16/09/2026: I highly recommend this bakery; the products are truly excellent and of high quality. And the service is perfect as well.

14/09/2026: Good bakery, but they clearly need a server at the counter; the wait to be served is unbearable! Just ask someone for breakfast, coffee, etc., and it's a disaster! Two customers in front of me turned around, exasperated by the long wait, and understandably so. From now on, we'll avoid going there because of this.

29/09/2026: Excellent spot in the center of Gérardmer! €17.90 for a set lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert). Warm and friendly service! Don't hesitate!

19/09/2026: We were delighted by the warm welcome, the incredibly friendly and smiling staff, and the quality of the food. The salads were exceptionally fresh and beautifully composed. The desserts were excellent, generous, and well-presented. We highly recommend this place.

02/10/2026: Mediocre pizzas, thin crust, minimal toppings. Burned around the edges. Perhaps the oven was overloaded with wood? Friendly staff.

27/09/2026: On the positive side: The pizza was cooked in a stone oven. Now for the BUT: We wanted four pizzas to go. I asked if we could have a Margherita with extra fresh tomatoes and onions, and one with olives and fresh tomatoes. Both requests were denied, even though the toppings were clearly available. They could have added them for an extra charge per topping, but in a very unfriendly manner, they simply said, "No, that's not possible." Then the pizzas were really burnt around the edges (more so than you'd expect from a wood-fired oven), and in my opinion, they were very stingy with the cheese. I wouldn't order from there again.

18/09/2026: We ended up here after the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed. It was a huge mistake. The portions are small, unlike the prices. The food is of poor quality and taste.. pretty much feel like we’ve been robbed.

18/09/2026: Low quality, extremely high prices. Worst steak I've eaten, quality wise and also how it was cooked. 77 EUR for 2 poorly tasting main courses and 2 glasses of wine. Tiny portions, though seeing how bad the food was maybe not a bad thing. Avoid at all costs.

20/09/2026: Honestly, when you see the prices on the menu, don't hesitate, order a generous portion and I'll gladly go back.

27/08/2026: The service was very good, but they made a mistake with the sandwiches when you asked for a specific flavor. It's a shame, especially since the display case wasn't well-stocked. It's also a shame you have to be quick to choose what you want.

18/08/2026: The quality of your products has changed a lot recently, but not the prices (average pâtés, smaller fruit tarts, and reduced quality and quantity of fillings in your pan bagnat sandwiches (tuna, chicken, tomato, egg, mayonnaise, or curry)). We are very disappointed because even the bread isn't what it used to be. You'll have to raise the bar.

24/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good. We had a very pleasant stay.

07/06/2026: To be honest: We found the hotel terrible, both inside and out. Paint is peeling off the wood, inside it is dark and cold, and there is an unpleasant old-fashioned smell. The rooms are extremely old (they probably have a few good renovated rooms for the photos). The whole hotel came across to us as if it had been closed for years and had just reopened. Restaurant is not open! Location on an “industrial estate” and about a 20-minute walk to the city center We are not quick to write a negative review, but this hotel was truly below standard! The entire hotel really needs a renovation!!

30/10/2025: The decor and style don't exactly make you want to linger. Now that we've addressed that issue, we can move on. I had a fantastic raclette, but the service was really lacking in tact. They could do much better.

26/10/2025: Very good, very friendly restaurant. The soup is very good, as is the cheese and chips.

10/09/2026: The food was excellent, the service was quite fast despite the crowd, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Plus, it's right on the lake.

17/09/2026: "Waitress (black hair in a ponytail) not friendly at all! Even aggressive, whereas I'm friendly and smiling... When you're on vacation, you want to smile and be welcomed. She should change jobs quickly! Sad..."

15/09/2026: Excellent ice cream shop, the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The owners are just as amazing as their desserts. Highly recommended!
