17/09/2024: I would like to share my disappointing experience with this campsite. On September 1st, I booked a place for a stay with my friends, and I made the payment online because the place seemed available. However, shortly after, I received an email telling me that there was no room left and that I would not be charged. Unfortunately, on September 5, I was still charged the full amount. Since then, I have been waiting for a refund which I still have not received, and it has now been more than 15 days. I have called reception several times, and each time I am told that my request is being forwarded to accounting, but nothing changes. I find this situation unacceptable. Not only was I unable to stay at the campsite, but I also had to fight to get my money back. Customer service lacks responsiveness and professionalism. I strongly advise against this campsite if you are looking for an establishment that is reliable and respectful of its customers.

25/08/2024: Un service trèeeees long et le restaurant n'est pas complet. Tous nos voisins de table sont arrivés après nous et ont été servis avant nous. Arrivés à 12h, on en sortira à presque 15h. Les plats sont bons. C'est le service trop long qui est à déplorer. Nous avons eu nos cafés avant nos desserts, prétexte que le bar est plus rapide à servir que la cuisine.

23/08/2024: I enjoyed this restaurant. The new manager is very pleasant.

20/08/2024: Variable cuisine, decent service, too expensive for what it is, and there is no point in having half-board with Pierre et Vacances, the prices are the same at the restaurant directly and do not include drinks. Very small all-you-can-eat buffet, but some dishes are still very good and well prepared. For little ones who can be picky eaters, it’s a shame there isn’t always pasta.

10/11/2024: Infamous churros. Uncooked and inedible.. As a restaurateur, it's really not complicated to make something fresh and good, especially with the equipment you use. The aroma is really not great.

03/11/2024: To flee Super disgusting churros not cooked, vanilla ice cream not great and rikiki. The boss can't stand comments, not friendly, not commercial, he smells very bad. My friend was attacked by the boss with the churros, she crushed her on the head and she ran away to the neighbor's house. The waitresses are nice except for the oldest brunette with short hair. Restaurant to flee urgently if you don't want me to catch salmonella. Unacceptable behavior of owners P.S.: Sir, we must take responsibility for what you and your wife did yesterday around 5 p.m. to my friend. When the police come to ask you for accountability following our filing of a complaint we will see..... you are not commercial at all.

29/08/2024: Execrable boss only takes orders for drinks, not commercial One server for all the tables in the restaurant. A customer did not eat her Burger because the meat tasted bad. The owner did not even apologize and did not even make a commercial gesture (not even free coffee) It rained and the customers on the terrace had to carry their plates to the tables inside the restaurant themselves. Even though there were tables available, she refused new customers and claimed that the restaurant is open until 8 p.m.... people turned around without understanding why, saying we won't come here anymore.

29/08/2024: Very poor welcome...the restaurant manager refuses customers despite the empty tables...the wait for orders is long and the service interminable because it is done by a single waiter...as for the meal Very average Restaurant to avoid

07/09/2024: Mediocre, the terminals are often broken and charged me twice, the agents did not reimburse me even when presenting the tickets in addition to my bank statement, they did not even take the time to think or to ask me 'orient. No commercial gesture either. Rudeness and lack of empathy. Too bad because the tacos are good.

01/09/2024: Order to pay at the counter, we had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to charge us. Unpleasant person and long wait to get the order

02/10/2024: Very disappointed!!!! Terminal that does not work with restaurant card so we have to go to the counter but we are told that in the end we have to order at the terminal pffff No communication and organization between teammates and not friendly when we ask for the order to stay warm because of their delay on the 2nd

02/10/2024: Nice but still missing sauces and drinks not great

22/09/2024: After a first takeaway order where the drink leaked, we lodged a complaint. We take our details and have to come back so they can reorder us. This evening we are going back to ask for it, more errors, missing sandwiches, sauces, items do not match. This is really not normal.

20/09/2024: Nothing against the employees who were very nice, however the fries were soft or completely hard my McDonald's croque also so much so that I hurt my tooth while biting into it

25/09/2024: Not very fast. Not the best I've done

22/09/2024: Today my fries were cold with the cold cheese also not great, the disposable fork apparently is optional too and there are never the sauces

03/12/2024: Nous avons été surpris par le manque de propreté de ce lieu Les tables ne sont pas systématiquement nettoyées après chaque client 3 tables ont fait la même demande autour de nous Serveuse en jogging 🥴

16/11/2024: le service était déplorable, notre commande était incomplète Je ne suis pas contente de votre service ! et les crêpes nétaient pas cuite

26/11/2024: Bon accueil , Saint Jacques excellentes ainsi que les desserts ,nous y avons mangé 3 fois durant notre séjour et nous y reviendrons au prochain

02/11/2024: Petite balade au côtoyer...à 14h30 nous décidons de prendre un café... refus de nous prendre avant 15h ....bref nous revenons à 15h et là un serveur nous prends en charge dirons nous,peu agréable nous lui commandons un café et là oh surprise pas de café juste thé ou chocolat...nous optons pour un thé et là oh surprise pas le choix du goût donc thé à la menthe obligé...bref reçu comme un chien dans un jeu de quille car MONSIEUR est en vacances le lendemain pour 3 mois et à apparemment envie de liquider son restant de stock

04/11/2024: À fuire, il manque toujours quelque chose, les sandwichs sont faits à l'arrache, et les commandes ne sont pas toujours ce qu'on commande des wrap chèvre à la place du poulet, des boissons imbuvable qu'on vous sert en sachant qu'il y a un problème sur la machine, de l'attente non justifiée.... Et j'en passe.

16/09/2024: A quick trip to the drive-thru of the Mac Do in Péronne, which will probably be the last... more than 26 euros for 2 menus with cold, soft fries, in short edible, sandwiches and wraps which look like nothing and which are also cold . A piece of advice go your way.

27/08/2024: I went there 4 months ago and I still have nightmares, I'm posting a notice so that they finally stop. If I could give zero stars I would have done so. Deplorable service, the fries are cooked and re-cooked before our eyes and the merguez is reheated in the back room, out of sight. I strongly advise against this establishment, it should be closed for a long time due to lack of hygiene.

25/08/2024: Great experience, I was able to taste a mexicanos from the chefs, how can I put it, it was divine. The chef and his wife are super friendly, I highly recommend.

15/09/2024: 25 minutes for a McSmart menu. Fraudulent
