31/03/2024: Last night I had an incredible experience at l’Ardoise restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff friendly and attentive, and the food exquisite. I tried a delicious salad followed by one of the best piece du boeuf I have ever eaten, accompanied by a delicious bed of potatoes. The wines that accompanied the dinner were perfect. To finish, we enjoyed an assortment of cheeses and an irresistible chocolate moelleux. I will definitely come back! Highly recommended

Very beautiful setting with a healthy atmosphere, lively but not noisy. Comfortable seats... Nothing negative to say...

Everything is impeccable, impeccable, both the welcome and the service, the presentation of the dishes, the dishes, the advice, and the exchange at the end of the meal with the Chef himself, with complete simplicity.
This was our best dining experience ever! You can go there with your eyes closed.

Once again, it was a success!
Jean Michel Carrette's cuisine does not cheat and once again delighted us.
Not always easy between two seasons.
High-quality local products and a magnificently well-balanced wine list with a carefully chosen choice of winegrowers. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped.
A must-have!
03/04/2024: We took the "market menu", it was really very good, very beautiful, fine. We had a great time, with everything you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant: succulent dishes, beautiful decoration, very beautiful handmade cutlery and plates, and meticulous service.

03/04/2024: Unlucky visit...were looking forward to eating here but they were understaffed which resulted in the grilled meats all being overcooked and inedible, not to mention hardly any service. There was no apology for the terrible food. Perhaps just unlucky for us this evening. The server refused to explain the menu, and never stopped by our table to check on us, she disappeared into the kitchen for minutes at a time leaving the grill master to wait tables. It seemed as though she had to prepare the desserts. A great disappointment, we left our entrées completely uneaten.
