11/07/2025: Very good burgers, 1 good vegetarian option and nice setting. Only downside: the waitresses who already 30-40 minutes before closing clear all the tables, put away the cushions etc., in short start to close the restaurant while we are still eating. Really gives the impression that we are about to be thrown out, shame! But very good burger place all the same

30/08/2024: Des années que nous venions, pour la fondue aux cèpes. Malheureusement en été ils ne font pas aux cèpes ( hummm c'est pas un peu la saison???). Service nul, serveur qui a peur de parler? Ou pas de langue? Niveau proportion? Euh, fondue à 2 on racler le catelon tellement la quantité à diminuer... très déçu.... Pas sûre de revenir après tant d'année de fidélité...

29/08/2024: Nous nous sommes régalés. Les plats étaient délicieux. 5/5 pour le chef. Petit bémol le service en salle manque d'expérience .Il aurait été judicieux de mettre un serveur expérimenté pour les grandes tables. Le chef a rattrapé le service en nous servant personnellement. Nous recommandons ce restaurant.

15/06/2025: ✨ An exceptional moment at Pavillon Pétrus in Gérardmer ✨ A true culinary experience! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and attentive, in an elegant and refined setting. The service was impeccable, both discreet and attentive. As for the cuisine... flawless! Each dish was a sensory journey: remarkably fresh ingredients, subtle and bold flavor combinations, all perfectly mastered. A special mention goes to the 7-course menu with wine pairing: a pure visual and gustatory masterpiece. A huge congratulations to the chef and the entire team for this enchanting experience. A treasured address in Gérardmer, to be recommended without the slightest hesitation. We will be back with great pleasure!

20/01/2025: Cadre montagne - noël très recherché et superbement décoré . Restaurant complet ce dimanche , mais service assez rapide malgré tout . Fromage et charcuterie délicieux , très agréable repas . Petit bémol pour un client qui ne surveillait pas suffisamment son grand chien dont la tête se retrouvait au niveau de nos assiettes . Un rappel a été nécessaire .

20/01/2025: Nous y sommes allé un vendredi midi pour déjeuner. L'accueil est aussi chaleureux que la décoration. La raclette était délicieuse et copieuse, la charcuterie tout autant. Du coup nous y sommes retourné le samedi midi manger une fondue, qui était tout aussi copieuse que la raclette de la veille et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Nous avons voulu y retourner le dimanche midi pour la pierrade mais malheureusement nous arrivé 5mins trop tard.

26/12/2025: It's difficult to rate this restaurant. We went one evening when we were alone with a group. The food is excellent, even if the menu is rather limited.

07/12/2025: One-night stay for two, excellent welcome, very comfortable bed, very generous breakfast and breathtaking view by the lake.

07/12/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our night at the hotel. The welcome was warm, and we had pleasant conversations with the staff. The hotel is tastefully renovated without losing the traditional charm one expects when visiting the Vosges Mountains. The location, with its view of the lake and the town, is ideal (although it does require a car or a short walk to get into town). The ambiance—with its fireplace and dogs—made us feel right at home. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with some local specialties. The restaurant was closed, however, likely due to low occupancy. This isn't unique to this hotel, but in December, you can definitely feel the end of the winter tourism season in the Vosges, and the supply far exceeds the demand. Excellent value for money.

10/12/2024: Nice little restaurant, unfortunately if you don't have a reservation or are not part of the hotel we place you in the breakfast room.. we ate well, nothing extraordinary but overall it was good.

09/12/2024: Certainly the location is good but restaurant-wise it's the worst restaurant I've been in so far, a terrible atmosphere, we're spoken badly to, no respect to be honest. I had a very bad experience and will not go back there again.

05/07/2025: I very rarely post negative reviews, but we arrived at the Pub in Gérardmer at 8 p.m. and weren't served until almost 10 p.m.... Two hours of waiting for very disappointing service. The portions are truly ridiculous: a tiny rump steak, a poor quality salad, and the non-existent portion of fries, clearly not worth the price. It's neither filling nor tasty. Very bad experience, I absolutely do not recommend it.

05/07/2025: It's noted on the menu that the fries are homemade and this is not the case...I was very disappointed. The butcher's cut of meat was too tough. In any case, I won't be coming back and I don't recommend it. And I think it's not right to deceive customers with fresh fries.

A place I used to go to just 2 years ago, full of enthusiasm... today we return... disappointed from the moment we enter... it's cold... so we place our orders, we get fondues... barely have we had our aperitif served when the main course arrives... salad and cheese... we wait, the fondue set is already missing... it arrives after a few minutes... I think to myself the waiter must have noticed that we were still missing the potatoes... which were listed in the dish. We didn't even have to ask... they brought us four potatoes for two people... we also asked for bread because it wasn't included either... so we had to wait about 10 minutes to start... anyway, I pointed out that the potatoes were supposed to come with the fondue... he seemed surprised... the same thing happened with the drinks; we had to ask for them... so before we finished eating, the machine was turned off... in short, disappointed... you've lost two customers... I won't be going back... €58, we stopped there, so disappointed... we won't have any trouble finding better... whereas before it was so good

12/12/2025: We just left this establishment, which we've made a habit of visiting every year when we come to the Vosges. The waiter didn't understand anything we asked for and always just answered "yes." We ordered a gerommade and a reblochonade. The charcuterie platter arrived, and five minutes later, the grill and fondue pots. Then nothing. After ten minutes, without even starting to eat, we had to ask for our potatoes. We had to go to the website to prove that potatoes were included in the menu... Unbelievable, a waiter who didn't know the dishes! We waited another ten minutes for these famous potatoes, which finally arrived in a small quantity of four for two people. It was the same story with a carafe of water and bread; the waiter never took a note and forgot everything. The service was disastrous; we will not be returning to this establishment.
