24/07/2026: I went there for breakfast with my parents. The waiter didn't seem prepared for the situation, but he did his best to put together a breakfast for us. It was really delicious and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

02/07/2026: Superb tartare, very good with homemade fries, but everything is homemade and the owner is super friendly, he knows his bistro well and is always in a good mood, the decor is nice, Versailles style, a little retro, in short, a good place!

13/10/2026: The food misses the mark. Do not get the steak frites. Apparently they’re only able to cook rare or well done (from what I was told). I had to send back the steak twice because I asked for medium and they said this is not common practice in France. Never heard of that before.

16/10/2026: We made reservation ahead through Versailles website a few days before our trip. However, it looked like if you go there before 12:30pm, there will still be plenty of open tables. Me and a friend have the pork, the wife had the duck confit. The duck was good but a bit heavy on the salty side. The pork was a bit over cooked so it was a bit too dry to my liking. But the atmosphere was good as we sat outside. Service was alright. We noticed the waiter had pushed for water that costs, while offering jug of tap water to mainly French diner (our friend speak French and he noticed that and quietly mentioned to us), even when i had mentioned tap water in a jug. Otherwise, the experience was well worth it.

15/10/2026: We visited the restaurant after touring the castle, during our walk through the park, and were very pleasantly surprised! The service was very friendly and attentive, and the food absolutely exceeded our expectations! Considering the location, the prices are also completely reasonable! We were very satisfied and would definitely return.

01/09/2026: A disappointing dinner in a magnificent location. Pate en croûte too salty, fish well cooked but with a sauce I could have found anywhere else. Veges steamed or boiled, too salty as well. Desserts looked good but I had already reached 100 euros and didn't feel like spending more. Staff very professional, location by the Versailles castle is magnificent.

28/08/2026: Great Indian restaurant. Very welcoming and excellent value for money! Special mention for the chicken tikka masala and the cheese naan!

29/09/2026: First time at this restaurant near the Palace of Versailles. An Italian restaurant where the food is excellent. The portions are generous. You can eat inside or on the terrace. Ideal for enjoying a pleasant meal.

08/10/2026: I stopped by on my way to the Palace of Versailles. I bought a croissant and an apple pie and ate them in the gardens. I also bought a cup of coffee to drink on the way, and the coffee tasted great. The owner was very friendly, and I liked that the apple pie wasn't too sweet and had a fresh, tangy, crunchy texture. It seems like it's homemade. It looked like quite a few locals were stopping by as well.

But most of all, I want to mention the staff ❤️ Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and a special thank you to Evan! 🥰 He was so kind, attentive, and pleasant that he made us feel truly welcome.

28/09/2026: Right in the center of the Versailles market, a very popular brasserie, and rightly so.

31/08/2026: Dirty chairs that hadn't been cleaned from lunch. Food that cost 50% more than it should. The joke is that the chef appeared on a regional TV show to share his sweetbread recipe... It's a good thing it looked good on television. That's probably why we saw another table occupied by two people when we dined there for our final attempt. We were already disappointed a year ago. But just to be on the safe side, we wanted to reassure ourselves. I think this restaurant won't last much longer! Proof of this is that so few customers are willing to be ripped off more than twice that they offer a 30% discount for reservations made through TripAdvisor.

10/08/2026: Excellent in August, no one was there, super fast service, good food and value for money that's worth the trip, I'll be back.
