08/02/2026: I came this Saturday afternoon around 5:30 pm and was pleasantly surprised to find the shelves still well-stocked and there was a good selection. I got some pastel de nata; I hadn't tried them before, but they were delicious! We also had a ham and chorizo ​​pizza; it was beautiful and generously sized. I recommend it!

Vegetarian options are available with 4 or 5 choices, but none for vegans. The alcohol selection is very extensive at mid- to high-priced. I recommend it.

He even went so far as to ask who paid for my designer clothes, which made my sister uncomfortable. As for the food, the quality was disappointing: the meat was too dry and the portions were small. Furthermore, the establishment claims to offer halal cuisine while also serving alcohol, which is somewhat misleading.

02/04/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant! Upon arrival, the waiter forgot to bring us the menus, which made us wait about ten minutes. It wasn't a big deal in itself, but it gave a rather sloppy first impression. I then ordered a Caesar salad, a dish that is usually simple and reliable. Unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations: there were tomatoes (in large quantities) and black olives not listed on the menu, very little chicken (which didn't really have any flavor), almost no dressing, and above all, the salad itself was quite poor quality. The whole thing was clearly lacking in flavor, which is particularly disappointing for this type of dish. The most troubling aspect, however, was the dressing: it wasn't Caesar dressing. When I asked the waiter, he told me it was actually just a simple homemade vinaigrette. In this case, it would be important to specify this on the menu, because if I choose a Caesar salad, it's precisely for its characteristic dressing. Furthermore, the price-quality ratio is difficult to justify: nearly €17–18 for a Caesar salad of this quality, poorly presented and unappetizing, is very disappointing. The dish is clearly not worth the price, and this makes the final bill all the more difficult to accept. I also ordered a kir, which was also very disappointing: unpleasant taste, difficult to identify as wine, to the point that I didn't finish it. However, I would like to point out that the waiter was understanding when I expressed my feelings and offered me the kir on the house, which was a nice gesture. In short, an overall very average experience despite courteous service. I hope that improvements can be made, particularly regarding the quality of the ingredients and adherence to the recipes.

20/02/2026: A superb hotel in Péronne. We spent one night there and were delighted. We received a very warm welcome and were given room 106. There were two of us, and the room was spacious and very well-equipped. Spotlessly clean. Perfect bedding. The heating had been set before our arrival, and the room was nice and warm. We had an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was also perfect. It had been a long time since we had seen one so comprehensive. The breakfast hostess was very friendly. We are not giving our stay five stars because there is one small issue that prevents it from being absolutely perfect. We collected our key card in the afternoon and did not go to our room immediately. We returned to the hotel at 9:30 p.m. and discovered that our key card was not activated. Fortunately, other guests were checking in at the same time as us, and we were able to contact the night staff, who resolved the problem without delay. It was just a minor mishap, but without the other guests, we would have been left in the cold and rain, unable to get into the hotel. We will definitely return to this establishment.

01/04/2026: I was very disappointed by the reception and the staff's lack of friendliness. As a person with a disability (no mobility issues, but other problems), I called a few days beforehand to request a specific type of room. The person on the phone told me it wasn't their problem and that I should ask at reception upon arrival. So I arrived at the hotel and repeated my request. The response: I should have called earlier. I explained that I had done so and that I had been told to ask at reception upon arrival. The new response: no, it wasn't possible, without even checking the availability of the rooms in question. This is the second time this has happened (the first time was in December). Oh well, next time I'll go somewhere else where the staff is friendly and understanding.

13/02/2026: A very pleasant and affordable hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, and the cleanliness was much appreciated. Good value for money.

17/04/2026: We were delighted with our stay at this hotel! The family room was spacious and very comfortable, dinner was excellent, and the staff were truly lovely. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The double room facing the street was quite small, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good quality, but the selection was limited, and it was rather simple and small. We arrived around 8:45 a.m., which perhaps explains the lack of variety, but again, we were hoping for a little more. Despite these minor points, we have very fond memories of our stay.

11/04/2026: Definitely not recommended for us, especially not outside of season. Everything (95%) is closed. The room was just okay for the price. Breakfast was a bit meager. The restaurant was closed (at least for us). A shame for Saint Valery, but we'll never go back. We'd already experienced a disaster with the neighbors (booking paid in full, but no room reserved, nothing available, so we had to return home). It's a charming village otherwise, but only in season.

12/04/2026: The location is easily accessible with ample parking, which is a real plus. The restaurant is clean and, importantly, not too noisy. The decor is truly superb. The staff is friendly and professional. As for the food, a special mention goes to the desserts, which are a huge hit! Finally, it's good value for money: less than €40 for an aperitif, main course, and dessert. I highly recommend it!
