10/08/2026: We came to try the Top Chef menu this evening, and what a wonderful experience! The food was truly excellent, flavorful, and sophisticated. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. However, I did find the portions rather small considering the price of the menu. While the main objective is to have an experience and discover several dishes, some plates seemed a bit light in size. This doesn't detract from the quality of the food at all, which was definitely there! We also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, who took the time to visit each table. In my opinion, this was a real bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable and personal. A truly wonderful discovery, and we're so glad we made it! Thank you for this lovely evening! :)

09/08/2026: While the presence of the Top Chef winner was one of the reasons we came this evening, the exceptional quality of the meal must be emphasized: perfect cooking and an outstanding mastery of flavor combinations. For my first experience with fine dining, the result far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it if you're visiting Lyon and are interested in this kind of experience.

21/07/2026: I had a chicken banh mi and coconut water. It was excellent. I think it's the best banh mi I've ever had, honestly. The service was great too.

20/07/2026: Not bad. Don't miss the bánh cuốn (chicken or vegetarian), in addition to the rather ordinary and standardized bò bún (beef, chicken, shrimp, or vegetarian). Saigon Export Premium beer. A possible antidote to the routine, the caramel pork wasn't available. All in all, not worth crossing all of Paris for. A soulless street in a soulless neighborhood, a relic of Mitterrand's architectural (and social?) policies. Even this Bercy park seems poorly designed to me, based on twisted concepts (ah, urban composting, what a joy!). It's hard to find a place to sit, on benches covered in droppings, and try to feel comfortable. It's reminiscent of the failed parks in the 15th arrondissement, which date from the same era. All of this, like the BNF (National Library of France), seems quite outdated to me. He said he loved cloisters! What won't they make Parisians believe! And they keep asking for more!

27/08/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Chou Chou. Everything was perfect: delicious food, quality ingredients, beautifully presented dishes, and above all, incredibly generous flavors :) The welcome is warm and the staff is genuinely pleasant and attentive. You immediately feel at ease in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and we will definitely be returning! 👏😊

21/08/2026: We discovered this restaurant quite by chance while passing through Saint-Hilaire, but it was a very pleasant surprise. Simple but tasty Vietnamese cuisine with generous portions. Very friendly service. All this at a very reasonable price. Well worth a visit.

19/09/2026: Good restaurant. The welcome was very warm, and the service was very fast. The papaya, chicken, and shrimp salad, which you mix yourself, was fresh and crisp. The chicken fried rice was very fragrant and delicious. The special pho soup with ribeye steak had a very good broth, the ribeye steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the tripe and meatballs were perfect, and the bits of fat and cartilage were delicious.

12/09/2026: Honestly disappointing, especially considering all the positive reviews. We probably should have ordered something more versatile (pad thai, pho, or loc lac), but instead we opted for "three wonders" rice (absolutely awful 😑), ginger steamed chicken (just bones 😅), and a "vegetarian dish: stir-fried vegetables" for €9 that was actually as small as a starter and contained three measly heads of steamed broccoli and some bean sprouts (stir-fried...? Dish? Anyway). Honestly, very, very disappointing. We wanted to go to the restaurant across from the supermarket, which we know well, but unfortunately it was closed. Well, now we know what to expect 🫤

17/09/2026: This restaurant is simply amazing. I go there regularly and the service is always great. The owner is incredibly kind. The food: everything is homemade. You only have to try the spring rolls to realize it. All the ingredients are incredibly good. The prices are more than reasonable; you can get away with spending €15-20 and still have a full stomach. So, while it's not all-you-can-eat, you'll eat much better for less. Plus, the owner is always very attentive to my allergies. The interior decor is charming. I highly recommend this place to all the residents of Sisteron and tourists.
