbery sweetbreads (€30) or the tasteless and cardboardy swordfish ceviche, there's nothing to save in the dishes with exorbitant prices given the quality. For me a tourist scam. On the other hand, the service nothing to complain about, waitress smiling and pleasant.

01/10/2024: The Midi midnight brasserie in the Confluence district offers classic but quality cuisine. The service is fast, efficient and smiling. I was able to taste a beef tartare which was of excellent quality accompanied by fries. To avoid spoiling anything, the waiter offered us a free Shooter, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

30/05/2025: Small, neighborhood counter café. The coffee is good quality and reasonably priced, at €1.70 for an espresso macchiato (hazelnut in France). The manager is very friendly and the service is courteous and fast. At lunch, there are only regulars in the establishment.
