However, there are a few areas for improvement regarding food preservation. Some dishes, particularly the sushi, were not served at a sufficiently cool temperature. Furthermore, the meats were left exposed to the air for a significant portion of the meal.

14/08/2026: Very disappointed compared to previous years. Just passing through, we were let down by the service; the salads offered didn't have all the necessary ingredients. We ate a rather bland salad with far too much dressing.
The quality has definitely declined compared to what we've experienced before. We threw our meals away; what a waste.
14/08/2026: I just bought a sandwich for the second time at this bakery. The spring sandwiches are generous and well-filled. The young lady was very friendly. :)

23/05/2026: The service was far too slow, and the staff were often on breaks rather than serving, showing no concern whatsoever for the waiting customers. The customer doesn't seem to be a priority. It's a shame, as the brand has a good reputation, but this restaurant doesn't reflect that very well.

27/08/2026: As a regular customer of the Au Fil de l'Eau restaurant, it's always a great pleasure to return. The food is absolutely divine: the cuisine is flavorful, expertly prepared, and never disappoints, visit after visit.
The welcome is warm and attentive, making every moment spent there particularly enjoyable, all in a charming setting along the canal. A sure bet in Amiens that I recommend without hesitation!
27/08/2026: A warm welcome, especially from the team of three young people who were always smiling. As I often say, we must keep them. As for the food, thank you to the chef and his team, it was very good. I highly recommend this place!

26/08/2026: Excellent dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. Wine by the glass: very good Chardonnay. Perfect desserts. Warm welcome. They called the night before (a Tuesday) and were very accommodating. In short, perfect. Go and see for yourself.

05/07/2026: Thank you to Margot's Cakes for this magnificent cake they made for our civil wedding! We ordered for 25 people, with two flavors (strawberry, pistachio and peach, verbena). All our guests loved it. And those little cream puffs were a delight!
