Thomas and his team took over the Auberge in September 2024, offering a cuisine that's both traditional and friendly! The menu changes weekly, so I'm never bored with what's written on the blackboard. I'm almost in my third week here 😅 The prices are very affordable for quality dishes. L'Auberge de Fouilloy welcomes you from Monday to Friday, noon, from 11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Friday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday evenings, special Burger Night. Saturday evenings, à la carte or Special Nights 😉 Calling all foodies 😋

No complaints about the staff, but the services provided by the app and the kiosk are a disaster. I get home, and there are no sauces in the bags.

12/03/2026: Discovered this restaurant tonight on the recommendation of Les Chambres du 32, and what a pleasant surprise! The €32 set menu (starter and main course) is particularly affordable considering the quality. The cuisine is varied, with excellent specialties and fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is provided by very helpful waiters. A place to remember.

11/03/2026: Highly recommended by locals, my colleague and I visited this master chef who offers a modern take on local cuisine. The service was attentive but lacked a certain warmth. The interior is beautiful, with high tables, comfortable banquettes, and traditional tables—perfect for a chic bistro atmosphere. The scallop carpaccio was decent but bland. The turbot was served with a spinach and ricotta cannelloni and a langoustine sauce. A bit tasteless. For dessert, I wanted to try the local rabote, which was very good, but its flavor was overpowered by an unnecessary red fruit coulis. Overall, a slightly salty note, but not a bad one.

The setting is quite unique, a journey through all sorts of objects, from trench art to restored weaponry. In short, if you're in the area and hungry, even if the theme isn't your cup of tea, stop by and you'll find something to satisfy your appetite.

07/02/2026: After a few disappointing restaurant experiences, both in Amiens and in our hometown of Montdidier, we discovered this crêperie. The menu offers something for everyone, and since I'm not a big crêpe fan, I ordered a meat dish. What a surprise! It was absolutely delicious! I haven't enjoyed a meal this good in a long time. A special mention goes to the chef, who clearly knows his craft and is able to offer such high-quality meats. 👌 My wife also had a savory buckwheat crêpe, which was also flawless. But the icing on the cake was the incredibly friendly service. We highly recommend this restaurant. However, reservations are advised, as it's a victim of its own success; I imagine the restaurant was full. We'll definitely be back! Congratulations to the whole team! 👏👏

09/01/2026: The service and the meal were fantastic. I would have liked to take pictures of my dishes, but after eating everything, it was too late. I highly recommend it; plus, there's a great selection, which is fantastic.

10/02/2026: Friends recommended Le Coq Gaulois as an exceptional restaurant, but we were very disappointed. The salad lacked seasoning, the focaccia was served with just the edges and no toppings, the risotto was very sticky, we had trouble finding the salmon, and the guinea fowl legs were small and dry. Very disappointing. The welcome was very warm. It's a shame it was so noisy.
